¡Muy Recomendado! Nos encanta el servicio, todos son súper amables. La vista desde la habitación es inmejorable, el desayuno es muy completo, y el menú del restaurante es delicioso. Es la segunda vez que vamos con mi pareja y de seguro seguiremos yendo. Es fácil llegar desde el tren, y también el pueblo queda muy cerca como para salir a dar una vuelta o comer afuera. La playa también está a unos pocos metros. Me gusta mucho, además, el concepto de ser hotel/escuela y que la gente que está allá está aprendiendo (aunque igual hay mucha gente senior supervisándolos). Creo que esto hace que el servicio sea excepcional, y que los costos sean asequibles.

Cosas que quizás podrían mejorar: - Se hace mucha fila/cola para servirse el café al desayuno. - El aire acondicionado de los cuartos quizás ya merece una renovación.

Hotel tiene vistas increibles y es muy tranquilo. Hotel estaba lleno y nunca escuchado ningun ruido. Todo muy comodo, personal super simpatico.

Location

Noise levels exceptionally loud. Poor sound proofing between rooms. Unclean. Bad smell. Horrible bed clothes particularly the over blanket which definitely would not be washed for new guests. I didn’t want it touching me. The pillow cases didn’t even cover the pillows. Not a relaxing or enjoyable stay in our experience.

While the buffet breakfast was not necessarily high quality, it was nice to be able to have breakfast and sit outside by the pool

The level of noise during the night and early in the morning. I was unlucky with the room I had been given (I think it was 221) as it was right next to the lift, the staircase and the room where the cleaners wheeled out the cleaning trolleys very early in the morning and chatted loudly then. They had put up a sign at the elevator door asking people to be considerate of those sleeping next to it, but weren't heeding this. I had asked for a quiet room when booking the room and told the gentleman at the reception that the noise levels were far too high, but he just shrugged it off. Overall, the senior staff at the reception (and restaurant) seemed like they couldn't be bothered. For a hotel that's training people, I was expecting a bit more. The walls were paper thin, I also heard people above and next to me talking all night. Unfortunately, this affected the quality of my stay. I come to Sant Pol often to visit friends but will look for alternative accommodation in the future - options are limited though.

Le manque de certains équipements dans la chambre tel qu'un petit frigo et une bouilloire et quelques tasses. La présence d'animaux (chiens) dans l'hôtel qui était très dérangeant par les aboiements réguliers.

Buena ubicación, una piscina grande con jardín agradable para pasear con tu mascotas ya que admiten mascotas y eso me encantó y la comida esta bastante bien. Ninguna queja del personal son muy agradables.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien y tenía bastante polvo.

La ubicación es muy buena, justo encima del mar, y bajando a una playa muy tranquila. La atención por parte de las personas encargadas fue también muy buena. Nos pusieron una cama accesoria un par de días porque vinieron a visitarnos mi hija y su novio y fue todo fenomenal. Se respira olor a limpio por los pasillos. Tiene una piscina no demasiado grande, pero en la que se está fenomenal, buen desayuno y estupendo restaurante gastronómico (L'Ermita), ya que el hotel es un hotel escuela para estudiantes de gastronomía y turismo. La verdad es que han sido unos días muy relajantes en los que hemos descansado de verdad.

En un hotel de los años 60, y los baños se ven antiguos. Quizá habría que cambiar bañeras por duchas, pero todo funciona bien. Por otro lado, la falta de frigorírico en las habitaciones es un handicap.

La ubicacion es muy buena y el alrededor muy tranquilo. Lo mejor es la piscina y el hecho de que de el Sol en ella todo el dia. Tambien la terraza del bar, al lado.

A pesar de tener apagada el aire, se oya mucho ruido por la noche de los motores de aire acondicionados de otras habitaciones, ue estan montados justo fuera de la ventana.

La atención amable de todo el personal, nos han hecho sentir muy a gusto. La piscina no muy grande, pero suficiente y el restaurante muy bueno.

Las vistas de la 1ª planta son bonitas, pero los edificios tapan bastante. Falta un frigobar en la habitación normal.

Es difícil descansar en este hotel, se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo desde las habitaciones, empiezan a limpiar a las 8am sábado y domingo y lo hacen con mucho ruido. No pudimos dormir hasta tarde ningún día.

Krásný hotel, ochotný personál, vynikající snídaně. Spali jsme pouze jednu noc ale dokážu si představit i pobyt na delší dobu. Bezproblémové parkování přímo u hotelu zdarma. Krásný bazén pro hosty v ceně pobytu.

The beautiful town of San Pol de Mar. Comfortable bed. Great potential and im sure it was beautiful in the 60s/70s. The olive tree and the fish pond are very pretty.

Unhelpful, unfriendly and abrupt staff. Absolutely zero atmosphere anywhere. Breakfast was sparse to say the least and each morning i sat with knots in my stomach as it was such a stressful experience. Staff hover like flies and remove yoir dishes before you’ve finished or go to get another coffee. You have to ask them to leave it alone and still they keep hassling you & it’s only a tiny room so very easy to keep track of everyone. They run out of the small offering of breakfast items and sometimes won’t replenish even with 20 mins left of breakfast time.. then it’s all taken away before 10am. So stressful. Very dated hotel, where they make cuts everywhere to save money. Almost a tantrum thrown when I requested a fresh towel after the erratic shower head destroyed the bathroom. Yet the prices they charge don’t match with how parsimonious they are in every regard. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. One member of staff said hello (twice) in the entire 5 days. No welcome, no thank you. I was afraid to ask for anything after the towel incident. It is a bleak, Depressing place.

Està al costat de la platja. Té un bon esmorzar i l' aire condicionat de l'habitació és perfecte.

És un hotel antic que no es fan reformes de fa molt temps. Li cal una reforma important. La piscina no estava del tot neta. El llit i el coixí són justets. No tenia cortina i entrava llum de seguida, la vam demanar el primer dia però no la van posar. Tampoc tenia nevera petita i això quan ho vam demanar sí que ens van posar una nevera molt atrotinada, però ja ens va fer el servei.

Big room with excellent sea views. The staff were extremely helpful. As it is atraining hotel some were a little inexperienced but their enthusiasm more than made up for this. Decent breakfast and evening meal was good value and big portions.

Relatively long walk down hill to beach is the only thing I can think of but the beach and beach bar to the north of hotel made up.for it.

Hotel familiar, tranquilo, todas las habitaciones tienen unas vistas espectaculares. Sencillo y limpio. La piscina fabulosa. Es la 3 ra vez que vuelvo y repetiremos. Además, Sant Pol de Mar es un pueblo costero encantador.

Quizás el desayuno que no fue tan variado como años anteriores. Eso sí, el pan excelente.

Beach, groceries, city center. All can be reach by foot. Even train station is close if u want to jump in and visit Barcelona. The staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant is good and the pool is very cosy ! Really nice place to stay if you want to be cosy and see the sea thru the balcony.

The wall are a bit thin but all is fine if your neighbours are not loud

I got mold poisoning and bronchitis. The noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in (people were vacuuming at 3 AM and moving furniture around all morning and then they started doing reformas or rehabilitación or whatever next door - grinding and drilling, etc. at like eight in the morning

Las vistas desde la habitación espectaculares, se ve el mar. El desayuno estaba bueno y el personal ha sido agradable. Se encuentra a 5 minutos andando del centro y la zona es muy tranquila. Ideal para parejas o familias.

Si que es verdad que las paredes de la habitación son muy finas y se escucha todo. Además podrían darle un cambio de aire a las habitaciones ya que se ven un poco anticuadas. A pesar de que el desayuno estaba bueno había poca variedad y el zumo de naranja no era natural. Nos costó descubrir donde estaba la entrada.

Por decir algo... Que no se puede hacer Late CheckOut. Sin embargo puedes estar en el area de la piscina, y pedir en el Bar.

La ubicación tan cercana al tren y al centro del pueblo. También la playa de Les Escaletes se encuentra a 2 min andando. La habitación con vistas al mar y su terracita para cenar, la cama súper grande y cómoda, buena ducha. Pese a ser un hotel antiguo, las instalaciones de la habitación estaban bastante reformadas. La atención del personal muy buena, pendientes a las demandas. (servicio de habitaciones, reserva en el restaurante, mini bar gratuito...). Después del checkout nos dejaron estar toda la mañana en la piscina y nos guardaron las maletas. El desayuno incluido también estaba muy correcto.
