The room was nice and the breakfast was great.

The staff did not inform me of the $10 per day charge to have my car there when I arrived nor did they inform me at checkout that I would be charged $21.40. Another front desk employee had no clue about the charging station outside. I have a Tesla and wanted to charge yet she was clueless. 3 different employees all clueless.

We've been staying at this Hampton Inn location whenever we visit the area for about 10 years, now. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The few times we've had concerns they have always made it right. They take pride in their cleanliness. I recommend this location regularly to friends and family! We are in town from GA for AAU basketball tournament and the venue is near by so this property was ideal. Beautiful front lobby area the staff at the counter were amazing! I’ve met Natalie & Robert and at the cafe side young lady name Azial (I probably mess up her spelling name) she was amazing and the other ladies who kept the dinner cleaned, refilled and always have a smile on the faces. This is huge to me and this why I continue to booked at Hampton Inn. The only hiccup today was the only elevator working was down from what I’ve heard from other at the breakfast area was since late last night. The front desk staff was accommodating while waiting on maintenance to arrive. Plus we were given 1 night free for the inconvenience. I appreciate this so much. We have to give thanks to the staff on hand trying to do all they could to make sure folks are getting their moneys worth booking at this property. Amazing and thus will not make me not come back. Folks here are absolutely amazing and friendly staff! Thank you Hampton inn on coconut creek property.

The property would be OK unfortunately the people in charge were not able to keep their promise while we cancel one stay being promised to get a full refund and reschedule for a different date, ending up paying for both stays full price - not even attempt to compensate us at all - instead we spent hours and multiple phone calls to resolve that issue without the promised results.

We didn’t like that they charged us twice while we were offered to cancel first reservation and rescheduled for a better dates, but then we end up paying for both times a full price. Regardless a being repeatedly assured that It will be resolved, but it never was which is not cool and not professional at all. Also, during our stay, the room looked like it was not even ready. There were still some air-conditioning grills from the ceiling, laying on the top of the vanity counter top in the bathroom, and the shower sliding glass door nearly fell off out of its tracks and shattered in a pieces if we did not act accordingly.

Breakfast is just breakfast fake eggs and Polish sausage on Sundays. Luckily I’m a yogurt person.

This is not the first time I’ve stayed here. The elevator is not operational. Only one of the two elevators is it’s been this way for almost a year. Really bad customer service that you can’t fix an elevator in a year. I understand it’s a pet friendly hotel but you need to have rules and regulations for people that are severely allergic to dogs.

The place did what I needed it to do. Here for work for 2 weeks. Nice and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Sharde and Gia are wonderful and very helpful!

We have stayed at this hotel many times and is very nice! One of the two elevators was not working for 1 week so we had to wait awhile every time! The folded egg omelettes are terrible. They should never make those again!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Coconut Creek on 5/18-5/19/2026. I selected this hotel based on the good reviews it received. I don’t know how it received such good reviews. Pros: The hotel front staff were friendly. The lobby was well lit as well as the 6th floor hallway. These appeared to be recently renovated. The gym was well equipped & I felt safe using it at 9pm as a woman by myself. The pool area was nice. We sat pool side & enjoyed the evening breeze but didn’t go in the pool. The breakfast was standard for a Hampton Inn. Nothing spectacular. We stayed in a king room & it was very large. Con: We stayed in room 613 & it was poorly maintained. So poorly that we didn’t even take a shower. The floor was not vacuumed well as there was stuff still on the floor from previous guests. The shower was gross! There was mold on the caulking & the shower head had pink mold on it. There was also someone else’s hair in the shower door track. In addition, it appeared that the floor in the bathroom hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. My socks were filthy after walking around the room. There was no safe in the room. We didn’t ask for a new room because we were exhausted from the drive down from Daytona Beach & dealing with the death of a family member from the night before. Also in the room was a handcwritten note from the house keeper along with a sign with a QR code to make tipping easy. Are they crazy!?! Tipping for a gross room? I don't think so. Be aware that there is a $10 per night parking fee. Why!?! This hotel is not located in a major metropolitan area. It is not near the airport. There were plenty of parking spaces. Yes, it’s my fault that I didn’t notice this on the hotel’s website before checking in but I never thought this hotel would charge for parking based on its location. Also, there are EV destination chargers on property but there is a fee to use them, so we drove down the street & used the Tesla super charger that cost less. All in all, we will not select this hotel in future unless the rooms have been renovated & the parking fee is removed.

Decent hotel for the price. I gave an extra star for the service. Everyone was very helpful, especially Jon, the evening front desk associate. He went above and beyond to immediately reconcile an issue I had with the room and to ensure that I had everything i needed. Thanks again for the stellar service, Jon.

The kids liked the breakfast, the waterfall that was separating the lobby and the dining area. They provided bottle waters when we came to check in and the room. The suite was big enough to sleep for people for a night.

On booking.com I wish they would have advised that we would be paying for a parking fee. Although it’s not much, we would still like to know that we would be paying an additional fee.

Lack of upkeep. One elevator was out of order.The second said " no more than 6 passengers " definitely making us nervous. Ice machine did not work and they add $10 fee for parking when online lists no parking fee. Breakfast was minimal. Internet was ridiculously slow but for a fee, they would upgrade your internet. This was a business trip and internet is essential. Charging extra for a service that every other hotel provides free of charge is a deal breaker

For all 6 nights that we stayed at the hotel, the room was only cleaned 1 time. We had to go to the Dryden 2 times to get fresh towels and the empty the garbage ourselves. 4 out of 6 mornings we all had to take cold showers because there was no hot water!!! Very disappointed in our stay. Never staying there again.

We had a great one-night stay and felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Sharde was incredibly friendly and kind at check-in. Breakfast was excellent, and Gia greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere overall.

We visit Coconut Creek every few months and always stay here at the Hampton. The location and rooms are great, but what keeps us coming back in the wonderful front desk staff. Sharde is always friendly and goes above and beyond to help with any requests that will make our stay more enjoyable. She greets us with a smile at every encounter and truly makes us feel welcome.

OVERALL? Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, but it was very quiet and cozy, and I think I would stay here again. Arrived after 8pm on a Tuesday night and there were quite a few other people checking in at the same time … I was very grateful to bypass reception and go straight to my room with my digital key. I thought security was good, having to use my key to get up to the fifth floor in the elevator — only to find out you don’t need the key at all … my room was relatively clean, aside the toenail that wasn’t mine on the bathroom floor, the empty water bottle behind the bed, leftover food on the nightstand, and all the crap left behind some of the furniture. Gross. I discovered that a digital key is not enough at this hotel, as you do need a physical key to turn on the main lights in the room. So I had to go back downstairs to get one, and the receptionist seemed disinterested in welcoming me … she was on the phone as I stood at reception without even acknowledging me. The receptionist was nice enough once she was off the phone and assisting me, but never once gave me information on the hotel — and it was my first time here — nor recognized my HH status. Must admit I do find digital keys quite useless. For example, if I had only used it and not gone downstairs to get a physical key, I would never have known that I needed a parking pass for my vehicle. I also wouldn’t have been able to turn on the main light in the room, as already noted. That being said, it was the best digital key I’ve ever had — it actually worked every single time! Hotel overall seemed nice and quiet, albeit busy considering the number of cars parked in the lot! Only one elevator was working for my entire stay, and it was very slow at that…… Very well equipped gym with wide open space. I swung by breakfast each morning, and whilst it was your typical standard American fare, it also seemed a slight notch above your typical Hilton breakfasts. Good location, within walking distance to a Publix and numerous dining options. I think I would definitely stay here again, despite the very poor lighting in the room (which is a challenge as I often have to take work meetings and conduct live webinars from my hotel room) and do hope that the cleanliness improves!

I've been staying at this hampton inn off and on since last year. The staff is very welcoming and they go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Joey and Sharde are the best. Very friendly and professional. I recommend this hampton inn to anyone coming to Florida.

The guest services manager, Shardé provided exemplary service, professionalism and helpfulness. She made the difference between an average stay and an exceptional one. Regarding the facilities, the pool and hot tub were in good condition and a well equipped fitness facility.

The management team treat their housekeepers terrible. One day the truth will be told.

The Hampton Inn was very lovely, the staff was extremely excellent especially the one staff member who helped me out multiple times throughout my stay, whose name is Sharde. There was multiple issues with the elevators, and she was very considerate to move me to a lower floor since I had to use the stairs multiple times. Her customer service was above and beyond.

The room was clean the beds are comfortable. Many breakfasts options.

Everyone was so accommodating. Even when noisy room was addressed I was offered a fabulous (quiet ) suite Sharde is the best of the best. I went through October storms with her assistance also.she gets hugs for technical support and friendliness.

We had a good stay at this Hampton Inn. The room was spacious, breakfast was good, the halls and entryway were clean, and housekeeping was excellent. I only took off one star because the bed was quite squeaky and we sunk very far into the mattress.

We stayed for three nights. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the staff were friendly and the food was good. The problem was the room service. We paid for three full nights, no discount, but the first day they did not replenish towels. The second day they did not come at all which means no trash removal, towel service, or coffee machine replenishing. I did not mind if the sheets were not replaced but there was no communication about reusing towels or a place to let them dry. I had to go and complain and then look for a housekeeping cart to find towels. They ran out of wash clothes both days as well. The front desk called housekeeping but they did not show up before we were ready to go to bed. I asked for a discount and the front desk said. "Oh no, we are completely booked."
