We stayed at the hotel with 2 children and loved the easy access to the beach and water slides. The entertainment team was superb and we never got bored (even though it rained for 2 whole days). The check-in/out and dining was 5-star too. The only thing we didn’t like was the on-site photography studio taking pictures of the kids without our consent and then displaying them in the shop. But when asked to remove and delete the photos they did.

L’hôtel est bien, la nourriture est assez varié, petite point négatif pour le service de chambres, je pense qu’ils font le strict minimum en nettoyage, on s’est retrouver à devoir chercher du papier toilette depuis les toilettes public car ils ne remplacent pas nos rouleaux vides Les chambres ne sont pas digne d’un 5 étoiles, c’est au niveau d’un bon hôtel français sans étoiles On s’est taper les travaux de l’hôtel d’en face tous les matins

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind das reichhaltige Essen und die hervorragende Animation – gerade für Kinder und Familien wurde viel geboten. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit: Die Zimmer wurden zwar neu aufbereitet, jedoch nicht immer gründlich gereinigt. Hier gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt – für Familien auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Nice place for families, the service was very nice and fast, the place is very clean, the resort have may activities I recommend the place for any one.

Sehr gutes Resort für Familien mit sehr guter Ausstattung und sehr gutem Essen zu jeder Uhrzeit. Der Check in war holprig und das Housekeeping können verbessert werden.

Otelden çok memnun kaldık.Personelleri çok güler yüzlü ve herkonuda yardımcıydi hepsine teşekkür ederim birkez daha.Ayrica çok temiz bir otel içim çok rahat kaldım hijyen açısından olumsuz hicbirsey ile karşılaşmadım.Olumsuzluklar ise konaklayan insanların kalitesiz oluşları ile alakalı mesela hem havuz kenarında hem deniz kenarında şezlong bekleyen boş havlular gibi ya da deli gibi yemek alıp çatal bile degdirilmeden çöpe giden yemekler gibi...

Kafa dinlemeye ihtiyacınız varsa tam yerindesiniz.Gürültü yok, sert animasyonlar yok, hiçbiryerde sıra beklemek yok

The way it was kid focused made it the best family vacation to-date. The Entertainment Crew were amazing, and relentlessly worked to include the guests every day, but let us just bake under the sun lazily if we wanted to. The spa center was high quality. I've been to at least 20 Turkish hamams, and this is by far the cleanest, most aesthetically charming bath house I've been to. For a massage, ask for Dehwi, simply the best.

Es war eine tolle Zeit, der Service in dem Hotel war Grandöse! Für Kinder gibt is im Miniklub ausreichen und wechselnde Unterhaltungen und Aktivitäten. Meine Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit das Abenprogramm war auch immer spitze und Abwechslungs reich . Ich war das zweite mal mit meinen Kindern da und empfehle es weiter für alle Familien.

Très bon séjour à part que nous avons été malade. Le personnel super à l'écoute et nous ont bien dépanné sur plusieurs points. Buffet pas mal mais c'est vrai qu'au bout d'une semaine c'est un peu toujours la même chose. Très bon. Le café et le jus d'orange au buffet est vraiment pas bon. Mais sinon ravie du séjour.

Çalışanlar çok iyi, hizmet konusunda hiçbir problem yok oldukça iyi, temizlik mükemmel çünkü çalışanlar iyi. Fakat yataklar rahatsız. Yemekler gerçekten kötü ve kalitesiz. Pide, lahmacun ve pizzalar dondurulmuş gıda ürünleri, sıcak yemek yiyemiyorsunuz. Diğer yemekler (ızgaralar dahil) önden ısıtılmış olarak servis ediliyor. Taze pişmiş birşey yeme şansınız yok. Kahvaltı çok zayıf. Yumurtalar bile soğuk, tost dışında anlık olarak pişirilen birşey yok. Akşam yemeğinde çıkan tatlılar bile otelde ziyan olmasın diye, cafeteryada servis ediyorlar. Hiçbirşeyi ziyan etmeyen, çevre dostu, tam bir geri dönüşüm oteli. 8 günlük tatilimiz boyunca, Yemek konusunda başka bir otelin önceki günden kalan yemeklerini buzdolabından çıkartıp bize veriyorlar diye düşündük. Tazesini kim yedi bunların bilmiyoruz? Bir sigara böreği canı çıkartılana kadar bir kaç kez kızartılarak bambu çubuğuna çevrilmiş. Genel olarak çorba, patates kızartması ve ısıtılmış ızgaralar dışında birşey yiyemedik. Sucuklar fosforlu pembe, börekler cam gibi parlak. Benim evimdeki camlar böyle parlamıyor. Heleki mor ışıklı cafeteryada bir görün. Yemek ve yatak konusunda bir beklentiniz yoksa gerisi mükemmel. Deniz ayağınızın dibinde. Su parkları çocuklar için oldukça eylenceli, havuzları güzel. Şezlonglar rahat ve kaliteli.

Отель очень хороший, небольшой, с хорошим сервисом. Детский клуб, аниматоры - большая часть русскоговорящие, ребенку 3 года было легко в такой атмосфере. Были в мае - цены "некусачие".

Mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü çalışanları ve tertemiz odaları ciddi anlamda beklentilerimi karşıladı. Yemekleri cidden çok başarılıydı lüks restoranlarda yiyebileceğiniz lezzette ve titizlikteydi. Sadece aktiviteler ve gece eğlenceleri biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Yine de 5 üzerinden 5 veririm. Karşılama sıcak ve samimiydi misafir ilişkilerinden Seher hanımada göstermiş olduğu ilgi alaka için sonsuz teşekkürler.

Dommage que personne ne parlait français, aucune information en francais dans l'hôtel et limite parfois au niveau des buffets salade mal lavée, presence de cheveux, plat froid, manque de disponibilité du personnel au restaurant pour un 5 étoiles je suis un peu déçu du service même si le séjour s'est bien passé

Worn down all in all ! Rooms are small with worn down furniture. Bathroom with overflow of water in showerdrain and zink, mold in all corners in shower. Only german speeking staff - very poor in english - if any! Very pushy staff, trying to sell massage/hamam, very overpriced ! Advitise 6 restaurants, there are ONLY ONE restaurant and two snackbars!!! Which one of them opens at Night as a ala carte restaurant !! My only advise is: use your money else where! What a disapointment and waste!

Very friendly place, delicious food choices - unlimited food and drinks- really, clean well maintained, very comply and high quality premises, blue flag beach, nice people .. Diverse Visitors but all nice... Highly recommended for family oriented people...many choices for attractions such as parasailing, jet ski , banana boat....

Im Hotel werden alle Wünsche erfüllt, angefangen vom Check in bis zum Check out. Das Essen ist hervorragend, es wurde an alles gedacht. Die Sauberkeit lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man ist sehr bemüht den Gästen den Aufenthalt pardon den Urlaub schön zu gestalten. Für Familien sehr zu empfehlen !!!!!!

wirklich gutes Familienhotel direkt am Strand. Auch die verschiedenen Pools mit den diversen Rutschen bieten Spass und Abwechslung für Gross und Klein. Ausgezeichnetes, grosses und abwechslungsreiches Buffet. AbendShow war von unserem Zimmer gut hören (Blick auf die Bühne) jeweils etwas laut. Um 23:30 Uhr war aber immer Ruhe.

When I read reviews it´s normally the person is upset or is probably a contact from the hotel chain making it look good . I´m the upset one but am writing with a level head now we are home. I booked this holiday to Turkey ( the 3 of us have been 10+ times ) under the impression from the website and some write ups that it was going to be great for our family, especially our 5 yr Old daughter.How wrong I was! It´s impossible to go into every detail but if I was to say the 5 Star rating is "high" is a massive understatement! Our Initial room was on the 5th floor and had a view of the pools & ocean.However the idea of the nice view is killed by the apartments that look directly into the room and that at 8.30 pm the Entertainment starts and the noise from it was so loud it felt like we were part of the show subsequently we couldn´t get any sleep and moved to the front of the hotel . Where at 5.45 am the Prayers start everyday at the Mosque across the road.Seems this hotel is great if you are an insomniac!! The food is identical each day.The guys in the Spa are SOO over the top in their negotiations and don´t deliver.Viktoria and the kids club staff are great!The staff speak very little English and some are simply rude! The Beach is a pebbled one and really uncomfortable to enjoy - the pools however were nice in comparison.The hotel is stale and old and I wouldn´t recommend this to an enemy let alone a friend. Look elsewhere for a hotel guys and I hope this review helped.

Insgesamt war es ein super Hotel für die ganze Familie. Zu beanstanden habe ich: Die Freundlichkeit und das entgegenkommen vom Rezeptionschef. Dringend zu verbessern, ist es dass Kleinklindern ein Schlafplatz in einem Zimmer oder einem Raum angeboten wird, wenn man um 12 aus dem Zimmer muss und man erst am Abend abreist. Es ist ziemlich schwierig für uns gewesen, weil unser Kind bei 41 Grad draussen nicht gut schlafen kann und sich dann der Flug nicht vereinfacht!

Ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel für Familien mit Kindern!
