Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Staff Rosa communicated with messages within the booking app, instructions and code to get in the building and room. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, too bad there was only one air conditioner in the bedroom as the apartment was very hot during the day. It was central to everything. Kitchen had a small microwave, coffee maker which I didn't use either one but did put some drinks in the small fridge. Not too noisy from other patrons. You have to walk up the wooden stairs and no elevators but had no issues as I only had a carrying on. My original code allowed me to enter the building but it did not work to my apartment. The key pad had some numbers that didn't work. Luckily, a cleaning staff was there and called Rosa at the other hotel where you had to go check in if you didn't do it online upon request. I was given a new code without the number on the keypad to my room that did not work. I wished there was an air conditioner in the livingroom as the apartment was very hot during the day as it faced south even though the darkened window blinds were down. Some of the floor was cracked in the kitchen area, the shower caulking was showing old but clean. I thought in one of the photos when booking it showed a washer for clothes.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Das täglich vor die Haustüre gelieferte Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend (zwar vl. etwas schade, dass man nicht aktiv auswählen konnte was man haben will, aber für ein paar Nächte völlig ok)! Die Lage war auch gut.
Die Badezimmertür ist defekt, wodurch sich die Schiebetür nicht ganz schließen ließ. Das war etwas nervig, vorallem weil das Badezimmer (inkl. Toilette) gleich im Schlafzimmet ist.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Appartement spacieux, identique au photos, très propre et vraiment proche de tout commodités. J'ai visité porto à pied vu l'emplacement idéal du logement. Personnel sympa et réactif. Check in autonome et simple à faire. Je recommande.
Une odeur des égouts au niveau des toilettes. Il faut fermer la porte après chaque utilisation. Aussi le parquet au sol qui grince quand on marche dessus mais rien de méchant.

Según las características que ponía del inmueble indicaba que estaba insonorizado pero muy lejos de la realidad, se escuchaba absolutamente todo ya sea de la calle o bien de los pisos de arriba.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026La ubicación y el equipamiento, desde frigorífico hasta sandwichera para los desayunos. El váter y la ducha estaban en habitaciones separadas, por lo que es mejor a mi parecer.
Nos tocó una habitación de la zona baja, el suelo era de madera y crujía a cada paso pareciendo un poco inestable incluso. Desde nuestra cama se escuchaba cada vez que alguien entraba y salía del edificio. La primera noche nos despertó un hombre que no podía abrir su habitación por las voces y porrazos a la puerta. Limpieza y orden muy bueno, aunque nos desapareció una bolsa con ropa interior sucia que estaba colgada en el baño junto con las toallas, imagino que al cambiarnos las toallas el domingo, echaría la bolsa sin querer junto con las toallas.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026It was in a brilliant location, up the road from the train station and very close to the bridge across to the other side (top of the hill). The room was clean and quite spacious, good kitchen facilities for having a cuppa in the morning on the balcony and the air con worked a treat after all the hills!
This didn't affect us but we were on the third floor and there was no lift so this might deter someone.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Az elhelyezkedés remek volt, ezért is választottam. A legtöbb látnivaló a közelben volt, 10-15 perc sétára. A kilátás a szállásról nem volt túl jó, egy romos házra láttunk rá egy szűk utcában. De mivel csak aludni mentünk oda, ezért ez nem zavart. És erről a szállásadó nem tehet. A reggelivel mindig jól laktunk, a kínálatban volt állandóság is és változatosság is. Sokfélét kaptunk, mindenből egy keveset.
A lépcsőházban a fa lépcsőkön és a szobákban a parkettán nem lehetett halkan közlekedni. Ez azért zavaró volt.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Unkomplizierter netter Austausch mit den Mitarbeitern. Einfacher Zugang zur Unterkunft mittels Code. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Betten sehr bequem. Kleine Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle vorhanden. In direkter Nähe Supermärkte und Bäcker. Gute Lage für einen Besuch der Altstadt. Kooperation mit einem Parkhaus, ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt, für 10€/Nacht, welches eigentlich 12€/Nacht kostet.
Zugang zum Zimmer mit Türcode. Eigentlich sehr praktisch aber die Tür ging nicht leicht zu öffnen und wir mussten es immer mehrmals probieren. Unser Zimmer lag an der Eingangstür des Hauses und war sehr hellhörig zum Flur und zur Straße. Allerdings liegt das auch an der Rücksichtslosigkeit der anderen Gäste, die die Tür zu knallen und im Flur trampeln. Von dem über uns liegenden Zimmer haben wir allerdings nichts gehört, aber vielleicht war es auch nicht belegt. Am Bett gibt es nur jeweils eine Steckdose, wo die Nachttischlampen eingesteckt sind. Das Bad ist klein aber in Ordnung. Bei unserem Zimmer sollte aber dringend mal die Einstellung des Wassers überprüft werden. Beim Duschen gab es nur kalt oder kochend heiß.

1. La almohada es bastante incómoda 2. Te dan un código para abrir la puerta del portal y otro para tu habitación y en nuestro caso se equivocaron y resulta que para ambas cosas el código era el mismo y cuando quisimos entrar en el hotel por la noche no nos abría la puerta con el supuesto código…y llamamos y nadie nos cogía…finalmente se me ocurrió meter el segundo código y pudimos entrar pero vaya susto.. (nos devolvieron la llamada un rato después).

Fácil de entrar, por código de acesso e de pegar as chaves. Quarto amplo, arrumado, limpo, cama muito confortável e banho quente!!! A única coisa um pouco incômoda é o piso, que "range" muito quando se anda.

Очень удобно, что можно оставить багаж на стойке регистрации как до заезда, так и после выезда - это действительно выручило. Завтрак порадовал - вкусный, сытный и отличный старт дня. В целом, впечатления остались положительные, отель отлично подойдёт для комфортного знакомства с городом.
Из небольших минусов - в номере были скрипучие полы, а звукоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего, иногда было слышно соседей.

Handdoeken of nat beregende kleding drogen totaal niet, vochtig appartement dus. Erg weinig bestek en keukengerei. Precies 2 lepels voor 2 personen is karig. In de geleverde pot en pan kan je amper pasta voor 2 personen koken, dus je kan hier erg weinig gerechten maken. Er is maar 1 pit aanwezig. Als je zelf wilt koken moet je hier dus rekening mee houden.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026A localização é muito boa. Ótima para explorar o centro da cidade, bons restaurantes perto. Apartamento espaçoso, a cama era confortável. Pequeno almoço entregue na porta do apartamento, à hora estipulada, composto por pão, pastelaria, doce, queijo, fiambre, sumo, iogurte, granola, café. É saboroso.
Uma vez que viajamos no inverno, e apanhamos dias frios, falta um aquecedor na sala, e uma manta de reserva. O chão, devido ao fato de serem prédios de construções antigas, faz barulho, conseguindo ouvir se as pessoas andar.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the room was so spacious, warm, comfortable and had everything I could have wished for. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials, and the shower was powerful, you truly feel at home sitting at the dining table! I would love to come back and stay for longer next time!

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026De locatie is echt super. Het is mega centraal gelegen. Beter kan niet denk ik. Prijs kwaliteit echt top! Fijn dat er een aparte ‘woonkamer’ is. Het is ook goed geregeld met zelf inchecken via codes voor de sleutel.
Er is airco in de slaapkamer die ook kan verwarmen, maar dit verwarmt de woonkamer niet. Hierdoor was het daar best koud. In de winter is het dus best koud in de studio, behalve in de slaapkamer dan.

La comunicación muy muy buena todo al detalle bien explicado y la ubicación perfecta está cerca de muchas cosas para moverte.
Por decir algo el suelo es de parquet y cruje mucho al andar parece que se mueve a la vez y vibran las puertas del armario.

There was a weird smell coming out of the bathroom. Probably from the drain. In my opinion nothing major, but could be improved.

Appartement très bruyant car juste à côte de la porte d'entrée et RDC sur la rue. Salle de bain vraiment petite. Un détail : la machine à café avait été utilisée sans être nettoyée, et sur les 2 capsules "offertes", une était déjà utilisée...
