No microwave !!! However, it is indicated in the description during the booking process, but there are none.

Der Pool direkt an der Villa war sehr schön aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Wasser musste nach Ankunft gewechselt werden. Sehr verschmutzt vom Vorgänger.

Sauberkeit wird leider nicht groß geschrieben. Musste einmal Grund gereinigt werden.

Sehr schöne Lokation. Wir hatten es gebucht um uns am Wochenende mit Leuten zutreffen. Haben 2 Villas gebucht. Dadurch hatten wir einen abgeschlossenen Bereich mit privaten Pool. Daß war TOP

The staff is not cooperative, the rooms need cleaning, the furniture is dilapidated and the breakfast is not good.

The complex was a little tiered and many things were broken or not working.

The facilities would be great if they received proper maintenance and cleaning.

Lack of cleanliness, very dilapidated facilities with a clear lack of care and maintenance, deficient lighting, and a breakfast that was anything but a breakfast. We paid for the two days we stayed and couldn't eat anything because what we paid for was continental or American breakfast, but it was nothing more than a Chinese breakfast and even then, of poor quality.

In general the room was quite good, not special. The golf cars drivers were so available 24H, and very kind.

The breakfast was so poor, not people, no clients, no staff, very poor food quality. The breakfast room was not bad, just okay. If you book this place, you must have a car or motorcycle.

نصيحه لوجه الله انحاش ولا تسكن بالمكان حجزت عن طريق بوكينق و دفعت دشيت الغرفه و عندكم الصور شوفو الوصاخه .. حتى التواليت قذر بس ما صورته و رحت اكلم الاستقبال ما يعرفون انقليزي يكلموني بالمترجم و اكلمهم بالمترجم قلت لهم ابي مدير اكلمه قالو مو موجود وما يقدر يحضر الحين قلت لهم ابي استرجع فلوسي قالو كلم بوكينق .. كلمت بوكينق و ارسلت لهم ايميل و طلعت من المكان و بعد يومين ارسلو لي انهم كلموهم وما عطوهم رد عشان الفلوس ( يعني راحت عليّ الفلوس ) المكان بعيد عن كل شي و اي مكان بتروح له لازم سياره نصيحه لا تسكن فيه

Staff were friendly and helpful. The villa was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

The only down fall of the property is the sliding doors were faulty and they came out to fix the issue but it kept happening. Also the water for the shower and bath doesn’t run hot

Even the property had only few staffs but they tried their best to provide the best service.

Almost everything. Breakfast was the worst.

I like the villa vibe this property has to offer.

The location is immensely understaffed which leads to the staff being increasingly overwhelmed. Then they end up rude. The WiFi is really bad. I had to change room 3 times due to a very dirty pool. Reparations need to be made. The rooms aren’t cleaned like they used too. I previously stayed at SeaTwo and the customer service has gone downhill. Wouldn’t recommend this stay until establishment fixes the issues.

It was nothing like the pictures.

It was not well-maintained and the tv didn't work.

Dom har ingen restaurang längre så man behöver ordna lunch och middag själv vilket kan vara besvärligt om man inte känner omrpdet

This property was tranquil and quiet.

The people at the front desk were rude and had no respect for its guests. Whenever I asked for service, they would hang up over the phone.

If you want to take beautiful photos or videos, this place is perfect for that — the villa and territory is nice

But! First of all, the condition of the furniture is already average. In the bathroom, one of the taps was spraying water everywhere, and the door lock didn’t work! I was worried about the safety of my belongings. They gave me a small lock to put on my gate and said everything was under security. But the worst part was the girl at the reception — she absolutely doesn’t know how to communicate with guests! When I asked about a late check-out (at 1 PM), she responded in a raised voice that there is a 500 baht fee and then hung up on me. That was very unpleasant. I was ready to pay, but after that attitude, I packed my things and left. Would I stay there again? Unlikely!

Place over all.

Location a bit far from centre and beach. Staff kept us waiting till 2 for start check in . When they started didn't check in who came first but randomly.

The villa offers a good level of privacy, which was the main reason for choosing this property. The concept of a private pool villa is appealing, and the idea behind the accommodation is solid.

Pool – Private & Main The private pool was dirty upon arrival and I had to personally call reception to request cleaning — something that should have been noticed by housekeeping staff who entered the villa daily. After one cleaning, the pool turned green again within 24 hours, confirming that the filtration system is not functioning properly. For the final five days of my stay I deliberately did not call again, to see whether staff would notice on their own. They did not. The pool remained green and unusable throughout. The main hotel pool has the opposite problem: chlorine levels were so excessive that my swimwear was visibly discolored and I experienced skin irritation. Facilities The gym had no air conditioning — only fans — and on multiple occasions had no electricity or lighting, despite being listed as accessible around the clock. The main pool area has missing tiles and multiple non-functioning lights. The entire property feels long overdue for renovation. Housekeeping & Organisation Towels were inconsistent throughout the stay — different types on different days, sometimes not available at all. Housekeeping entered the villa daily yet never flagged the visibly green pool directly outside. Staff & Service Staff behaviour was unprofessional and inconsistent. Thai guests were visibly treated with warmth and conversation, while other guests received only the bare minimum. Reception staff repeatedly pretended not to understand English, yet communicated without issue when payment was involved. When problems arose, the response was to hang up or ignore — no attempt at a solution was ever made. Villa / Maintenance The interior door of the villa was broken and could not be locked. Reception suggested locking the outdoor gate instead and then hung up. No one came to inspect or repair it. I resolved the issue myself. Noise The hotel caters primarily to Thai party groups on weekends. Loud noise late into the night is to be expected without any warning.

The staff who clean the room.

The pool water treatment facility was broken, so the water was brown. I requested that it be fixed, but it was not repaired until check-out after 3 nights and 4 days, so I could not use the pool. The shower facility is outdoors. There are no bowls, spoons, or forks. The reception staff are unfriendly, and most of the staff are negligent in their work. When you order food delivery, the staff bring it from the lobby, but I had to call twice over about an hour before they brought it. There are too many mosquitoes. The water pressure is too weak, especially in the outdoor shower facility. The door handle between the bedroom and the bathroom was detached, so it was difficult every time I opened the door. The dimmer switch handle for adjusting the light brightness was missing, so it could not be adjusted. The closet light would not turn off, so I had to sleep with the light on. There is only one chair. If two people want to eat food, one person has to stand and eat. The air conditioner is not cool enough and is noisy. The mattress is hard, and it is split in half, so if two people want to sleep close together, one person has to sleep over the split gap.

มีสระว่ายน้ำในตัวบ้าน ลงเล่นได้เลยแบบไม่ต้องเกรงใจใคร จะเล่นเช้า เล่นดึก หรือจะนั่งแช่เฉย ๆ ก็ฟินมาก บรรยากาศคือชิลสุด ห้องพักกว้าง แบ่งเป็นสัดส่วน ตัวบ้านกว้างขวาง ไม่อึดอัดเลย แถมแยกเป็นหลัง ๆ ชัดเจน เหมาะมากถ้ามาเป็นครอบครัวหรือแก๊งเพื่อน คือมีพื้นที่ของใครของมัน แต่ก็ยังรวมตัวกันได้ ความเป็นส่วนตัวดีมาก อันนี้คือชอบที่สุด รู้สึกได้พักจริง ๆ ไม่วุ่นวาย ไม่ต้องแชร์พื้นที่กับใคร

ทำเลที่ตั้งถือว่าโอเค ไม่ได้แย่ แต่ตัวห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่าแล้วค่ะ มีอุปกรณ์บางอย่างในห้องที่ชำรุดตามการใช้งาน และเหมือนยังไม่ได้รับการซ่อมแซม พื้นห้องค่อนข้างดำและดูสกปรกนิดนึง ส่วนตัวเลยต้องใส่รองเท้าเดินในห้องตลอด ในห้องน้ำมีของให้แค่พื้นฐานคือยาสระผม สบู่อาบน้ำ และผ้าเช็ดตัว อุปกรณ์อื่น ๆ ต้องเตรียมไปเองทั้งหมด บริเวณรอบนอกดูเหมือนมีการทำความสะอาดแค่เบื้องต้น คือปัดกวาดให้เรียบร้อย แต่ยังไม่ได้รู้สึกสะอาดมาก ส่วนตัวเป็นคนไม่ค่อยเรื่องมาก เลยพอรับได้ค่ะ แต่ถ้าใครซีเรียสเรื่องความใหม่หรือความสะอาด อาจจะต้องเผื่อใจนิดนึง

บ้านพักสะอาด เงียบ สะดวกสบาย มีสระว่ายน้ำและบริเวณ เหมาะ ไปเป้นครอบครัว หรือจัดปาตี้ ห้องพักใหญ่ แอร์เย้น น้ำแรงดี เตียงนอนสบาย ห้องน้ำใหญ่มาก มีอ่างอาบน้ำ และ out door shower สรุปคือดี แต่อาจต้องเตรียมอาหารและน้ำดื่ม ขนมของเด็กๆๆ เข้าไปให้พร้อมก่อยเข้าที่พัก เพราะ private มากไม่มีร้านค้า ในที่พักเดินไกลนิดนึงกว่าจะถึงตรงลานจอดรถ คราวหน้าไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

位置偏僻了一点，如果离海滩更近一点一定会很棒，泳池设施老旧，里面还有长虫，从中午给前台联络到傍晚才有打捞人员来处理，实效性很慢，中规中矩，不推荐也不抗拒

Staff were amazing, pool was small but that was a good thing as it was still warm after dark. It’s my go to place for my next trip.

A little out dated, and a revamp is well overdue, but that doesn’t put me off staying here again.

Je n’ai pas été satisfait(e) de mon séjour. L’équipement de la chambre était insuffisant et aucun produit supplémentaire (brosse à dents, peigne, etc.) n’était proposé. La chambre n’était pas très bien nettoyée et l’eau était froide, sans option d’eau chaude. Le petit-déjeuner était très décevant, se limitant à un œuf et quelques fruits. De plus, le personnel n’était pas agréable ni accueillant

Bed was a little hard

A large room space, a big bed and bathroom, and a swimming pool

The property is not beachfront but not too far from the main road. Theres no public transportation. The place is quite decent. Very spacious compare to the price. The pool is clean and the bathroom also included with large closets and tub. I didn’t use any of public facilities like fitness, room service or swimming pool. The room is quite private but you can still see partial of people from certain angles. Some of the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Even the room is generally clean. Its still need to be thoroughly clean at some angles. The corner of the room or near the window opening stuffs. Theres no microwave in the room. Some of the furniture or joinery might need maintenance. The mattress in my room is two single bed that put together. It would be nice if it just the large one and soften up with topper or something. Some of the staffs are very defensive even we didn’t accuse them of anything. Just asking if they have already return the ID card because didn’t recall that they did. In the end, when we finally arrive the villa and call the operator for a ride to lobby to searching more. They just said the driver is on their way to return the ID card. They need to be more open-minded, helpful and considerate more about their jobs.
