Breakfast is good. Many thing to choose for eat

The room was smaller than expected based on the photos online, leaving limited space for luggage. Additionally, the noise level from the street made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Improving room soundproofing and updating the photo gallery would help set clearer expectations for future guests.

Staff was very friendly, the location

Unfortunately, we felt quite disappointed because the room was a bit run down and dark, and for the price I would have expected a bit more. But our most unfortunate experience was eating in the restaurant, trying the Western food, as we fell ill afterwards. As the restaurant is charging prices twice as high as normal restaurants, i would have not expected to run into problems like that. When the food came, we noticed a strange smell, but unfortunately kept eating. I’d be careful and stick to the local food, which we should have done.

Yellow stains on the sheets, lack of service in restaurant for dinner, piece of long white plastic pulled from a pancake at breakfast, LOUDEST karaoke ever until 11pm.

Staff were great, liked our second room. Breakfast was good.

When we checked in we were given a horrible room which was full of mosquitos, old and it looked like the toilet was leaking urine as was wet and smelt. We upgraded to the new building and room was a lot nicer we didn't get the option for this room originally. Breakfast was so busy we couldn't get a table but food was good. Hotel was noisy with kids running around pressing our door bell at 7am

Vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Mooie ruime kamer in het gerenoveerde gedeelte met balkon en mooi uitzicht.

The location on the shores of Lake Toba is superb. The breakfast is also excellent.

The shower facilities were not good - only a handheld shower which was not able to be afjusted in height or direction when mounted which resulted in water everywhere in the bathroom.

Das Frühstücksbuffet richtet sich eher an die indonesiche Kundschaft, genügt aber vollkommen.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, ruhig gelegen, sauber und mit gutem Frühstück. Es lohnt sich dort abzusteigen. Die Bewertung auf Booking.com ist nicht richtig, da wurde etwas anscheinend nicht geprüft. Nur 7.3 ist absolut unrichtig.

Das Verhalten des Kundenservice von Booking.com ist nicht zufriedenstellend. Auf Anfragen wir nicht reagiert, bzw. ist den Mitarbeitern dort alles egal. Es gibt bessere Buchungsplattformen.

Our air con wasn’t working and even after a technician came to fix it - it kept making a lot of noise so we ended up sleeping with no cooling. One window also had a big crack in it, but the staff fixed it with tape when I pointed it out.

The direct access to the lake and the free lunch

Many rooms is not frendly for elderly or people who can not properly because they need to walk up and down with many stairs and then if the rain happens you'll gwt wet also avoid to bring many or heavy luggage.

Breakfast meal is excellent. The place is easy for the public transportation. Close to my family members.

We can reach the beach from the hotel, our children can swim or play there. We also rent speed boat to go around Parapat and Batu Gantung. The breakfast buffet was various and excellent, from rice, bubur ayam, bread, musli until small "jajanan pasar". The personal were friendly.

They don't have a real hot water here. It is only lightly warm water. They were helpful when we asked about hot water, but unfortunately that was what they could provide.

staff seems annoyed when you request something. Insects everywhere. Everything was dirty. I got sick from the food, throwing up with diahhree. Also expensive. Go to any other hotel, not this one.

The website is not up to date, there's no karaoke room as stated in their facilities.. service was slow, and breakfast spread is too little.

Location

Extremely noisy during night and early morning (very early morning). Loud music till late at nights and early at 6.30am. Impossible to sleep. Personnel is very kind and sweet. Definitely overpriced for the type of service provided and for the lack of comfort.

The rooms very shabby, old and dirty. The bathrooms were so heavily smelling of urin and feces. The outside restaurant for dinner was filthy and there were rats and cockroaches all over the place. It’s really not as described and rated, I guess since Covid there were not many tourists and they just neglected the accommodation.

The room was very shabby. There was no hair dryer, hand towel, safe, glasses or fridge. We were disappointed.

Upon arrival the booked room was not available. After some discussion we got an upgrade so we could have the double bed instead of the twins that they had available (but had not booked). Restaurant inside is big and rather uninviting. Outside is nice, at the lake but service difficult to obtain. Most staff doesn't speak english. We were there the weekend. Saturday they had some VIP party, resulting in total neglect of the other guests. Evening/night was topped of with very loud music until 3am. When I complained I was told nothing could be done. Relatively expensive hotel

I stayed in a deluxe room type in the new building on the 2nd floor which has a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Toba. Khas Parapat Hotel (formerly Inna Parapat Hotel) is one of the best hotels in Parapat and managed by a government-owned company and is the only hotel that has its own beach with white sand The cleanliness of the bed and bathroom is good, the hotel staff is very friendly. The hot water and shower facilities are very good, only the time for hot water is limited to 5 - 10 am and 5 - 10 pm The breakfast, lunch, and dinner experience at Khas restaurant was very good. The variety of food and the overall taste of the food is good. The restaurant staff service is very friendly. I enjoyed coffee time in the coffee lounge in the afternoon and was entertained by a solo singer with an acoustic guitar and his singing performance was very good.

Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't have a public swimming pool facility The overall taste of the food at the restaurant is OK, only the texture of the chicken satay meat is a bit tough When I stayed there was another group of guests who made a bit of noise during rest time between 10 - 12 at night because they were having a party. What is a bit annoying is the behavior of some guests who are very noisy in the hotel room hallway from 12 at night to 1 in the morning. The hotel management should control noise more strictly so that it does not disturb other hotel guests who are resting. While enjoying drinking coffee in the coffee lounge with acoustic guitar entertainment in the afternoon, sometimes you are disturbed by the sound of traditional music being played simultaneously in the hotel lobby.

room is under expectation and i can't upgrade. They said all room is fullybook. no choice !!! never paid in advance. Pay at the hotel when you got the room as your request.

The place is beautiful, right next to lake toba. Unfortunately there’s so many things that should be upgraded. The hotel stuff was amazing, always smiling and helpfull.

Surrounding area was nice and clean. Good view for photography. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Great water activities. Breakfast is great but not so for lunch. very long queue at the egg station during breakfast. only one staff station there.

Very poor wifi signal in my room. room next door had wifi router right in front of their door. i had to go out to get a good signal. however can't remain outside for long coz there is alot of mosquitoes. horrible experience with the wifi. unless your drive there, there's no Grab or taxi there, only "angkot". for tourist angkot is a small mini van they use like buses to transport small group passengers around the area. If you want to leave Lake Toba by bus, tell the angkot driver to send you to the bus station.

Location was great , near Parapat town and right on the edge of the lake with scenic view from the bedroom. Newly refurbished rooms are basic but relatively comfortable

Booked and paid more for a lake view room but was given a room on the other side of the lake overlooking the car park. Went to complain and was given the right room but lady at the front desk staff was less than enthusiastic about my request and changed it without a word or an apology. Property was a bit dated and facilities around the recreation area was a little run down. Karaoke sessions from the town nearby can be rather loud

The gardening and the lake view is superb. The room is big and the design is decent.

Water heater only available at 5am to 10am and 5pm to 10pm, but the water is very cold. Cleaniness is a bit off, can see spider web at corner and tiny bug on the bed. Water heater jug and the cup are a bit as well. Restaurant food was just okay, but both me and my friend got diarrhea sometime after dinner...

Morning exercise dance with super loud music started at 6 am(!!!) basically waking everyone in the hotel up who did not attend the exercise. And that after the night before there was loud music played until 12 am. Ridiculous if you come there to relax and refresh. Warm water only available from 5pm to 10 pm and 5 am to 10 am. Not very accessible if you travel with elderly people as they hv to climb a lot of stairs

Lakeside accommodation with stunning view of lake Toba and with many instagenic photo spots. They have watersport facilities and a small sandy beach cove. Staff is hospitable and very helpful. Tasteful breakfast spread. Spacious room and bed is comfortable but toilet/shower area needs improvement.

We stayed in the old building, maybe the new building has better rooms. Steep stairs going around and down to the beach, mind your steps. Hot water stops at 10pm and starts again in the morning.

The location is perfect, the best place to represent Lake Toba. The garten of the hotel is very beatiful. Having breakfast with local taste and menu, that's great.

The room is modern, but unfortunately the floor is not very clean, especially the toilet floor and the waste bin in the bath room seems not being cleaned (the outside surface looks dirty and ugly). The hotel rooom is equipped with many power outlet, but it was only 1 of them in service. I had to ask hotel engineering for portable power socket. We need power sockets for our mobile phone and laptop.

sudah booking jauh2 hari, sampe di hotel jam 14:30 waktu checkin yang tertera di hotel adalah jam 14:00, waktu regis di blg kalau kamar sdh selesai di bersihkan akan di telpon, setelah 2jam ga ada telpon sama sekali. yg datang lebih sore sdh dpt kamar sedangkan kami blm dpt kamar. lapor ke receptionist, katanya 30menit, stlh 30menit saya tanya lagi, dia bilang 30 menit lagi. akhirnya checkin jam 17:30 sore. benar2 kacau administrasinya, ga ada kompensasi sama sekali. yg ribut di kasih kamar duluan yg nunggu di bego begoin, parah benar

been staying here since the past 10 years. it is always the best place in parapat. fully recommended to all that wanna have a great fun and pleasant stay at lake toba. thank you for the joybthat we had there Ina Parapat🙏

I booked & paid for 3 adults but during check-in, the reception said I need to be charged for 1 extra bed and also additional breakfast for 1 person. The hotel and this website should not allowed for 3 persons option at the first place if I need to pay extra for 1 more person. The fine print is not adequate.
