Quietness.

Nice room, comfortable good sized bed, clean and quiet.

Housekeeping was low standard. I checked out and settled my room account in cash only to have $23 charged to my credit card - who knows what for!

Safe and convenient location. Staff were very friendly.

Only problem I really had was the layout of the bathroom having the sink away from the toilet behind a separate door. And the shower didn’t have a curtain so it splashed everywhere. Other than that it was great

We called this property literally "the Hidden Hotel". It's location is hard to get on GPS, Maps, other apps Even Taxi Drivers couldn't find it. Directions would lead us down one way streets the wrong way. When we arrived, we found we had a room with a King Bed. I had reserved a twin bed room for my partner and myself. It was close to the Paris Metro but continually we would get lost in our comings and goings from this hotel property. The added area reconstruction did not help matters any at all.

The hotel was wonderful! The area was perfect! So many fabulous places to eat and shop and not too far from the center of Paris! Would definitely stay there again!

A great hotel to stay especially to attend a conference nearby in the Palais de congress. Large room with a great view. Very clean and really comfortable bed. Easy walking distance to the metro and nearby shops and large park.Friendly and helpful staff.

Valet service could be provided for guests coming with cars so they don’t have to go to the remote parking entrance.

Staff was very helpful. We asked many questions about local dining, transportation to Versailles, etc and every person was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

The breakfast, the room

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and the breakfast had many options. However the french pastries were never fresh. We didn't have any conditionner in the room, no shower cap or make up removal wipes, which is a bit disappointing for a four star hotel. The metro was a 10 minute walk away which was nice. I wouldn't recommend taking the bus or a car around the area during pick hours as you could get stuck in the same vicinity for 15 minutes because of traffic and constructions.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and all staff were very efficient and helpful.

Updated, modern decor. Good value for a nice Parisian hotel; I chose it for that reason (as a solo traveler) and to earn Marriott Bonvoy points. Best part is that it's only a 3-5 minute walk to the Port Maillot metro station which makes it convenient to easily go anywhere you want to in Paris.

Bathroom too small. Area rug old. Insulation is poor and we can hear people talking in common areas.

Great staff working very hard u der difficult conditions. Restrictions meant many services unavailable. We had a problem with the room thermostat so too hot.

They don’t have room service and at the bar they don’t have fresh meals, Only pre-cooked. It is disapointed for a marriot and the rates.

Nescafe coffee in th room was awful. Cleanliness was good, bedspread was dirty. Everyone was very helpful and polite. The extra touch of the lavender cache was lovely. Thank you for your services, I enjoyed being there. I would recommend it to others.

Service was excellent. The downside was the air-conditioning didn’t work and the room was too hot for sleeping comfortably

Everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed the stay and look forward to returning.

The only missing thing is the room service. Its more of a help yourself hotel and the front desk people helping you. To the smallest details The hotel needs a special room service. Instead of having the front desk people coming to you for each request

Hotel was selected for quality and price, both which were met. There were also some nice local restaurants nearby.

Very big comfortable bed. Windows blocked all outside noise. Nice size room for a hotel in Paris. Location was great. Only downside is there is no self service laundry, the laundry service offered is outrageously expensive.

It’s a very basic hotel and one can find much better hotels at this price. Hyatt regency and Le meridian close by offer much better amenities and comfort at same or lesser price. The hotel doesn’t even have a restaurant. The staff is helpful and cooperative. The breakfast buffet is nothing to talk home about. I will avoid.

Staff at the front desk were friendly, however housekeeping was very bad. Bedsheets and pillow sheets were not changed even though there were visible stains. Dirty cups were not changed or even washed!. Even after we made a complaint in the front desk, nothing changed except the last day, where they came up and collected all the dirty cups that had accumulated. Dirty tissues were still on the floor after housekeeping finished. All housekeeping did was change towels and make bed, nothing else.

Wonderful hotel - close to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro to get around Paris. The hotel is modern, rooms are very clean, and the hotel staff is most helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent and overall I had a great stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here 2 nights. Had a suite which is much bigger than standard rooms in Paris. The breakfast buffet was very good as it had a lot of variety. Sound proof rooms. Didnt try their gym. The customet service received was super. Free wifi. Would recommend.

Nar nothing, no bath Tub, no spacious breakfast area, separate shower and toilet, and NO SPA !!! Too expensive for not havieng what should have !

The new AC Marriott is much better than the other big hotels nearby. Rooms are good size, comfortable and quiet, breakfast is excellent and staff very helpful and polite.

The front desk staff was extraordinary. The coffee shop not so good.

Our trip/stay in hotel started on bad note. We checked in and NO water in hotel (unimaginable for American tourist). We changed and went out in local area came back on planned time. To extend misery they were not able to fix water per plan. At this time, to piss-off further.. we were offered 1 water bottle :( Finally water was fixed ~3 hours later than planned... overall 8+ hours of water outage. This ruined our first day plan in Paris. Hotel didn't offer any apology or credit. I pushed hotels.com customer service, which some how got me $60 credit... ok... but not happy. Our stay have another issues with bathroom blocked, but it was quickly fixed (but overall clean-up took) 2+ hours... again no apology. May be American tourists are spoiled (expecting apology for bad behavior). After these 2 incidents, my request for 2 hours late check out was declined. So not sure how to rate service. Other that than... it is average hotel.

Excellent breakfasts!! Room pretty good but keep in mind that you need you key card for outdoor door, elevator, door to room, and your electricity in room. Don't leave home without that card. Close to public transit.

lovely Hotel ,Goldilocks bed staff were polite and professional. Problem with metro.

Our first night went off without any issues, likely because we were so exhausted from the traveling. All of the front desk team provided excellent customer service. Jean (if I am spelling her name correctly deserves to be commended for her outstanding customer services during our stay. The cons of this stay had to do with the EXTREMELY HOT ROOM!! We asked the hotel staff but were informed that the hotel had not switched over to air. Despite it was a very warm April. Secondly, out shower flooded the last two nights of our stay. The first night we were told the maintence people would address the issue the next day but once again the following evening it flooded again. Last, two of us had to share a face towel the first night, the second night we had no towels and were told the housekeeping staff were not 24 hours and that no extra towels were available. Therefore we had to wet heavy Bath towels to clean our faces, so along with the flooding of the bathroom shower. Needless to say our second night was a disaster. To add insult to injury we were so hot that we had to open a window in order to sleep comfortably.

Had a very nice 7 day vacation stay. Caters well to all groups of travelers.

We had a very pleasant stay! The only issue was the hot water didn’t work in our shower. They switched us to a slightly larger room at no extra cost. The staff was very nice and helpful too!

The hotel is located so close to Champs-Élysées,Arc De Truimp, Eiffel tower .You can see Eiffel Tower from your room. The staff is super friendly and so professional.I truly enjoyed my stay in the hotel and I wanted to share my experience.

Breakfast was good and of course loved being in Paris. We were a bit far from the center but found trains and buses easily to get everywhere.

This is not the cutest area of Paris, but the hotel is amazing. I have never had a quieter room - We were on the first floor, right above the restaurant and right next to the elevator, and heard literally nothing (I am the world's lightest sleeper). Makes you realize that soundproofing IS possible and wish every hotel would do it! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room very clean and bed very comfortable. Five minute walk to the convention center. Small gym but everything you'd need (and you can see the Eiffel Tower from the treadmill...).

Hotel staff was excellent and they guided us to the metro line 1 station which was only a 5 minute walk. It's a good area to stay Hotel room was quite modern with all necessary facilities. Good breakfast. The hotel also had some good dishes on their 24 hr menu.

Disappointed that there was no restuurant or bar food available other than limited microwave meals.

We left immediately and book a different hotel. The room had no heating or shower curtains. The beds were uncomfortable and vert very cramped.

I have stayed here three times and it is consistently great. Comfortable, clean, good breakfast and very polite staff. Only minor issue is it is located a little bit away from the centre of Paris but the metro is nearby and it doesn't take long to walk to the Arc de Triomphe.

This was my first visit to Paris and the hotel made it most memorable. I do not speak much French, and the hotel staff immediately welcomed me and even offered to practice speaking French with me. I felt comfortable right away. My suite was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was also quiet. My experience with the food (room service) and hospitality of the bar area was also very good. Fred, the bartender, was so friendly and even said that this hotel was my new home away from home. When I checked out, the gentleman at the front desk was also helpful and invited me to come back in a sincere way. I will definitely be back!

Great trip, lovey hotel in a lovely city

I like this hotel. Only downside is breakfast. On this visit (as on the past) key items had run out and we're not replenished - eggs even baguettes. On my last visit, I ordered breakfast room service - it wasn't delivered. I rang (early) and it still wasn't delivered.

Easy to get to from the airport. Near the train stations for sight seeing. Would definitely use again. Good breakfast.

Close to the arch and champs Elise, the breakfast was not included, but you can walk 3 minutes and find something, that staff was very helpful, I would stay again anytime!

We had a great experience here! Very clean and modern. Walking distance to the Arc of Triumphe and from there to Champs Elysees. Alexander at the front was great in greeting us and explaining the area, etc. Thank you Alexander & Mariott for a great experience in Paris!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Upon check in we were greeted by an extremely polite and helpful member of staff, who couldn't have been more welcoming. He even helped us into the lift and pressed the button for us! We stayed in the Parisian Suite and had amazing views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur. The room was absolutely spotless and was very spacious with excellent amenities. The hotel location was great, with the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower both within half an hour's walk away. The Metro was within 5-10 minutes walk as well, so it is very easy to get around the city. The rooms are triple glazed, so there is virtually no outside noise, which is a real bonus. Our only criticism would be that the hotel was so quiet that the restaurant wasn't providing a full service - instead only salads and offers to order in takeaways. Other than that, we cannot fault this hotel. I have stayed in lots of high quality hotels for business over the past few years and I can honestly say that this hotel is possibly the best I have ever stayed in. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay such an enjoyable and comfortable time.

Can't fault much about the place. Friendly, professional hotel with a nice room. Large windows in room, although the view was not the best but not terrible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Provided use of a computer and printer to print some tickets out. Metro station a short walk away. Unfortunately they were Only able to provide salad from the restaurant due to no chef, possibly due to being there in august. Some nice restaurants nearby though.

Walking back at night doesn't feel safe. Your laundry price is out of the roof, I paid over hundred Euros $160. 00 for very little will have cost me at my corner lady $8 max + dry cleaning 1 pair of Pants and 1 shirt $10. Very far from that amount, bags and price list were not in the room, the lady bring some bags a no price list. I will chocking.

I ended up with getting another room because they didn't have a roll up bed for my daughter. Also, one of the staff waled in on her without prior knock or anything early morning stating he is checking on the fridge/bar ???? I was very disturbed with that!!

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are super clean and I I know clean it (OCD here). Even the most hidden corner was spotless. If I ever go back in Paris, this would be my first choice. 5-10 minutes walking distance to the closest subway station, about a mile away from Arc De Triomphe and 2 miles from Louvre Museum. The 22euros buffet breakfast is worth a try. Amazing food without the "American" fried ham/sausage/bacon smell.

It is a nice, new and clean hotel. The are is ok, need a little bit walk to the nearest Metro station. The carpark lift is not connected to the hotel lorry, it is abit incontinent.

Spacious , modern , clean and comfortable room. Very good wifi. Best bed . Nice shower. Refrigerate in room. Good gym.No on site kitchen - room service is from outside kitchen and one would assume it comes from a clean place. Breakfast options limited with no kitchen on site. Basic lounge and reception. Affordable food options including Starbucks one block over at food court in convention center, Palais De Congress.

The facilities and staff were great. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was not on yet so our room was too warm.
