L'emplacement, la suite était propre et grande, douche + baignoire 4 lit, vu que la mer et la piscine

Dommage que le personnel ne parle pas français. Le self est a revoir, trop de queue qui cachent les produits disponibles. Parc aquatique sympa manque des casiers pour les affaires ou transat pour les parents. Grand toboggan non accessible avant 1m25.

Morje ob hotelu, vsi so zelo prijazni, imajo tobogane, zvečer so animacije za otroke, v kleti je en bazen v primeru slabega vremena, filtrirana voda za pitje, ki jo lahko točiš neomejeno, zunanja igrala za otroke... Nimam pripomb. Priporočam 👌

Všeč mi ni bilo, da vode v bazenih ne grejejo in je zelo mrzla.

En general, el resort está muy bien. Muy aconsejable, por tanto me gustó todo. Hemos pasado un fin de semana fantástico. Personal, instalaciones, habitación. Todo muy bien.

Todo fue muy bien. Por decir algo, vi diferencias en el mantenimiento, orden y limpieza entre los dos ambientes de las piscinas. El peor el de la glorieta central. No quiero decir que fuera pésimo, sino que estaba mucho mejor el ambiente de las piscinas de la parte del comedor.

Todo. Cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle. Muy limpio, el personal súper atento, las comidas buenísimas y con una gran variedad para elegir. Y los monitores de las actividades de los niños fantásticos, hacen que los niños se lo pasen increíble.

No hay nada de lo que pueda decir que no me gustara, pero, por poner algo, podría decir que el horario de la cena lo pondría un poco mas tarde.

Beds are really comfortable. Food is good and a good variety. Waiters in the dining room are fast and clean table plates quite frequently. Nice modern hotel although it has its down side too. 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor and next door waterslides.

Room cleaners are a huge disaster. In 1 week i doubt if they cleaned our room. We where 4 in a small room, always left the room well for the cleaners not to have difficulty in cleaning, but it was all in vain.There was a tampax blue cover under the toilet( which wasn't ours) was left there the whole week, didn't even bother to clean the bathroom. Just change of towels and make the beds and thats it!! The mug near the kettle in our room was with lipstick.No hygiene at all. In the dining room all the spoons where dirty with food leftover which had then dried up.They don't even bother to check them. I drew their attention once as there was a spoon full of sticky food not washed well, and they only removed that spoon ! What about the otherspoons touching??! Disgusting. We had full board. Only Water is free but you have to pay for all any other drinks. The water slides section don't have a pool so if you're there for your kids you have to suck it up sitting and waiting. No foods and drinks are allowed there either.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit mais l’expérience était super ! Nous avons apprécié la taille de la chambre, nous avions 2 chambre et 2 salles de bain. C’était parfait ! Les équipements de l’hôtel sont tops ! Les enfants ont apprécié le parc aquatique et les différentes animations proposées tout au long de la journée et de la soirée. Le repas et le petit déjà était varié et de bonne qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la viande halal.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait personne dans et autour de la piscine alors que tous les transits sont réservés par des serviettes et ce alors qu’il n’est pas 9h du matin. Les gens n’ont aucun civisme ! À l’accueil aucune explication sur les différents lieu (plusieurs piscines, plusieurs bars…) pour nous permettre de profiter d’un maximum de ce que propose l’établissement

El parque acuático está muy bien para los niños y no tan niños. Las piscinas y las instalaciones en general están muy bien mantenidas y limpias. Los empleados han sido muy amables, sobre todo los socorristas de las diferentes zonas.

El buffet por la noche podría ser un poco más variado. La habitación para 3 resulta un poco pequeña y pondría como sugerencia más horarios para que los niños disfruten del campo de fútbol.

La variedad de actividades que hay cada día, el buffet muy bien, el servicio muy atento en los diferentes puntos del hotel. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir

Es un sitio ideal para disfrutar y descansar. Variedad de planes, de actividades, de zonas. El restaurante muy variado y en cuanto a precio de las consumiciones no incluidas, con precios muy razonables. El spa y los tratamientos muy recomendables y para niños y adultos siempre opciones de entretenimiento. El personal encantador, los monitores del club infantil muy agradables y dedicados. Sin duda para recomendarlo y volver.

El concepto del hotel: ¿es un hotel familiar o un hotel para relajarse? claramente es un hotel familiar para ir con niños, y está genial, pero tiene opciones de relax chillout que no se pueden disfrutar porque se llenan de niños gritando con flotadores y eso genera confusión en el cliente. Deberían reservar algunas zonas sólo para adultos si es posible. Los ascensores un poco lentos. En general pocos problemas, la verdad estamos contentos.

Die Unterlunft selber war toll, mit den Pools und der Animation wie auch das Abendprogramm nur zu empfehlen. obwohl es manchmal wircklich für die Kids etwas spät wurde genossen wir es. Mega lob an das Animationsteam( Izan, Juan, Merche und die anderen)

Han sido unos días increíbles, instalaciones muy cuidadas y modernas , actividades diferentes a otros hoteles , para los niños mucho entretenimiento y original, piscinas adaptadas a todas las edades, comida muy bien elaborada y el personal muy amable Las habitaciones limpias , amplias y actualizadas. La parte de los toboganes acuáticos increíbles, los mejores que he visto en un hotel así , muchas opciones y con muchos socorristas controlando todo

En algunos servicios de comidas poco personal y alguno con poca experiencia y ganas , aunque la supervisión intentaba llevar una buena organización en muchos momentos no había mesas disponibles y limpias y tardaban en poner bebida , pero por lo general el personal muy amable

Lovely staff. They genuinely try to make guests smile and feel happy with their warm welcome. My younger son said that the duck game by the pool and the evening bingo event were his favorite parts of the entire stay. The staff who ran these games were funny, warm, and made sure everyone—children and adults alike—could enjoy themselves. The pool lifeguards also kept a close eye on both children and adults to make sure no one was doing dangerous jumps or dives, and thanks to that, the pool always felt safe and enjoyable. In the restaurant area, the woman at the register was almost always managing everything on her own, yet she handled guests efficiently so no one had to wait long. When she realized where I was from, she thanked me in my native language, which genuinely moved me. A young staff member at the poolside bar also spoke to me in my mother tongue. These are small things, but each one made my stay feel special. There were many families with small children, and the restaurant staff in particular seemed incredibly busy. Even so, their hospitality and kindness were always present. It felt like more than just hotel training — as if it reflected the warm culture of this wonderful place.

It was honestly nothing. Luckily our room is on the 1st floor and always easy to go to pool or restaurant.

The pools and the aquatic park are not connected. You have to pass through the reception of the hotel every time if you want to switch from one pool to another, and the reception was cold (a/c).

L'endroit près de la mer et des commerces plusieurs piscines

La nourriture beaucoup de surgelé et pas de qualité c'est décevant à ce niveau. Il y'a le choix mais les plats aucun goût et pour le petit déj les machines à café ne donnent pas de lait chaud malgré le signalement. Les desserts que des gâteaux industriels et des fruits pas de très bonne qualité... Le parking est payant. Par message on m'annonce 17e par jour et sur place 16e puis on me dit pas de place il faut aller 300m plus loin pour se garer à 8e J.

Nous avons aimé la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Les piscines, les différents bars ainsi que l'aquaparc. La propreté de l'hôtel. La nourriture proposée ainsi que sa qualité.

Les non respect de certaines règles de l'hôtel par beaucoup d'hôtes et qui ne sont pas forcément contrôlées par le personnel accueillant comme par exemple l'interdiction de réserver des transats, beaucoup de bruits dans les couloirs le matin ou le soir ... Même si stipulé lors de la réservation, au prix que nous avons payé le séjour, dommage de devoir encore payer une place de parking à l'hôtel.

La comida podría haber sido más variada. Los horarios de las comidas (almuerzo, comida y cena) está adaptada a los turistas extranjeros. No obstante, aceptable.

Nada en concreto hay cosas mejorables pero en general es un buen sitio para ir en familia y disfrutar de unos días de descanso

El diseño/decoración del hotel y el aceso directo a la playa. El personal del Spa es excelente.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es mejorable. Habría que avisar durante el chek-in que poner toallas para reservar tumbonas en las piscinas está totalmente prohibido. Es muy molesto y de mala educación. El personal debería retirar estas toallas. La calidad de los postres también es mejorable.

Le changement de directive niveau aquatique. Du lundi au vendredi, possibilité d'utiliser une bouée et de faire les toboggans (pour ma fille d'1m24 et mon compagnon avec un pouce cassé dans une attelle et une protection par dessus) mais le samedi interdiction pour mon compagnon et ma fille de faire les grands toboggans et interdiction de mettre la bouée dans la piscine. Ne pas venir avec des enfants de moins d'1m25 pour l'espace aquatique. En revanche il est indiqué de partout qu'il ne faut pas sauter ni plonger et le samedi plus aucune interdiction là dessus... Manque de personnel et d'animateurs parlant le français alors que nous sommes proche de la frontière...

Our son enjoyed the pools and aquapark. The location is great, next to the sea shore. Window view was especially great. Hamam and sauna was super good. Massage in spa center was nice. Bar works long hours and offer decent snacks and menu. Food at restaurant was decent, tasty and had a big variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Check in took quite long. Room needed a bit of renovation. Corridor and room cleaning could be done better.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel familial ! L’établissement est propre et particulièrement adapté aux familles avec enfants. Les 5 piscines, dont un espace avec toboggans, permettent vraiment aux enfants de s’amuser et de profiter pleinement du séjour. L’ambiance est agréable et familiale. Le buffet est correct, avec un choix satisfaisant. Une bonne adresse pour des vacances en famille, surtout avec des enfants

Camp de fútbol tancat i nomes obren quant hi ha activitats programades ( es podría aprofitar la resta d’hores ) Preus variables depenent de la ocupació del hotel. Amb booking vaig pagar 100 euros més agafat amb antelació. (per nomes dues nits i 1/2 pensio) El día de check-in el preu de booking era 100 euros més economic que la meva reserva amb 40 dies d’antelació

Понравился интерьер, территория и особенно бассейны — они просто замечательные и, честно говоря, во многом спасли впечатление от отдыха. Есть две парковки рядом: одна дороже, другая почти в два раза дешевле; одна на солнце, другая в тени. Номер симпатичный, всё необходимое работает, но с уборкой, к сожалению, большая проблема. Туалет был очень грязным, вытяжка — сильно загрязнена, полотенца старые. Грязное стекло, оставленная предыдущими гостями шапочка для душа. Даже после уборки ситуация практически не менялась: полотенца снова были грязными, туалет нормально не убирался. Для такого уровня отеля это очень неприятно. Отдельное разочарование — организация питания. В ресторане постоянно огромные очереди, иногда по 30–40 человек, при этом половина зала почему-то закрыта. Столы свободны, но гостей туда не пускают, поэтому приходится долго ждать. Всё это выглядит очень неорганизованно. Еда в целом нормальная, но не более того: завтрак довольно однообразный, обед и ужин немного лучше. Я бы оценила питание примерно на 3 из 5. Аквапарк мы выбирали именно как одну из главных причин для поездки, но он оказался не очень продуманным для маленьких детей. Например, большая ёмкость периодически выливает воду сверху, и ребёнок может испугаться. На мой взгляд, аквапарк больше подходит детям постарше, примерно от 8 лет. Детские и взрослые развлечения есть, но мы ими практически не пользовались, поэтому объективно оценить их не могу. А вот бассейны действительно отличные — разные, красивые и комфортные. Для нас это был главный плюс отеля. Пляж рядом тоже не впечатлил: каменистый вход в море, с маленьким ребёнком неудобно. Между отелем и пляжем проходит железная дорога. Вечером вокруг довольно тихо и скучно — мало кафе, развлечений и какой-то атмосферы. До более оживлённого места пешком с ребёнком нужно идти около 15 минут.

Отзыв о номере Номер в целом симпатичный, но уборка очень сильно разочаровала. Особенно туалет — внутри всё было настолько сильно загрязнено коричневым налётом, что просто неприятно на это смотреть. Мы даже пытались отмыть сами, но старый ёршик не позволяет нормально добраться до нужных мест. С вытяжки буквально клочьями висит пыль, стекло в душе грязное, а использованная шапочка для душа провисела на стене всю неделю. Под кроватями также много пыли. Отдельно неудобно, что у кондиционера нет пульта управления. Каждый раз приходится вставать, чтобы включить или выключить его, особенно ночью — это очень неудобно. Для такого красивого и современного отеля состояние номера и качество уборки стали большим разочарованием.

Alles was schoon en verzorgd. Moderne uitstraling. Leuk aquapark. Mooie ligging aan het strand. Helaas geen zonnebedjes aan het strand. Wij zijn met de trein naar Barcelona gegaan. We werden daarover goed geïnformeerd door de receptie. Bij het ontbijt en diner had je veel keuze. Kwaliteit was niet super, maar op zich prima. Respect voor het personeel dat al het eten verzorgde! Er werd 's avonds op verschillende plekken animatie verzorgd.

Het is allemaal erg massaal. Er zijn te veel mensen. De zwembadbedjes staan zij aan zij. 's ochtends zijn alle handdoeken al gelegd. Het tweede zwembad gaat om 09.00 open. Er staan al mensen om 08.30 in de rij, maar als je tegen 09.00 uur gaat heb je nog wel een bedje (bij het tweede zwembad). Als je later komt, wordt het lastig. Ook in de eetzaal staan mensen in de rij voor het eten. Niet relaxed. Wij hadden geen All Inclusive, maar als wij wat bestelden, moest je veel geld betalen voor matige kwaliteit. €5 voor een tosti, de wijn bij het diner is echt niet lekker. We konden voor € 20 wel een fles bestellen.

Дуже подобається що багато різних басейнів,чудово підходить для відпочинку з дітьми. Смачна їжа, величезний вибір страв і десертів. Персонал дуже приємний, завжди готовий допомогти.

Comfortable rooms, nice facilities

The hotel has been recently renovated and is in very good condition: new furniture, modern bathrooms, everything is clean and well maintained. The rooms are small, but everything you need is there and well organised. Housekeeping is excellent — very clean and unobtrusive. The reception works very well. We were able to check in early after our flight without any problems. We had a wonderful view from our room. The water slides are great, although some of the joints are not finished very well. Some guests had quite badly scratched backs after using them. The sea is clean, and there were strong waves only occasionally. The beach has sand and large pebbles, and the water gets deep quite quickly. Water shoes are more comfortable, although you can manage without them. The hotel does not have a private beach. Everyone uses their own towels and umbrellas. Umbrellas can be purchased, while towels are available from the hotel with a €10 deposit. There is a SPA, which was usually not very crowded, but we did not particularly like it because of the strong chlorine smell. A big plus is the free drinking water available throughout the hotel. The water is actually quite good. We had full board, and drinks were not included, so it was very convenient not to have to buy water. At lunch and dinner, waiters bring water, but sometimes you have to ask them. For us, it would have been much more convenient to have a water dispenser in the restaurant. There are washing machines available. One wash costs €3.50, plus detergent. The main problem is the restaurant. During peak hours, there are long queues, sometimes extending into the main lobby, while there are often free tables inside that simply have not been cleared. Several times we cleared the dishes ourselves, looked for forks and knives, and tried to find a table. The situation on the terrace is even more surprising: despite the queue at the entrance, tables were often not cleared at all after the first guests.

The hotel was very crowded. There were long queues at the restaurant and lifts, and it was difficult to find a sun lounger by the pool unless you got up early. The restaurant service was poorly organised, with many tables left uncleared. The music was quite loud until 11 pm. Some of the water-slide joints were poorly finished and could cause scratches.

Cal destacar que les instal·lacions son amplies i d’acord amb el què buscavem. El menjar del buffet molt bo, pero a vegades calia esperar-se per a gran volum de gent.

No obstant, manca d’activitats per a la nostra filla de 3 anys (totes destinades a més grans), la mascota de l’hotel només apareix 5 minuts a l’espectacle de la nit,… També vull remarcar que no es va escombrar ni fregar l’habitació en la setmana que vam estar allotjades…per un hotel de 4 estrelles aixo és un punt en contra…

Hôtel très adapté aux familles avec enfants : jeux et toboggans pour tous les âges, adultes compris. Les animateurs viennent spontanément proposer des activités aux enfants. Bel intérieur, hall assez design. Nourriture correcte et bar bien fourni en boissons. Plage à proximité immédiate et des restaurants aux alentours.

Sensation d'usine à touristes dès l'arrivée, avec une densité de clients qui donne un sentiment d'être un peu écrasé. Check-in rapide, avec peu d'explications sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel. Personnel inégal selon les interlocuteurs, et une partie qui parle peu ou pas espagnol, surprenant en Espagne. Boissons majoritairement payantes avec un système de carte à présenter à chaque commande, créant des files d'attente au restaurant aux heures d'affluence. Transats difficiles à trouver, en partie à cause de chaises réservées puis inoccupées, sans intervention claire du personnel. Piscines assez fréquentées par rapport à l'espace disponible. Tenue régulièrement négligée dans les espaces communs, y compris les ascenseurs : clients mouillés, torse nu ou pieds nus en maillot de bain, jusqu'au bar et à la réception. Les animations et soirées se prolongent jusqu'à 23h, avec du bruit audible dans les chambres situées au-dessus. À éviter si vous recherchez le calme le soir. Un hôtel bien pensé pour les familles avec enfants, mais qui gagnerait à améliorer l'accueil et la gestion des flux (piscine, transats, restaurant) pour être pleinement à la hauteur de son classement 4 étoiles et du prix payé.

Wonderful beachside hotel near Barcelona. Despite a nice public beach being just across the road, we never actually got to use it (probably because it was too hot and there were no umbrellas on the beach). But we never saw much people there anyway (for those who'd prefer using the beach). We enjoyed the boardwalk in the evenings though - very nice, lovely, with lots of cafes and Spanish / Catalan beachside restaurants, very nice vibes. A lot to do around the hotel too (mostly food / evening vibes). The hotel itself is nice, clean, looks like a gem of Pineda del Mar. 2 pool areas, 3 pools + hote's own Aquapark area. Seems like all rooms are sea view or side sea view (and tbh I think side sea view is even better - got a next-to corner suite on top of the tower, great views!). Food - we got breakfast & dinner (best decision to keep the weight from exploding!). Lunch is pretty much like dinner. Not too crowded if you come the right time. Quality seems ok, good variety too (for our 4-day stay). Activities by the pool, bar, sports bar, etc. - all good. Great value overall, happy to have come here

It surely felt crowded. Lack of lounge chairs / beds / umbrellas by the pools - if you missed getting them early in the morning (like 7am-8am top) - you're out of luck whole day. Some rude / entitled guests squatting more beds than needed and hardly ever using them (not exactly a hotel problem though).

Hallo, Also ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht... Für mich sehr wichtig Thema Internet. Ich musste mit dem Rechner ca. 100 m bis Mitte Hotel gehen weil im meinem Zimmer mit Pohl kein empfang war. Ich habe das Problem gemeldet und das Hotel konnte das Thema in meinem ganzen Aufenthalt nicht Lössen. Habe für 4 Sterne Hotel für 6 tage ca. 5600 Euro ausgegeben. Mann erwartet mehr... es geht weiter nach 3 tagen hat Mann mir gesagt ich muss noch Parkplatz bezahlen obwohl bei Anmeldung parkschein bekommen und alles bezahlt. es geht weiter nach 5 tagen hat Mann mir gesagt ich kann nicht zum Abendessen mit meiner frau und Kindern weil ich nicht bezahlt habe/ wie peinlich..... nach 10 min Besprechung in der Rezeption haben die den Fehler gefunden und gesagt alle ist ok sie können esse :) Lustig ist auch das meine frau sich schlecht fühle und sie war nicht beim frühstück ich wolle ihr was mitnahmen Mann hat mich wie ein Dieb behandelt " was machen sie sie dürfen sich kein Brötchen mitnahmen das ist nicht gestattet. Nach Erklärung das meine freu Sicht schlecht fühlt hat Mann mich komisch angekuckt und gesagt ausnahm weise. Also für ein 4 Sterne Hotel muss Sicht der Scheff Schemen. Der pool war super aber der Rest einfach schlecht - so ca. 2 Sterne Hotel wo nur über Geld geht. Also ich empfehle es niemand. Geht besser irgend wo anders wo Mann euch wie Mensch behandelt.

Top Hotel! Vriendelijk personeel , schoon en goede faciliteiten.

Dat je niet voor enkele uurtjes een extra bandje kon kopen voor familie die toevallig in de buurt waren. Daar waren ze alles behalve flexibel in.

Fijn hotel, goed onderhouden, meerdere zwembaden en aquapark, schone kamers. Afwisselend eten. Loopafstand naar trein en Ferry voor uitstapjes in de omgeving.

Lange rijen bij bars en restaurant. In Pineda de Mar verder niets te beleven. Beleid van verbod op reserveren van bedjes wordt niet gehandhaafd, om 7 uur zijn alle bedjes bij zwembad 1 al gereserveerd. Zwembad 2 gaat om 9 uur open, dus daar lukt het nog wel om op een later tijdstip een bedje te bemachtigen.

El Aquapark! Mi hijo lo disfrutó muchísimo. Y el Club para niños tambíen está muy bien!

Un super hôtel avec du personnel sympathique qui parle plusieurs langues, les piscines sont superbes, les chambres sont propres et confortables. Les repas offrent beaucoup de choix, les petits-déjeuners étaient vraiment top!

Les personnes qui reservent les transats dès le matin alors que la piscine est visiblement vide. Les desserts etaient parfois décevant mais rien de grave.

La ubicación es muy buena

La chica encargada de recibir a los comensales era muy desagradable , irrespetuosa y con muy poco tacto para tratar a la gente. Se llama Alexandra y ha opacado nuestra estancia.

Pratiquement tout c’était parfait cet hôtel sent le neuf et le propre. En ces fortes chaleur la Clim était la bienvenue. Tout est réunis l‘aquapark adapté aux petits et grands, le buffet très varié, les différent espaces et équipements et différentes piscines, le spa la bagagerie (machine à laver et repassage à disposition) les animations le soir, le personnel, la clientèle, le club enfant la plage en face et le train « rodalias » provenance de Barcelone, les centres ville et commerces à proximité (une grande supérette juste en sortant)Merci à Paula du club enfant francophone une belle personne ! Le personnel de la réception et le serveur Komeo des omelettes et pancakes , le personnel du restaurant avec un service irréprochable Merci à Maribel qui vous accueille et vous place avec gentilles et le sourire.tous sont très gentils Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et ce sera maintenant notre destination préféré !

Dommage que les boissons ne soient pas comprises dans le dîner et l’incitation à la consommation lors des soirées ou dans la journée pour le midi si vous êtes en demi pension.

Restaurant could have managed better for the busy times, long lines, and some nights not much variety to choose.

Piscines et parc aquatique exceptionnels! Chambre propre et spacieuse. Buffet excellent.

La réservation des transats pourtant interdite dès 8h du matin. Le personnel devrait agir pour que cela cesse!! Le personnel qui répond en anglais quand on leur parle en espagnol c est pas normal!!

Mon séjour était génial, de très belles prestations que ce soit pour les adultes et les enfants. Le personnel est top meme si le français n’est pas bien compris par tous le personnel, nous avons quand meme réussi a ce faire comprendre. Je reviendrai l’an prochain.
