Vriendelijk personeel. Goed zwembad met ligbedden. Zomaar upgrade van kamer gekregen. Advies om huisje aan het zwembad te boeken.

Zee was niet om lekker in te zwemmen. Communicatie met sommige personeelsleden was moeilijk. Badkamer was voor aankomst niet goed schoongemaakt.

Absolutely nothing

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and I cannot recommend it. When we arrived, there were ants all over the room. After I complained, someone came with a broom and insect spray to clean them, but the next morning the room was once again full of ants crawling on our bed and belongings. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, and the street leading to the hotel is very dark and does not feel pleasant or suitable for families with children. Because of all these issues, I decided to end my stay earlier than originally planned and explained the situation to the owner. When we first arrived, we were told that an additional bed would cost 200 baht per night. We also paid approximately 7,000 baht to upgrade our room because the original room we were given was simply not suitable for staying in — it was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. When I decided to leave early, I asked to settle the remaining payment for the extra bed so that I would only pay for the nights we had actually stayed. Suddenly, the hotel claimed that the extra bed cost 1,000 baht per night, in addition to requesting further payment related to the room upgrade. I explained that when we agreed to the extra bed, we were clearly told that the price was 200 baht per night. They then showed me paperwork stating 1,000 baht per night, but this price had never been shown or explained to me beforehand, and the document did not contain my signature. At no point did I sign or agree to pay 1,000 baht per night for the extra bed. Instead of trying to resolve the disagreement professionally, the owner chose to call the police while we were simply trying to settle the payment. Her attitude toward us was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unpleasant. Between the ants, poor cleanliness, weak shower pressure, uncomfortable location, unexpected payment dispute, and the way we were treated when trying to resolve the situation, this was a very disappointing experience.

חדרים פשוטים אבל מקום ממש נחמד, המלון נמצא על החוף המערבי ורואים משם שקיעות מרהיבות. אי אפשר להכנס לים שם כי הוא מלא בצמחי ים ושוניות. הבריכה וכל אזור הישיבה ממש מוצלחים ואפשר לקחת סאפ וקייק בחינם מהמלון. ההליכה לאזור המרכזי יחסית קצרה והמלון קרוב לבית הישראלי. התמורה למחיר יחסית גבוהה.

החוף ליד המלון קצת מלוכלך ואי אפשר להכנס לים שם בגלל צמחי ים ושוניות עם קיפודי ים

Eigentlich alles. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal ob an der Rezeption, Reinigungspersonal oder andere Angestellte des Hotel alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

חדרים מאוד מיושנים ולא מושקעים. סתימות חוזרות בשרותים. יש רשימת עלויות לחיוב עבור כל נזק או אובדן. Wifi מאוד חלש ללא חיבור לאינטרנט זה עובד רק למספר שניות!!! ארוחת בוקר מאוד בסיסית שחוזרת על עצמה וצוות קטן שלא עומד בעומס במתן שרות.

מקום נחמד אך מאוד מיושן.

מתקנים מאוד מיושנים. נותנים מפתח אחד לחדר למרות שהיינו 3 אנשים. יש רשימת עלויות לחיוב עבור כל נזק או אובדן. Wifi מאוד חלש ולרוב לא עושה את העבודה!!! ארוחת בוקר מאוד בסיסית שחוזרת על עצמה וצוות קטן שלא עומד בעומס במתן שרות.

מיקום נהדר באזור מרכזי, מלון שקט ונוף מושלם על הים. ערסלים ופינות ישיבה בבריכה הצמודה לחוף.

ארוחת בוקר בסיסית ביותר מוגשת מתוך תפריט דל ובקמצנות. אין גמישות ועל כל שינוי כמו קפה הפוך במקום אמריקנו צריך לשלם אקסטרה. גם ההגשה מאד בקמצנות בוחרים גבינה ומקבלים חצי כפית. לקחנו בונגלוסים צופים לים - החדרים פשוטים מאד ברמת אכסניה וצריך לריב עם ברז המים.

מקום קסום עם חוף פרטי, אפשר לקחת קייק ולשוט בים, יש נדנדות ובריכה נחמדה. הוילות על הים מאוד בסיסיות אבל רעש הגלים והנוף הכחול מפצים על הכל. צוות העובדים חייכנים ונחמדים .

הוילה על החוף מאוד בסיסית. חוף הים לא ממש מזמין לשחיה. מיים נמוכים מאוד ומלא סלעים.

Schone ruime kamers met lekker zacht bed. Heel fijn zwembad met ligstoelen en zitzakken direct aan het strand. Vriendelijke mensen. Dicht bij een aantal mooie stranden en lekkere restaurants.

De locatie is wat minder centraal op het eiland. Wij vonden de trap naar de Hill side kamers geen probleem (ong 45 treden) maar als je slechter ter been bent boek dan de kamers aan de tuin!

We were greeted by friendly staff and shown our room. We booked a Seaview bungalow and it was spacious with a beautiful view. The shower pressure was wonderful. The pool and bar area is very relaxing. It is an easy 700 meter walk from Haad Rin beach if you prefer a real beach. The are plenty of restaurants near by or again, an easy walk into the main town

While it is beachfront with lovely views, it is not a swimming beach due to the reef and shallow water. We didn’t find this a problem as walked to the main beach and spent the afternoons around the beautiful pool area. As usual in Thailand people smoke anywhere without thinking of others around them including weed.

2 huisjes met uitzicht op de tuin, huisjes waren schoon en netjes. De locatie is echt top! Het restaurant ligt aan het zwembad (erg schoon) en daarachter gelijk het strand. In de avond hoorde je allerlei dierengeluiden, veel kikkers erg leuk! Wij hadden 2 huisjes voor 3 nachten, helaas niet naast elkaar, maar het was op loopafstand. Het ligt vlak bij een soort winkelstraat en dichtbij de fullmoon beach.

Het is klein iets, maar wij vonden het personeel bij de receptie niet echt heel vriendelijk ze helpen ook niet echt met tripjes verzinnen of voorstellen doen. En het ontbijt is minimaal, je kunt van een kaart kiezen, ei met toast of mushli, maar het was wel lekker.

It‘s a great apartment/house and very cozy and I love the pool area with the beach right in front of it and sunset. Also so many cute cats and the staff is so nice! The location ist great too, walking distance to the main street and also scooter rental is available and laundry service🥰 I think it is super price worthy!

Litet och gemytligt, med trevlig personal. Det hade allt, fantastisk solnedgång, härliga små relaxzoner, en halt hund som alltid kom och hälsade. Precision vi vill ha det.

Mooi zwembed aan t strand. Leuk met een barretje en muziek. Je kan er heerlijk eten.

מקום מדהים. אווירה שקטה ונעימה. צוות מקצועי, אדיב ואכפתי. קיבלנו יחס אישי ועזרה לכל שאלה מהרגע הראשון ועד לסיום החופשה. בעלים של המקום עזר לנו בחלק מהנושעים באופן אישי שאפילו לא היו קשורים למלון וזה ללא כל תמורה. אני מודה להם על החוויה!!! חופשה הבאה בקופן גן רק במלון זה!

Sehr gute Lage. Fußläufig zum Haad Rin, Restaurants, Bars, Geschäften. Personal super freundlich. Haben bei allen Anliegen geholfen und sind sehr entspannt. Pool sehr schön direkt am Meer. Aufgrund von Ebbe war das Baden im Meer nicht möglich, aber es gibt auf der Insel ja genügend andere Möglichkeiten. Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr viel (Wahl zwischen Omelette, Spiegeleiern, Rührei, pochierte Eier + Käse + Toast, Salat, Früchteteller, Müsli, Pfannkuchen oder amerikanisches Frühstück) Traumhafter Blick vom Zimmer aufs Meer. Betten sehr bequem. Würden wiederkommen.

Wäscheständer zum Trocken wäre praktisch.

I’m a scuba diver. There is no scuba diving from Haad Rin. At least I didn’t find any diving shops.

L hôtel au calme très bien entretenu avec une belle végétation et une piscine avec vue sur koh samui. Le personnel très serviable . Le petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

The hotel was great. Very good location, the staff are very friendly. I rented one scooter and no problem at all.

I booked a bungalow with a sea view and it was so worth it. Next to the lovely, slightly cooling pool and next to the beach. Evenings on the beanbag watching sunset, having food from the restaurant. Beautiful. Excellent service at the reception from Deek. His English is perfect and he is very helpful and friendly. Bungalow was good size, including sofa. Very clean. Green garden with many plants and flowers.

If I can suggest please limit the area for smoking. As a non smoker next to the pool with all my neighbours smoking at one point it was bit too much. Also maybe the music can start playing after lunch if there are not many people by the pool. Sometimes the waves and nature sounds are preferred. However I have very much enjoyed my stay.

Tout était parfait : l’emplacement, le confort, la propreté… un vrai petit paradis. Les lits étaient extrêmement confortables et l’appartement impeccable. Mention spéciale également au personnel, absolument adorable, et tout particulièrement à notre serveuse qui a été incroyable tout au long du séjour.

Beautiful Beachfront villas with really nice staff, amazing pool with a great space around it and 10 minute walk from haad rin, totally recommend investing a bit extra to be in the sea view room

Shower didnt work properly so hot and cold water switched every few seconds and since it has nature around the rooms there are alot of bugs so ants get in (dont leave food open)

The staff was kind, welcoming, smiling and helpful. The location was amazing with a stunning lagoon, really nice pool and cool bar with good cocktails. The bartender was particularly nice and friendly. The room was clean and just as described

На второй день не принесли воду и на веранде у нас стоял пакет с мусором, его никто не убрал.

Wir hatten das "high floor" Zimmer. Uns hat das Zimmer gut gefallen. Das war auch moderner eingerichtet als die Bungalows am Strand/ Garten. Die Häuser befinden sich auf der gegenüber liegenden Straßenseite. Die Hotelanlage ist eher kleiner gestaltet, hat uns aber ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand ist etwas kleiner, teilweise mit mittelgroßen Steinen und Algen. Wir waren öfter am Rin Nai Beach (Am besten mit Roller zu erreichen) Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich, auch das Essen Mittags war sehr lecker. Es gibt auch einen Pick up Service von Haad rin Pier. Die Gegend ist etwas ruhiger. Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen!

Frühstück könnte besser sein. In der Nähe gibts bessere Frühstückslokale.

- Personal sehr bemüht - unseren kleinen Sohn hat es extrem gut gefallen - Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für kleine Kinder - sehr gute Lage - schöne gepflegte Gartenanlage

- sehr in die Jahre gekommen - viel zu warme Bettwäsche - einfaches Leintuch würde genügen - Leitungswaser riecht unangenehm.

Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir sogar unseren Aufenthalt verlängert haben. Alle sind sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder
