لا يوجد مكواة ملابس لان ممنوع ووجدت حشرات في الغرفه مثل الصراصير الصغيره ودخان المطبخ يدخل للغرفة صباحا ولا يوجد عوازل في غرف الفندق مما يكون في ازعاج من الغرف الأخرى

Cleanliness should be improved. There was dirt and sticky on the table. Mold in the shower room. Used cups were still on the table when we came back to the room after a full day activity.

Att det inte går att lita på de anställda på hotellet. Jag glömde min mobilladdare i uttaget på höger sida av sängen. Ringde och berättade detta kort efter utcheckning och de skulle kolla. Nej, någon laddare fanns inte. Eftersom jag jag är 100% säker ringer jag igen dagen efter igen, nej det finns ingen laddare. När jag efter 3 dagar har ett ärende i Bangkok igen går jag in och pratar med receptionen. Nej någon laddare finns inte. Nästa gång kanske det är min vigselring/klocka/dokument eller något annat viktigt som jag glömmer och då vill jag kunna lita på att få det åter. Så tänk på det om du funderar på detta boende.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Excellent location! There are a lot of shops, markets, restaurants, massage parlors, Nana BTS very close-by. Breakfast was limited, but had good variety. Rooms were more spacious than other hotels. Staffs were very cooperative. Housekeeping was excellent. They could make the room up within the shortest possible time and rooms were neatly cleaned.
Somehow, bad odor was coming out of the toilet all the time. Bathroom fittings are pretty old and some of them do not work properly. Only one elevator for such a (relatively) big hotel and the load was kept at the minimum level - it beeped even with 4 persons hen the load capacity shown as 8 persons.

They have an overwhelming number of things to sign, along with rules about what to do in various situations. There is a payment list for any damages, and there is no flexibility to even provide a small bath towel for the shower room. Additionally, the toilet has a bad smell even after flushing. This hotel wants to get more with a very limited provision of service.

الغرف مقابل الشارع يوجد به ازعاج السيارات والدراجات والنوافذ لا يوجد بها عوازل.

The location was very convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to the hospital. The room itself was spacious and clean, with simple, minimal décor. Overall, it was a practical and comfortable choice for our needs.
There were no day curtains or bedside lamps, which made the lighting a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom door faces directly into the bedroom and has a small frosted window—so when the light is switched on at night, it can be disruptive while trying to sleep.
