I booked this hotel and it was always my choice when I travel to Jakarta because it is close to the place where I have to be. Check in in the night was fast.

The toilet in my room was broken, so I couldn't flash it. Lucky I was staying there only for 1 night. Breakfast was very poor, I literally couldn't eat anything what was offered, so I left quite unsatisfied with the service I have got pricewise.

Location. Plenty of nearby street food. Mosque just next door. Plus point for muslim

Clean white linen and towels, good breakfast

I felt not comfortable in the room 318 ,it wasn't clean and needed maintenance, dirty curtains, dirty spots from lickings of ac on the wall, dirty floor in the bathroom. No cups for making tea or coffee. Bad experience, I will not book again.

I like the bed is comfortable

On the second day which is I got another room, the pillow smell not good, I can't use for sleep.

The room and locality met my expectations

Big and clean room. Helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was ok. Lots of street food vendors and a mini market next to the hotel. No Netflix. City centre, behind Kuningan City Mall

Outdated facilities, the bathroom is quite small but they have good hot water.

It's in city centre with affordable price, quite and cozy place to stay, Easy to check in and accessible from anywhere. The staff also polite, responsive and quite informative.

Staff are really wellcomnes. I had bug trouble with bank card and staff helped mee 🫶 Stayed in Rasuna second time. Perfectly suits me in this Jakarta area

Excellent value. For the price, some of the cons may be accepted. Relatively decent room. It has the basic shower, bed, table and lounge chair. Despite the relatively small room size, the design and configuration made it rather cosy and usable. Breakfast was relatively good and hearty, despite lesser variety; Just take more of the same type of food to fill up.

Noise. There will be kids playing very loud and rowdily up till 10pm. And in the very early morning, loud sounds blaring from the next door mosque. You would need earplugs to have a decent night's rest. Flies/mosquitoes in the room.

I came to Jakarta to visit Russian embassy and the hotel's location was perfect for my goal. Staff helped me with luggage. They could not receive my card payment for some reason but I used the bank app to pay. The room was standard. Quite AC. Comfy pillow. Breakfast was a nice bonus even though there was not much to choose from

the Staffs are amazing, and very accommodating and friendly. there’s housekeeping everyday and free laundry!

The bathroom needs to be more clean. Smoking policies should be more strict I was able to smell the smoke in the room ,lobby.

The hotel is on a great area although the roads are noisy. Very convenient if you need to get to a variety of places. The building itself is starting to show it's age, wear and tear is evident in the rooms. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Good location and very friendly front desk however hotel room is bit old, not enough lighting and window facing other people’s room so make sure to close the drapes at all times. Bathroom was dirty, I’m glad I only stays 2 nights.

Room quite spacious, the furniture and lighting can be improved. Location wise is perfect if you need to be around Kuningan or Rasuna Said area. Thing to note is the call for prayer from the nearby mosque, it can be quite loud

I booked just late and upon arrival got news that free upgraded to VIP room. Here, near by to Kuningan and sudirman area. Easy to go anywhere in a central of Jakarta. Spacious enough, and has a private balcony with a good view. Bathroom too small but ok. Restaurant in 4th floor and nice place and nice view.

The staff are friendly and the hotel is reasonably clean but, having requested a non-smoking room it was obvious thar the room had last been used by a smoker, very smelly! Breakfast was good, but the mayonnaise for the chicken nuggets should be kept cool, NOT be stored in the heated servery with the chicken nuggets!! Basic food hygiene....

Older Hotel right next to mosque. Be prepared to wake up to loud speakers just feet at 4:30 am.

Too loudly about Muslim speaker

Cheap apartment, not a hotel. The sink in the bathroom clogged up takes hours to drain. The bathroom door won't close properly so you have water all over the bathroom when you shower. Bathroom smells like mildew. They provide a pantry outside the room but it needs to be cleaned, updated and organized. I paid the room with breakfast, The breakfast is till 10 but at 9 am, most food are already gone and not added. You are paying for the location, basically since it's close to the city,

The room was reasonable. But!!!!!! Must important thing is you have to wake up at 4:30am every day. Both side of hotel there was a speaker which is used for reading Koran, and sing every 4am, 12, 15, 19pm. Because of this incredible noise, driving me crazy. i will never visit this hotel. But strongly recommended to muslim. Good part is hotel crew was very kind and nice, they clean room very nice. Room is big enough, cheep and clean.

The corridors was pretty hot, like no air circulation. But other than that, everything else is pleasant.

Room was nice and hotel is good.... But Air condition was AWFULLY NOISY. Staff was super nice and gave us another room at midnight. But then this second room was on the road/street side and we could hear the traffic as if we were outside, since there is no noise isolation... No double glass windows. So we almost did not sleep !! Rooms are big though and staff is VERY NICE.

Location good as i need to go nearby embassy, walking distance to mall embassador, plaza festival. About the room, its totally bad. Many mosqitoes in the room, noisy from morning until eveing as the hotel is doing expanding, aircond humit, the floor feel like many dust and have many ants around. No for next time.
