Al llegar me recibio en el puerto un chico super amable y me dio recomendaciones de la isla. En la recepción una chica super amorosa me ayudo con el check in. Las camas son super comodas y la limpieza del lugar es muy buena. Recomendado ☺️

A localização é ótima, fica bem central do que precisa A hospedagem é mais simples porém oferece tudo o que precisamos, os quartos superiores são melhores para se hospedar devido a uma grande varanda na entrada dos quartos

L emplacement correspondait a nos attentes, en plein centre des commerces, très proches des bars et de la plage. Possibilité de déjeuner sur place a partir de 10h et il y a un restaurant. Café, sucre, eau a notre disposition. Gel douche et shampoing a notre disposition. Une personne nous attendait au port a pris nos valises pour les mettre dans une petites remorque, c etait cool

They came and collected us from the boat and helped us with our bags which was very nice. The bed was comfortable. Right beside the beach, nice to be able stroll down.

The noise from a nearby bar/the beach was very loud, we could hear it even through earplugs. No window in the room and harsh lights, didn't make for the best atmosphere.

Central location. As I noticed, hostel/dormitory/bigger rooms are at the first floor and it is a bit louder there, but if you stay in the private, twins room, it’s on the 2nd floor and is a bit more quiet.

Late check in time. You can check in not earlier than 13:00. Room did have a window but only to the corridor:)) no natural light.

The location of the accommodation is very good.

I was given a room without a window. None of the pictures indicated that a room without a window was possible. When I explained that I had a health condition requiring a window in my room, the owner didn't care. The staff was uncooperative and, when I brought up the issue, practically threw me out onto the street and refused to give me my money back.

Parece que o espaço foi reformado recentemente. O quarto que fiquei estava ótimo. A localização era ótima e o valor também. O banheiro tinha um bom espaço, mas não esquentava muito a água. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho também e cofre pra guardar itens de valor. Só não sabia que precisava deixar um valor de reserva caso quebrasse algo na estadia, mas ok. Se você não quebrar nada, eles devolvem o valor.

Lytt ut til gangen rommet ble ikke vasket en eneste gang (vi bodde der 3 netter) men blir sikkert gjort om man spør:) Vi hadde ingen vindu eller veranda fra rommet.

Ужасно все в номере , от вонючих полотенец до шумного кондиционера за окном …. Отключение света было , не было воды потому . Сплошные минусы, не вернусь и не посоветую никому …

Just basic accomodation with AC and fine beds. Nothing fancy but cheap and on this island you go to hotel just for sleep and you spend most of your days outside so this was ok for us.

Hotel is on different street than what did map on booking showed us, luckily locals knew where this hotel was and gave us right directions.

Nulla: imbarazzante e per il livello pagato a peso d'oro

Arriviamo in questa pessima guest house dove troviamo un uomo di mezza età (per non fare i nomi con i baffi) che inizia a pressarci dicendo di firmare il foglio (evitando di farmi leggere) e lasciare 1.000 baht a titolo di cauzione (inizialmente non sapendo per quale motivo). Inizia malissimo. Lasciamo i soldi, come deposito, ci viene assegnata la camera e ci portano in stanza. Entriamo e ci accorgiamo immediatamente che la stanza è completamente diversa rispetto a quanto avevamo prenotato ovvero ci ha accompagnato in una stanza senza alcuna finestra mentre avevamo prenotato (e quindi già pagato) una camera con balcone. Lamentiamo immediatamente l’inconveniente e ci dicono subito che questa specie di struttura è “al completo” ma noi non ci arrendiamo e diciamo che abbiamo prenotato altro tipo di stanza, quindi, dopo aver discusso, trovano (per caso!!!!) una stanza con finestra, davanti un muro, nel seminterrato che non era ancora quella prenotata. Il cafone dello staff ci dice “va bene?!” facendo pressioni per aver una risposta immediata ma noi gli diciamo che la stanza non è la stessa perché senza balcone e che avremmo chiamato booking per lamentare la faccenda. Ci dicono ancora che sono “al completo” e dopo aver discusso, ancora, alla fine trovano per caso la nostra stanza. Il cafone, nero dalla rabbia, ci dice di entrare (come nei peggior mercati del pesce) come se non avessimo pagato la stanza per questa struttura sporca, fatiscente, maleodorante e gestita da arroganti cafoni che meritano di fallire. Non andate in questo posto, se per sfortuna doveste capitarci portatevi lenzuola da casa e una buona dose di disinfettante al seguito. Allego le fotografie per evidenziare lo squallore. Preciso che non siamo stati salutati più da questo cafone solo perché abbiamo preteso la nostra camera che abbiamo pagato (anche in modo cospicuo) per questo squallido luogo. Infine, materasso scomodissimo, le federe dei cuscini sporche e macchiate, bagno maleodorante.

Ну комната очень печальная , конура … одно окно , как подсобка, за окном стоит кондиционер и вечно гудит, выключали свет , не было воды и света )) меняли полотенца только по просьбе, но они так воняли ((( повторно не приеду , к сожалению

El trato que recibí por parte de la trabajadora que estaba en la puerta fue excelente desde el inicio al final de la estancia. Siempre mostró una gran disposición por ayudar. El lugar está bien en relación calidad precio y me voy muy satisfecho, volvería sin dudarlo.

De ter que deixar caução. A recepção so inicia às 8h e precisava sair nesse horário, mas gerou certa aflição de não ter ninguem para devolver o valor deixado. Deu tudo certo, porque um funcionário apareceu um pouco mais cedo

Room was okay, water was given everyday and aircon was good.

We arrived to check in at 2pm (Check in was 1pm) and we had to wait until 2:30pm to get into our room because it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Little communication from the staff as to why it hadn’t been cleaned in the 3hrs after check out. Once we got into our room, it was not the one we booked as we booked one with an exterior window but the staff refused to help. The bathroom and room had a very bad smell. Our television did not have a remote, when I asked at reception for a remote they told me our room did not have a TV. I explained that it did and they then told me they haven’t got TV cables despite selling the room as having a TV! They told us we’d get a remote ‘tomorrow’ but that never came. The staff were terrible with their communication and not welcoming at all. The wifi was terrible and constantly dropped out.

So close to the beach! Great value for money :)

A little hard to find initally, but everyone is super friendly and directed me easily. About a 10 minute walk from the ferry

Staff were brilliant so helpful great location AC was very good

Only issue I’d say is that we only had a blanket and no duvet otherwise brilliant stuff

Great for a budget. Easy to walk everywhere, literally 2 min walk to beach and whatever you need. Linens wernt as clan as you would like, and the blanket is just a brown fleece which was not very nice. Other than that it was great.

Felt a little cramped, there was no room either side of the bed. The wet room was in need of an upgrade. The shower constantly dripped, no plug in the sink. Tap was not fixed to the sink. The door didn't feel very secure, and the ac was a little noisy.

Its location is great if you’ve gone to phi phi to party, the female receptionist was super friendly helpful and polite, value for money.

The room smelled strongly of sewage, this is probably a problem for a lot of the hotels in that area due to sewage system.

Beautiful room in the perfect location on phi phi island! Perfect for backpackers like ourselves.. in the heart of the nightlife! 10 minute walk from the pier where the ferries depart and arrive. Room was clean and spacious. Hosts were kind and helpful.

It said on their advertisement dry cleaning was available but it wasn’t, but a short 3 minute walk away there was a self service launderette so it was okay!

I would highly recommend this for couples or friends staying, it’s cheap and central to restaurants/bars/salons, 10 minute walk from the pier and it is located in the middle of the night life with Slinky bar and Freedom Bar on the beach being a 3 minute walk away, at night they have a dj, amazing fire shows/limbo/jump rope and a rodeo bull! Also the reggae bar is a kick boxing bar where tourists volunteer to fight each other, it’s a lot of fun for awhile, but very hot in there. Dublin Irish Pub is so much fun especially when there’s live music, they are amazing at singing Irish/UK classics! The staff in Sabai House were so helpful when we needed anything such as fridge room for my partner’s insulin. They left a key in the electricity for us 24/7 so the aircon was on all the time, it was so refreshing to walk into after long days in the sun! The door locks automatically although on the last evening we noticed it wasn’t locking, but there is a lock inside so we felt safe while we slept our last night. The bed was standard, a bit hard but super clean and there were no bugs at all in the room for the four nights we stayed there! Which I hear is a big thing in the islands😅 There’s a shower, toilet, sink in an en-suite and a refridgerator in the room with a desk, chair and mirror. The food was delicious in the restaurant and good portion sizes and prices!

Sabai House Bar & Restaurant is an authentic Thai style restaurant. Came here for breakfast and had option A - toast & coffee with an option of a juice. I thought the orange juice would be fresh and the coffee was only halve a cup (I had to request a complete cup). I can agree the Owner is not at all friendly.

Good location. Balcony was a bonus. Good price

Perfect Room very friendly staff I will stay again

Cheap prices but the staff, service and the food is very poor. There was barely any chicken in my chicken sandwich. Staff are miserable and unhelpful. Not good experience unfortunately and the cheap prices aren’t worth it.

Terrible place. The room I booked was not available anymore. They put me in a room with no window, no AC. After arguing for 20 min, I got a room with AC but still no window.
