J aurais aimé que les déjeuner se termine plus tard mais je veux donner un plus à celle ou celui qui a rapporté mon iPad que j avais oublié dans la chambre bravo pour l honnêteté

Je n’ai jamais été capable d’allumer la télévision. Odeur d’humidité désagréable. L’air climatisé ne fonctionne pas bien.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was very convenient. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay and really appreciated the overall atmosphere.

L'établissement est très propre et à proximité d'Ottawa. Les petits déjeuners sont variés et en grande quantité. Nous avons eu un problème avec le climatiseur mais environ 30 minutes plus tard, tout fonctionnait à merveille...service très rapide. MERCI BEAUCOUP !

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ruhige Lage.

Wir sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zur Innenstadt gefahren - da die Altstadt von Ottawa aber im anderen Bundesstaat liegt gibt es zwei Verkehrssysteme. Wir haben erstmal Zeit gebraucht das zu verstehen.

Climatisation dans la chambre fait un bruit infernal. Trop peu de places assises pour le petit déjeuner

J'ai passé un bon séjour dans ce motel qui présente tout ce qu'on attend pour passer une nuit quand on est sur la route. C'est agréable de pouvoir se garer devant la porte de sa chambre. Le petit déjeuner est classique d'un motel mais il est fort apprécié.

Les chambres commencent à devenir un peu dans leurs jus, il serait temps de faire un petit rafraîchissement. L'endroit pour le petit-déjeuner est tout petit, prévoyez d'arriver tôt si vous souhaitez avoir une table sinon il faudra prendre le repas dans la chambre.

We have stayed here many times now. The location is great. Friendliness of staff. Very clean. Good value for our money. Breakfast Included Will definitely keep staying here when we are in this area again 😀

Le tapis etait vraiment pas propre il etait vraiment fini on à garder des sandales pour marcher à l’intérieur sinon sa aurait été correct mais la il netais vraiment pas propre c’était degueulase

Everything is better than most motels I ever experienced. The reception offered a free upgrade that I didn't expect.

L'état de la chambre laissait à désirer. La moquette effilochée, pas de bouchon de baignoire. Un manque d'amour général.

Cheap, breakfast included, the room is clean

It is just a car-motel. Look ghetto. Location: right opposite of a strip joint so you expect drunk men and strip dancers over there. Breakfast is included but no meat. The breakfast area is small so expect crowds in the morning.

So if you’re looking for a fancy 5star hotel this isn’t for you.. but if you’re looking for a clean affordable place to lay your head with friendly staff beautiful flowers pots nice chairs outside your room.. you’ll love it! Staff are bilingual (I forgot that part while booking… while still 15-20min from the Ottawa museums it’s actually in Quebec and not every one speaks English. ) went to the local dollarama and looked amusing trying to mime out pool noodles for swimming. 😂 The pool has a LIFE GUARD! I couldn’t believe it. But apparently if it’s outside and there’s a certain number of rooms it’s required by law. I was impressed. But OUTDOOR so seasonal. The rooms are nice .. the beds are firm and at first I was concerned but I actually didn’t wake up sore and didn’t toss and turn as much. The room has a heat pump for ac and is controlled by a remote that I was able to put on the night stand.. peripausal with hot flashes so I really enjoyed that. The room had a coffee maker fridge and microwave! Really appreciated that! Lots of outlets.. although we travel with a powerbar. Breakfast was a continental style bagels eggos toast muffins cereal yogurt cheese hard boiled eggs coffee tea oj apple juice white and chocolate milk. So for the price as a motel honestly I give it 5stars. It’s not a Hilton but it also doesn’t cost you your whole paycheque.

The family beside us had a daughter in a wheelchair. They had a difficult time as the place isn’t really wheelchair friendly. The breakfast is in the lobby which you have to go up stairs to get to and there’s no ramp. They had to carry her up. So if someone in your group is in a wheelchair this might not be the best option

The stuff was very nice and professional. We got an unexpected upgrade for the same price, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was more than I expected! The rooms are renovated, clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Great location, easy drive into Ottawa and close to museums we wanted to see. A few minutes from the grocery store and restaurants. The room was big and comfortable. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations, lots of options, we ate well.

It was dirty, the bed were super hard.. the bathroom was super dirty! It’s very sketchy outside.. felt like I was in a drug den.. and lots of strange men parked outside your room all night in a van.. just hanging out. Only 2 very soft under filled pillows and the blanket was nasty.. and you can feel every spring coil in the bed… and your room door is right next to others with out privacy,,, would not recommend…unless you are a postitute … pay the extra and stay in a hotel.. trust me!

El hotel era la primera parada de autobuses que te lleva a Montreal, lo cual fue un acierto casual que nos permitió coger ahi el bus en lugar de tener que ir a otra parada. La piscina está muy bien Hay mucho parking El personal es muy agradable

No cuenta con ascensor para la segunda planta El baño es un pelín pequeño Hay muchas arañas en las zonas exteriores El desayuno no está bien gestionado, es pequeña la zona habilitada para coger cafe, bollos, etc y para después comer

Quelques petits oublie côté nettoyage dans la chambre. Grosse taches sur la douillette, prises du séchoir sale, de la moisissure dans la douche.

Die Lage zur Innenstadt nach Ottawa war gut, Busverbindung fast vor der Tür. In der Umgebung ein paar Geschäfte. Parkplatz vor dem Zimmer war auch gut. Wir sind mit einem kleinen Camper unterwegs und der hatte ausreichend Platz. Frühstück war für kanadische Verhältnisse in Ordnung. Prinzipiell darf man hier nie viel erwarten. Zimmerausstattung zweckmäßig und ausreichend, Betten bequem.

Als wir ankamen, war das Zimmer nicht bezugsfertig und wir mussten warten. Es gab noch nicht mal einen Kaffee zum Ausgleich oder ein ähnliches Angebot. Ich denke mit Zimmer 221 hatten wir auch nicht das beste bekommen. Es war gleich das erste, sehr an der Straße und neben den Personalräumen.Sehr früh morgens kam das Personal und es wurde laut, auch weil alles dort vorne parkte. In 4 Nächten wurde das Zimmer nur einmal richtig gesäubert. Der Kühlschrank war auch verschmutzt und nicht ausgewischt worden. Einmal wurde dann gar nichts gemacht im Zimmer und einmal so halb. Es roch auch leicht nach Kloake. Das Personal war auch nicht so freundlich, es wurde kaum gegrüßt. Auch am Empfang war es mit der Freundlichkeit nicht weit her. Mir wurde für eine Nacht zuviel berechnet. Als ich das monierte, wurde ich als blöd dargestellt, erst eine halbe Stunde später, meldete sich der Empfang nochmal und gab mir recht. Es wurde sich zwar entschuldigt, aber man hätte es ja auch gleich nachprüfen können. Die Frühstückssituation entspricht den anderen Beschreibungen, wobei einige Gäste das durch ihr Verhalten noch verschärfen. Aber das habe ich in kanadischen Hotels schon öfter erlebt., wenig Auswahl und zu wenig Platz.

Second floor rooms were assigned to us which were so quiet and private.

No tissue box was left in our room. I thought it was not, due to being “green initiative “ but the next day, I noticed the tissue boxes in the cleaning cart.

L’emplacement étant donné que je devais prendre l’autobus tôt le lendemain matin au Motel Adam.

La grandeur de la salle de bain faisait en sorte qu’il y avait un manque d’espace.

Très bien situé pour les pistes cyclables. Service du personnel impeccable. On voyait toujours quelqu’un ou une en train de nettoyer, ou remplacer ce qui pouvait manquer. Piscine chauffée avec environnement agréable,

We had a lot of luggage so it was nice to be able to park close to the door to our room

We had requested if it was available to have an early check-in because we had to arrive and then leave for a function. There was no effort made by the reception staff to have our room cleaned earlier than others. That was very clear that they had no inclination or no control to initiate that.

je n ai pas déjeuner mais l acceuil était super, et comme ma chambre n était pas prete, l établissement a up grader ma chambre, et le personnel était tellement courtois et souriant.

Le déjeuner du matin est servi dans le hall à l'accueil de l'établissement. Celui-ci étant complet nous n'avions pas de place pour déjeuner. Il y a des tables dehors mais la présence de guêpes a dérangé mes enfants
