Our group of 4 really enjoyed everything abt this hotel. The location was also an amazing bonus being so close to restaurants, shops and the port. The breakfast was very good also. A big thankyou to Stefanos who always greeted us with a smiling face and was an absolute pleasure to deal with!

The property was in a nice quiet street. 15 mins walk from port, very close to restaurants, and supermarkets. The beach was a 10 mins walk walk. The room was as pictured, clean. The breakfast was a nice addition, the same daily but that’s ok. The staff were lovely and helpful.

The air conditioning was noisy but I suspect it was because of the pigeon nesting on the balcony which left a considerable mess

Lage am Rand der Altstadt und ca. 7 Gehminuten zum Strand - das war auch so gewollt! Guter Taxi-Service zum Flughafen. Tipp: In 150 m Entfernung Taverna Christiana, eine sehr authentische griechische Taverne mit fairen Preisen.

Quasi tutto non avevo letto che non c’era ascensore purtroppo per me che ho un problema ad una gamba con bagagli fare le scale è stato faticoso per il resto tutto ok la colazione super come lo staff

Замечательное местоположение, практически в самом центре города, но на тихой улочке, шума вообще не слышно. Очень дружелюбный персонал, все приветливые, все услужливые. Завтрак выше всех похвал, вроде немного всего, но все отборное и очень вкусное. Уборка каждый день.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Greek buffet breakfast was really good. A warm welcome when we arrived. Given a choice of rooms ground floor or upstairs. Very clean room and comfortable beds. The shower worked very well and the hotel looked like it had recently been modernised.

Very nice quiet location with a lovely seating area out side for breakfast. Room was clean and bed comfortable. And best of all the members of staff who looked after us were friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay again.

L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione, vicino al centro ma al riparo dal caos. Le camere sono ampie e ben tenute. Stefanos ci ha accolti con la tipica cordialità greca, sempre attento ad ogni bisogno, sembra di stare in famiglia. La colazione era ottima, sia dolce che salata. Buonissimo lo yogurt, le brioche calde e la frutta fresca ogni giorno. Anche la pulizia è molto curata. Tutto meraviglioso.

ホテルで手配をお願いしたタクシーがなかなか来ず、結局タクシー会社の不手際で手配されてなかったようだったのですが、その時もスタッフの方が親身になってタクシーを新たに手配してくれました。　ホテル移動だったから時間に余裕があったので良かったです。　島内に数台しかないタクシーなので空港移動の時は気をつけた方が良いと思います。

Il personale gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile. Prontissimi per ogni nostra richiesta soddisfacendola in ogni situazione, dal noleggio al Transfer per l’aeroporto. Consigli utili anche se dove andare in base alle condizioni climatiche (vento). Camere estremamente pulite e ben tenute.

Μείναμε στο Olympia Hotel στην Κω και είχαμε μια πραγματικά πολύ όμορφη εμπειρία! Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ βολικό σημείο, στο κέντρο, και όλοι ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί. Θα θέλαμε να κάνουμε μια ξεχωριστή αναφορά στον κύριο Στέφανο στη ρεσεψιόν, ο οποίος ήταν ευγενέστατος, χαμογελαστός και πολύ εξυπηρετικός καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Μάλιστα, επειδή το δωμάτιό μας ήταν ήδη έτοιμο κατά την άφιξη μας επέτρεψαν να κάνουμε check-in νωρίτερα, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την όμορφη φιλοξενία!

la posizione è molto apprezzabile come la pulizia e la grandezza della stanza se al primo piano o sopra. Non quelle al piano terreno.

La notte, per chi non ama tenere acceso il condizionatore, era impossibile dormire, perché se hai la stanza sulla strada, la stessa strada è veramente trafficata e la notte diventa difficile, molto difficile, dormire.

È stato tutto perfetto! La posizione dell' hotel è a 5 minuti di passeggiata dal centro, ma in una posizione molto tranquilla. Colazione buonissima, camere ampie e molto pulite. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e un ringraziamento speciale va a Stefanos per le risate e per aver reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più bello. Ci rivedremo sicuramente il prossimo anno!

Buona struttura con personale gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima. L’hotel si trova in un’ottima posizione per arrivare a piedi al centro di Kos (circa 5-6 minuti a piedi). C’è anche la possibilità di prenotare il taxi per andare/venire all’aereoporto.

L’unica cosa che magari si potrebbe migliorare è la connessione Wi-Fi che in camera non funziona granché e il condizionatore che fa un po’ di rumore quando è acceso anche se a noi non ha influito sul nostro sonno, per il resto nulla da dire.

Siamo già stati nel 2025 in questo hotel e abbiamo deciso di ritornare perché il personale ,Stefanos e Marina,,è estremamente gentile,attento e disponibile. Hanno servizio transfer da areoporto (a pagamento) molto efficiente. La posizione dell'hotel è comodo per girare Kos citta e per le spiagge di Kos citta, per i porti per Turchia e per il Dodecaneso.; per le gite con i galeoni. Camere curate, ristrutturate di recente; buona colazione.

La cordialità nell'accoglienza. La colazione completa è variegata

Quando fai la doccia si bagna tutto il pavimento del bagno. Bisognerebbe migliorare il divisorio

Un petit hôtel simple mais parfaitement tenu, personnel très accueillant.

The staff were really lovely and a perfect example of great Greek hospitality. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a balcony overlooking the street which was a pretty quiet one. We only stayed a short time in Kos and it was exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price which included breakfast. There were plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Would recommend.

Kos merkeze ve limana yürüme mesafesinde temiz ve rahat bir otel. Yakınında market ve restoranlar var personel ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Biz kahvaltı almadık yakında fırın vardı ancak kahvaltı fiyatı kişi başı 10 Euro uygun fiyat.

Tek sıkıntısı wifi yeterli değildi.

Breakfast was lovely and a great addition. Room was clean and did a perfect job. Location was exceptional and all the staff were super helpful and booked our taxis!

It’s a really nice hotel that was recently renovated. Rooms are spacious and have a balcony. Water pressure is good and there is always enough hot water. Bed and pillow were amazing, way better than you would expect from a 2* hotel. In general i would expect it to have 3*

It was too hot in the room. The ac worked poorly, and you couldn’t leave it to work when you’re outside of the room because the card controls all electricity in the room including the ac unit. The last day it even started leaking on the inside, so we had to turn it off. Generally that needs to be fixed, as it’s not great to be without or with bad ac in greece during summer.

Маленький, милый отельчик!))) Но номер на одного был большой, с двуспальной кроватью + балкон, на котором можно курить (для меня это важно)! Хорошее расположение, относительно недалеко от моря! Hôtel idéalemznt situé, proche du port (arrivées et départs en ferry), de la vieille ville et de la plage. L'équipe en place est très avenànte, de jour comme de nuit. L'établissement est bien tenu et très propre.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner n est pas "pratique", circulation non fluide. Une bouteille d eau offerte dans le frigo serait appréciée en particulier pour les arrivées de nuit.

Gute Lage in Kos Stadt, ideal für eine Nacht bei später Ankunft oder Abflug. Gut mit Taxi erreichbar. Viele Restaurants und Bars fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer geräumig und sauber.

Kein Aufzug vorhanden. Klimaanlage sehr sehr schwach selbst bei eingestellten 17 Grad.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both the port and the town center. The neighborhood is generally quiet, with no loud bars or discos nearby. The staff were polite and welcoming throughout our stay.

Wi-Fi did not work, and there was no mobile signal inside the room. If your room is on the ground floor, you can clearly hear everything happening at the reception throughout the night, as well as passing cars and motos. And people who pass by can look inside your room. The bathroom is very small, humid and not particularly comfortable. The safe inside the wardrobe was not working and was not even attached to the cabinet. We also found someone else's hair on the bed sheets, which was disappointing from a cleanliness perspective.

Posizione, pulizia. Le stanze ai piani superiori sono da preferire. Bagni nuovi e ben dotati di doccia con soffione. Le stanze sono ampie e hanno un capiente armadio a doppia anta scorrevole. Silenzioso. In zona defilata lontana dal caos ma non distante dal centro.

C'è stata un'incomprensione iniziale,poi risolta positivamente.

Struttura piccola e senza ascensore, situata in una posizione centralissima a Kos. È una soluzione essenziale e comoda per soggiorni di breve durata, ideale per chi desidera spostarsi a piedi e trovarsi tra i locali ed ristoranti del centro.

The hotel was located a little bit off the main tourist area which, for me, was perfect. They were really accommodating about letting me check in early and, in general, the room had everything I needed. The mattress was comfy which is always a bonus in Greece. The staff were really helpful and willing to give advice on things like places to eat. The buffet breakfast was also good, given the size of the hotel. Wifi was an issue, but this wasn't the hotel's fault. I've had the same issue in other hotels on Kos and it is the fault of the island's main provider!

Although I had a tiny balcony, there were no chairs to sit on - I guess because it was just above street level - so maybe, if you are booking a room, request an upper floor?

Odada bir şişe su bile yoktu. Bir bardak çayın parası için peşimizden koştular,. Gece saat 03:00 de giriş yaptık ve çok yorgun olduğumuzdan bir saat geç çıkış yapmak istedik, bunun için para istediler.

Die Lage zum Fährhafen und zum Busbahnhof ist sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Badezimmer von angenehmer Größe. Auswahl beim Frühstück für 10,-€ ausgesprochen gut. Transfer zum Flughafen für 50,-€ komfortabel und pünktlich. Hervorzuheben ist jedoch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter.

This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean and has a great location. A certain standard of quality and discipline is evident. Breakfast is adequate and good. The beds could be more comfortable, but they're not bad. We had a wonderful two days. Thank you, Olympia.

The beds aren't bad, but they could be more comfortable. Two single beds joined together don't offer the comfort of a double bed.

We just boomed one night to take the ferry next morning. It is quiet , very clean a spacious room and a GREAT breakfast 👌🏽
