The location and the “view” if you booked for high floor with sea view. Plus it is very convenient, accessible to restaurants and around the city.

Complimentary coffee.😄

View and ambience

Nothing but need to provide 2 sofa chairs for a couple

Location and staff .

Food and room survives .

many choices in breakfast kind reception staff room clean nice and clean toilet

Clean and very near to beach. 2 minutes walking

Good location Clean and neat hotel Respectful and cheerful staff Everything was well arranged

The room was small. It had neither a sea view nor a city view. There was only a ventilation opening onto a small skylight. Generally, my booking wasn't for a sea view, but I expected at least a city view.

Good potion and good staff

The price is high and the swimming pool is not acceptable.

Cleanliness quietness and in the city center

Nothing

Strategic location, easy parking, good outing view, friendly environment.

Rooms, location, cleanliness. Brwakfast

All good.

Due to an honest mistake, I accidentally booked my stay for 12 June–13 June instead of 13 June–14 June. I arrived at the hotel at around 9:00 a.m. and immediately explained the error to the front desk. I was not asking for a free room or any special treatment. I requested either that the booking be shifted to the correct date as a goodwill gesture or, at the very least, that I be allowed to use the room until the standard checkout time of 2:00 p.m. Since the room had already been fully paid for, this was a perfectly reasonable request. Instead, the hotel refused both. I was told that because I arrived the next day, the room no longer belonged to me, yet at the same time I was informed that there would be no refund and no cancellation. In other words, they kept the entire payment while denying me any use of the room. When I asked where this policy was mentioned in the terms and conditions, the staff member at the counter, Ali, was unable to show or explain it. Communication was further hindered by his inability to communicate effectively in English, making an already frustrating situation even worse. Policies are important, but so is common sense and customer care. Any hospitality business that cannot exercise even the slightest flexibility in response to an obvious human error is failing the very purpose of hospitality. The complete unwillingness to offer a practical solution reflects poorly on the hotel's customer service standards. I would strongly advise future guests to double-check every detail of their booking, because if you make a genuine mistake, do not expect understanding, flexibility, or assistance from this establishment.

Close to all the amenities.

They can improve the breakfast.

Good response from the staff

Recipient team was not smart enough specialy during rush time at first day of Eid Adha

location

no sunlight in room. Room had no window. It felt like being in a closed box with dim lights.

Superb

Room size

Overall, the location is good for a vacation stay, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. However, I would not recommend the standard room for a long stay. The standard rooms do not have windows or proper ventilation, and sometimes there is an unpleasant smell. The bathroom is also very small, and after taking a shower, the water spreads all over the bathroom floor, which can be inconvenient.
