Las instalaciones, las habitaciones y las áreas están limpias, la alberca y su temperatura es excelente. Felicitaciones por la limpieza. También la atención en recepción es buena.

El servicio del restaurante es lento, el tiempo de atención en sentarme a la mesa y la entrega, cobró o la atención del mesero tardaba más de 20 minutos. Incluso para pagar tuve que ponerme de pie y acercarme a la caja porque ningún mesero apareció en 20 minutos. Podrían mejorar en esto. Agregar una malla sombra en la alberca también estaría bien.

Muy relajado el ambiente y me encanta la naturaleza

En general todo estubo excelente de acuerdo a las necesidades por las que estabamos efectuando el viaje. La comida muy buena, alberca en temperatura correcta

Hace falta frigobar en las habitaciones, creo es necesario por cualquier bebida que uno quisiera enfriar

El lugar muy bonito solo el internet presentaba muchas fallas, les falta tener frigobar en las habitaciones

Estancia muy tranquila, el internet muy malo la TV sin señal el segundo día.

El restaurante solo está abierto, entre semana, hasta las 16:00 hrs. y el hotel está retirado para buscar algo de comer.

EL PAISAJE ES HERMOSO. Y SUS JARDINES. LO QUE ME DECEPCIONO ES QUE POR LAS FOTOS DE LAS HABITACIONES ME ANIME A RESERVAR Y CUANDO LLEGUE A LA HACIENDA ME PROPORCIONARON LA HABITACION DEL DUEÑO, UNA HAB. CUALQUIERA DE CUALQUIEROTRO HOTEL, NO DE UNA HACIENDA Y EN EL BAÑO NO HABIA SECADORA DE CABELLO. Y PEDI UNA BEBIDA ´´CARAJILLO´´ LA DEVOLVE PORQUE SABIA A PURA AGUA CON CAFE

Muy tranquilo y vistas agradables al lago.

Muy recomendado el personal muy atento en todo momento , muy confortable el hotel tiene una vista hermosa al lago.

No me respetaron el precio de expedia, tuve que pagar más de 1000 pesos extras, nunca había tenido problema con la reservación de expedia, muy decepcionante! No me volvería hospedar ahí

El lugar super bonito, cerca de Guadalajara,. espacios agradables.lo ùnico q no me gustò q el servicio en el restaurante pesimo, se les termino la comida y eran las 8 pm... Quedaban solo 3entradas y duramos como 40 min para q nos sirvieran el primer platillo. Lo demàs muy bien.

Me comentaron que no estaba pagada mi estancia y después de un rato se arreglo eso; soy socio silver y en teoría me darían bebidas gratis; no me ofrecieron ninguna, los baños viejos, la alberca no es climatizada y el jacussi le falta mantenimiento ; no todo es malo, el lugar es hermoso, naturaleza pura.

The hotel is in a little town were there is nothing to during the night it was noisy because the hotel is in the town and is always dogs barking one morning at 7 there was people cleaning with the radio on but the building and that setup is nice I do not recommend this hotel because there's no food service after 4. After that time you are on your own with no place to go buy food

El lugar es increíbles los paisajes hermosos, cada detalle de las habitaciones, las amenidades, el personal muy amable y atento. Simplemente lo recomiendo al 100% una tranquilidad increible.

Excelente lugar para alejarse de la cuidad y descansar, el desayuno Excelente 👌 y el servicio. Las observaciones yo tuve es que yo tenia que trabajar en línea y fallo mucho la conexión. Y también que yo habia pagado plr una habitación al pie de planta por la vista y me dieron otra.

Hermoso Hotel con muy bonitas vistas al Lago de Chapala a un precio justo, nos gustó mucho el lago con patos, la comida y las instalaciones en general. Como un plus nos dejaron hacer Check Out un poco más tarde. Muy recomendado, lo único que no nos gustó fue que el agua caliente de la ducha se terminaba muy rápido y el Jacuzzi exterior solo 1 día se mantuvo con agua muy caliente.

el colchon es pesimo mas duro que una piedra el desayuno que te incluye es solo 3 opciones el check out extendido es solo hasta las 3PM

Súper bonito el lugar, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agradables. Buena atención del personal y las vistas que tiene, están hermosas

Buen hotel para pasar un fin de semana, hay mucho zancudos incluyendo dentro de la habitacion (tuve que matar como 30), el agua de la akberca es fria y un poco sucia, el agua del jacuzzi es caliente pero tmbn un poco sucia. Jardines en algunas zonas estan descuidados

Beautiful location, architecture. My experience was a wedding party gathered near my room very loud until 11:45 pm. Manager didn't do anything to help.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, a la orilla del lago de Chapala y a 7 min de Jocotepec, en general pasamos un buen rato, aunque la mayoría quería mas diversión porque eran jóvenes.

It’s a beautiful venue for a remote wedding. But it’s quite far from the better food of Ajijic

I went as part of a retreat for an organization. It was strange that the 12 of us were the only people there (it was the middle of the week and perhaps a little out of season). Rustic but clean. Room I was in and had 2 queen size beds and the linens were nice. They even had little soap and shampoo things plus provided 2 bottles of water. Only issue I had was not being able to lock the windows. Others in the group had the same issue but having been here before, they were not concerned. I also wanted the windows open for fresh air instead of air conditioning. I'm not sure what the answer is. Food we had was excellent and very nicely presented. Beautiful grounds. Will consider going there for a weekend with my wife. Be AWARE ...1. You need to look carefully for the turn off. It is at the end of a long seemingly desolate street. 2. It seems to be a popular place for events such as weddings, etc., so be certain of what is happening before going.

A group of 7 siblings took a road trip last year and we happenned to find this little jewel of a hotel by accident as the one we had chosen was not available. We had a 2 night stay and we all fell in love with this beautiful property. We enjoyed it so much we decided to do it again this year and had just as great a stay if not better as this time around most of the construction that was being done last year was completed and we were able to enjoy the full completed property. Service and staff was just as great this year as well. We even had a very "tour" from our fantastic housekeeper and that just put the icing on the cake. We got to see most of the larger suites and other areas of the hotel we did not know were there, which are ideal for weddings and large group or company functions with several master suites and plenty of additional salons for functions and events. We also had the opportunity to get to know the nearby towns which are maginal as well. Another great visit to Quinta San Carlos

Me gusto el lugar y una de las dos habitaciones porque la segunda estaba encerrada y no tenía vista y en la reserva me dijeron que tenían vista al jardín las dos que me tocaban y en la recepción me indicaron que la que me habían dado con vista al jardín fue como un favor dado lo cual no me agrado y estuvo fuera de lugar el comentario aún así disfrutamos el día

El servicio del personal es muy bueno, se esfuerzan y son muy amables. Solo el Jacuzzi estaba un poco frio, pero es una atmosfera muy agradable y el lago esta increible.

LAS INSTALACIONES ESTAN MUY LINDAS, LAMENTABLEMENTE LAS HABITACIONES DEJAN MUCHO A DESEAR, LOS BAÑOS ESTAN VIEJOS Y NO FUNCIONAN DE MANERA CORRECTA, LAS REGADERAS SALEN POR TODOS LADOS MENOS DE DONDE DEBEN HACERLO. LA COMIDA TERRIBLE, PERO LA ATENCION DE PEDRO (MESERO) HIZO QUE LA ESTANCIA VALIERA COMPLETAMENTE LA PENA.

BONITO HOTEL PARA DESCANSAR, EL CUARTO MUY LINDO, LAS ALMOHADAS UN POCO DURAS, EL DESAYUNO MUY RICO Y EXCELENTE EL SERVICIO. EL JACUZZI NO FUNCIONA.

El hotel cuenta con unas áreas comunes preciosa, pero en la habitación cuenta con un baño no aseado y pésimo diseño, ya que en la regadera nos encontramos con una bola de cabellos, así como una regadera donde tienes que estar literalmente pegado a la pared de las manijas para poderte bañar, un sistema de desagüe malisimo, ya que al no tener correctamente el desnivel, se queda toda el agua.

Ajijicに泊まろうと考えましたが、思ったホテルがなく、ここへ。 思った以上に、田舎で、良く言えばとても静か、悪く言えば、ホテルのそばには飲食店もお店もなし。。。 ホテル自体はきっと、改装したであろう造りでところどころ惜しい部分もありますが、まぁ、メキシコなので、そこは許容範囲。 19号室だったので、一番いい部屋なのかな？と思いましたが、（唯一の3階の部屋）、バスタブや水回りの古さは否めません。 ベッド周りや清掃は行き届いてました。 冷蔵庫がなかったのが、不便でした。

Muy bonito el hotel y todas las instalaciones, lo único q no nos gustó fue el horario de desayuno era de 9 a 11am y llegamos a las 11:30 pasadas pensando q era hasta las 12 am y ya no nos sirvieron El desayuno q incluía muy mal x q al cliente lo q pida además q no fue nuestra culpa la resepcionista no nos señaló el horario

The hotel is a gem. The grounds are beautiful with gorgeous views of the lake. It has solid WiFi through out the property. The breakfast had a nice selection of fruits and an omelette cooking station. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting me a reasonably priced taxi to the airport at 5 am. The driver (Angel) was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. I made it to the airport in 45 min without any traffic. Now, don't be discouraged on the way to this place, the road is rough to say the least but trust that once you arrive it will be worth it!!

Excelente experiencia, el lugar esta increible y el servicio es de primera siempre dispuestos a atender de la mejor manera, un lugar muy recomendado para disfrutar de tu pareja, amigos o en familia.

Super recomendable para descansar, las instalaciones excelentes y el personal muy amable.

Beautiful grounds and a nice restaurant on site but the rooms...first one was riddled with ants falling from the ceiling onto the beds (and everywhere else) and, after we switched, the second was laden with mold on the leather headboards (didn't realize this until the middle of the night after walking up totally congested). Also, in general, there's no maintenance happening in the rooms: missing aerators, towel racks falling out of walls, door locks don't work, blinds torn to shreds, window hardware falling apart, aerators and shower heads completely corroded/mineralized, loose handles, etc., etc. All of which is really too bad given how little it takes to address these kinds of issues. So, in summation, the place is worth about 800 pesos a night, no more. Paying more than that just isn't right.

El hotel esta a 1:15 de Ajijic. Vale la pena. Los puntos a mejorar son: Con respecto a la habitacion que me tocó: no tenía candado de seguridad para cerrar desde adentro de la habitacion y la conección de los cables del ventilador de techo queda visible. Con respecto al restaurante: el servicio de desayuno incluido esta muy sabroso pero muy limitado ya que se les había terminado el pan dulce. Siendo estos detalles menores, por supuesto que volvería a ir y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

isolated location. Good for relaxation. You will need to drive for restaurants etc. Very nice grounds.

The hotel grounds were lovely. The pools we were going to enjoy were not heated. Please DO NOT expect to eat there. The portions were small and they were not the Mexican food we love. After waiting for 30 min for a drink then feeling hungry after dinner, we did not eat dinner there again. We thought the breakfast was included but were given a bill. When we questioned this they didn't speak English. We won't be returning.

We selected this venue for two business conferences over a period of a week. Ricardo the manager was excellent and kept a personal interest in our every need. The service was excellent and the hotel was very accommodating to our special requirements and timing. Rooms were great and food was very good. Lovely setting and views. We will be back again in January for three more conferences. Seems a great place for weddings too as each weekend preparations were being made.

We spent a night here on our way to our permanent destination in Mexico. What a totally magnificent place. The room was gorgeous, the grounds amazing. The manager was was very friendly and helpful. A perfect setting for a romantic get away. I will return for sure!!

the hotel has a gorgeous garden and they have a lot of tasty plants of chile piquin everywhere, you have to try it, they have tasty hamburguers, the service is ok, also the view is quite something special, very romantic, buuuut is far far away from the town and restaurants I recomend this hotel to spend a romantic weekend (if you know what I mean)

I live in Chapala and consider it to be paradise. This hotel is paradise in paradise! I had my breath taken completely away. It is well maintained with a courteous and knowledgeable staff, and you cannot beat the grounds. Ricardo, the general manager was a delight to visit with and truly understands what guests are looking for. Cannot say enough good things!

Went today to check out the place for a possible future weekend get-away.....doubt that will happen now! Nicely greeted by a Front Desk person. Plus one. Beautiful grounds. Plus two. Nice looking outdoor dining area by the pool. Plus three. Hundreds of flies on the unbused tables from breakfast or early lunch. Minus one. Took 20 minutes for the one waiter to come over. Then he brought one menu at a time. Minus two. Minus three? 45 minutes for a drink! There was only one other table of 6 gal from Guad....who were already finished and for whom he spent much of his time delivering ice water and taking pictures. When r lunch order finally came....we r now at well over an hour, kudos to the thick yummy tortilla soup. My panni was simply chicken between two pieces of bread...not pressed. R bill was delivered with the bottom notation of....."remember your total does not include a tip!" I remembered.

We stayed at Quinta San Carlos last month for a friend's wedding. This hotel was amazing. It had great, clean, nicely decorated rooms. The views of the mountains were spectacular. The food was delicious. Their set up for the wedding reception was spectacular, elegant, beautiful! We also got a massage while there and it was a great one! The staff is courteous and overall we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend it.
