Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Très belle maison, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin (beaucoup plus beau en vrai que sur les photos du site de booking). Cela nous permet de voir ce qui se cache derrière les façades de ces maisons. Le petit déjeuner était bon, pas super copieux, mais très soigné et très bon. Et l'accueil est très bon également. Je recommande sans hésitation !
C'est vrai que ce n'est pas très central, mais en même temps, nous sommes rentrés le soir de San Telmo en Uber en moins de 15 minutes. Et cela permet d'explorer un autre quartier de Buenos Aires, dans lequel on n'rait pas forcément juste pour visiter et que j'ai trouvé agréable à voir.

La porte de la chambre à double battant est très mal isolée et donne sur le corridor d'accés aux autres chambre. Idem pour la fenêtre de la salle de bain. On entendait le matin la préparation du petit déjeuner. Le supplément de $ 30.-- pour une chambre avec climatisation me semble élevé. Chambre très petite pour le prix. Très éloigné du centre (jusqu'à 1h de taxi avec traffic), ce qui est difficile à évaluer si on ne connait pas la ville. J'ai finalement changé d'hotel pour la dernière nuit, un 4* étoile, plein centre, hyper silencieux, déjeuner buffet, pour quasiment le meme prix

Крошечный номер. Сама комната буквально 8-9 кВ. Метра. Помещаются только 2 небольшие кровати. Малюсенький санузел совмещенный с душем и закуток что бы повесить одежду. Один из критериев по которым я всегда выбираю отели при путешествиях по миру - это наличие общей зоны, где можно было бы вечером посидеть и выпить бокал вина или перекусить. К сожалению выяснилось что несмотря на отличную общую зону там нельзя сидеть вечером что бы выпить бокал отличного аргентинского вина, так же запрещено есть свою еду. Можно только приобретать напитки и еду непосредственно в отеле, но кухня и бар закрывается в 20.00. Для меня это было большим дискомфортом, но винить кто-то не имею права. Раз уж так в Аргентине принято - значит я обязан принять… Просто в следующий раз придется мне выбирать квартиру с балконом, что бы можно было расслабиться.

Te ayudan con lo que desconoces y brindan caminos para que tu estancia sea agradable. Son como un punto de conexión si necesitas traslado o saber como llegar a tal o cual lugar. También las chicas de recepción, re buena onda. Los desayunos fueron riquísimos y las instalaciones muy cómodas.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025Good and very simple room with a good bed. Very helpful staff. Exceptionally nice breakfast and the coffee is an absolute treasure. There is a very nice shared space where you can relax, work, or meet people.
The room is very basic, no windows (except for a small one in the bathroom), no table, no chairs. The pictures are of the common space.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2016There is no finer place to stay in Buenes Aires. The B&B was beautiful with a Mediterranean charm. The rooms were simple yet clean and comfortable. The best part of the trip was the innkeeper Thibaud. He was helpful with ANY info one might need. He was friendly with plenty of stories on hand. He is always ready to make a suggestions for restaurants and attractions. If I ever go back to BA, I'll stay here again.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2016This motel has no TV, no bar, no lobby, and no entrainment at all. Nothing you find a hotel. There is no staff. The staff is one person, the owner,. Please, please do not book for a long stay because the owner will not reimburse your money is you decide to cancel at arrival which many people do for being disappointed of this facility. This motel has no parking and it is located in a low class neighborhood. My rental car got broken into while parked on the street in front of the motel a terrible experience for a visitor in a foreign country. I will not recommend this facility to anyone. You may be flatter by the price but please avoid this motel if you can. The ratings on the website are not true.
