El personal de recepción y restaurante muy amable. Pero Las habitaciones no coinciden con las fotos, está todo el mobiliario muy viejo, desgastado, humedad, moho, incómodo.

Le falta mantenimiento al hotel

It’s a place to sleep only. Internet barely worked in my room. YouTube worked on tv which was a huge plus. You can definetely get by just fine here. Ear plugs also may help.

Beach vacation

I was in Cartagena to enjoy the city. The hotel was perfect for my solo travel. Don’t expect a top notch room: it had a bed, small table and bathroom. For the price though, it was more than worth it. The surrounding neighborhood was extremely walkable and enjoyable. The Walled City was about three miles away. I’d definitely stay here again.

Hotel tem um bom custo benefício. A localização é boa próximo à praia, restaurantes, bares e supermercado. A conservação do quarto deixa a desejar, a limpeza é ótima, as toalhas foram trocadas todos os dias e a roupa de cama é super limpa. O café da manhã é bem simples, não é self Service, você tem q pedir as opção que eles tem. Julgo que foi um bom custo benefício pelo valor da diária.

Beautiful plave

My room had nothing to do with the pictures online. The room was more like a prisión cell, extremely small, the sink was literally beneath the shower. The room had a strong smell that was causing me allergies. Surroundings felt extremely unsafe

The hotel is in bad shape. Our bathroom did not have a shower head, tiles are cracked and broken. Rooms are small and uncomfortable, old mattresses. Just not nice. Most rooms don’t have a window to the outside, only to the hallway. It’s noisy all hours of the night. Breakfast is filling, but not very good. Quite expensive for such a poor quality hotel. I don’t recommend staying here.

It was nice for the price

Tiene que mejorar en todo, no hay agua caliente, habitaciones demasiado pequeñas, no llega wifi, y las camas horribles, colchones viejos con resortes que lastiman, no puedes dormir, esta muy feo, falta invertir más.

It is an affordable hotel, the staff was friendly, good breakfast, and perfect location two blocks from the beach. There are different restaurants around. The room was not very big, but we were not much time at the hotel. Our idea was to get know Cartagena instead of being at the hotel.

Lo bueno: ubicacion, cercanía a la playa y al comercio. Atencion y amabilidad. Lo malo: la habitacion tenia el grifo del lavamanos suelto y la ducha tenia una fuga de agua, cuando te bañabas, el agua salía del baño a la habitación

Nos entregaron habitación antes hora establecidas porque ya estaba disponible, lo cual nos facilito realizar otras actividades , dentro de la ciudad

The hotel was in a great location walking distance from the beach, close to many eateries and shopping. The room itself did NOT have a mirror in the bathroom and the walls are very thin. The room desk did not have a chair, so I politely requested one and brought it up the stairs myself. The staff was very young. On a bright note, the breakfast was adequate with a nice view of the busy avenue.

Me fue muy bien en la estadía, el lugar es pequeño pero cuenta con muy buena ubicación, cerca a la playa y a establecimientos comerciales donde encuentras de todo. El sector también cuenta con fácil acceso a transporte. La atención es muy buena, el personal es amable, la limpieza del hotel en general y la habitación es muy buena, muy aseado. Los desayunos son deliciosos. Totalmente recomendado, volvería sin duda.

this is definitely a 2 star facility. the water in the shower gets lukewarm at best, I didn't really mind since it was so scorching hot outside. what really disappointed me is the walls are horribly thin. a few nights I heard drunken men in the hallway until the wee hours, other days children were screaming or housekeeping would be shouting. it was so bad I checked into another hotel for a nice to get some sleep. the room was like a sardine box without a window but again that didn't bother me. the breakfast was subpar, but since it was included I had it 3 of my 5 days, eggs or ham & cheese, toast, fruit and juice/coffee. I also tried to nap one afternoon since I didn't get much sleep during the night due to the drunkards and housekeeping woke me up beating on my door wanting to clean my room. this bothered me since I hadn't turned my key into the desk they knew I was in the room for whatever reason. next time I am definitely spending 5 times as much as staying the entire time at the hyatt.

Overall hotel is very simple and offers just what you need. This place is great if you're the type of traveler that is out all day and only cares to have a place to sleep and shower. They offer simple yet tasty complimentary breakfast and the staff is always very helpful. I loved that they offered coffee, tea, and water at any time of the day. They offer parking but there are only 3 spots available. However, for the majority of my stay, we had access to a parking spot. The room itself was pretty clean, though they could use new pillows (not that serious of a problem though). Finally, bring your own soap, toothpaste, and shampoo because its not offered (that I know of). The location is great too because restaurants and stores are walking distance. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here for the price and I was comfortable. I would stay again for another good deal.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, pero desfortunadamente yo rodé con mala suerte porque en la habitación la bañera tenia el vidrio y el reguero de agua era fatal, El aseo es diario pero la ventana nunca la han limpiado, la cortina no se puede correr, el tv presentaba puntos blancos que no permitían claridad en la imagen

Hotel marina suites is in a great location however the facility itself is at best a 2 star . The rooms are very small and the noise levels form outside is unbearably high. Insulation is poor, bathrooms are too narrow and lacks basic amenities.

The Hotel staff were lacking smiles or much of a greeting in spanish or english. The room was clean and more affordable than others but tiny.

Extremely dirty hotel. Everything was dirty and sheets even had blood on them and looked to be fresh blood not even washed. Don’t stay here

El hotel tiene una pexima presentacion las fotos del internet no tienen nada que ver con la realidad.. las habitaciones para dos personas supremamente estrechas y para dos personas colocan dos ganchos de colgar ropa. Ah y ni siquiera hay un closet. Los desayunos todos los dias lo mismo.. Lo unico que se puede rescatar es el personal atento y educado.

A group of 6 friends needed a hotel for one night close to Bocagrande. Marina Suites fitted our needs well. I would never go there with my girlfriend since it was in no way cosy. Decent place to rest your head for the night.

terriblemente no estaba la reserva que se había hecho, por lo tanto no pudimos hospedarnos en este lugar , pero quisimos verificar la comodidad de los habitaciones y con tal sorpresa no era nada de lo visto en la pagina.

I stayed at the marina for three days with my girlfriend, and we had a great time. Everything that we needed was near by , the beach , restaurants , bars and stores to shop.

The price for the hotel room in this area of Cartagena was very attractive... however, it was on special offer. I would not pay full rate for the room I was assigned. The room and adjoining bathrooms were extremely small and cramped. A nice but small breakfast was included every morning (fruit) ( choice of eggs or sandwich) (help yourself to make toast (marmalade, jam and margarine were available) (fruit juice fountain machine). Breakfast and cleaning staff were most helpful. Across the street is bank and pharmacy, two blocks to the beach and restarants and points of interest all around. If you only intent to be in the room at the end of the day and to sleep and / or need a place for a quick shower then this place is defintely for you. However, I would advise only check into this hotel if you get a special rate and you can stand living on top of your guest / partner.

It's just to sleep and go around. It's good that it's close to the beach..
