بوفيه الافطار ضعيف جدا غير متنوع والجودة ضعيفة بعض الاطباق قديمة ٤ ايام لم يتم تجديدها تذهب وتعود كل يوم يتغير لونها البوفيه يحتاج اعادة نظر .. الستائر تحتاج صيانة .. صالة الالعاب والمسبح تحتاج اعادة نظر .. المطبخ لا يتوفر به ادوات

الاسعار مرتفعة جدا، خاصة انه وصلني رسالة سابقة منكم وترقية الى الذهبية، والحجز الذي عن طريقكم مرتفع جدا، علما اني مددت ليلة من استقبال الفندق وكان الفرق جدا كبير السعر الذي حصلت عليه من (البوكننق) وبين سعر الفندق .. الفرق 448 ريال لليلة الواحدة، أمل النظر في الاسعار واخذ بطاقات العضوية في الاعتبار حتى يكون لكم مصداقية عند الزبائن .
