Les chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité avec une carte suffisamment variée pour plaire à tout le monde. Le check out est à midi. Personnel très sympathique.

Bien vérifier ses réservations, il peut y avoir une confusion quand on réserve plusieurs chambres avec des demandes particulières (allergie au duvet, lits jumeaux etc.)

Café au lait ohne Kaffeeanteil. Schwarzer Tee durch mangelnde Lagerung mit Geschmack von allen möglichen Kräutern. Zimmerservice war auch um 18 Uhr noch nicht bis zu unserem Zimmer durchgedrungen. Restaurant am Wochenende nur mit eingeschränkter Karte.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was really good, great location with good transport links, very easy to access. The room was nice and comfortable. Would happily stay there again.

One minor inconvenience was having the toilet separate from the bathroom. Being pregnant, I needed to use the toilet quite frequently, which meant having to go through three doors to be able to wash my hands. This was tricky during the night, when the lights were off. It would have been more convenient to have the toilet and bathroom together considering the size of the room.

Tout était parfait de la reception au départ. Une chambre conforme à nos attentes avec une literie irréprochable. Repas au restaurant de l'hotel très bien ainsi qu'un petit déjeuner en terrasse très agréable.

La situation de l'hôtel est en plein centre-ville. Parking en face de l'hôtel et restaurants à proximité directe. La chambre est très confortable, le plus : la salle de douches est séparée des toilettes. Ecran géant, linge de toilette impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner, sous forme de buffet, est très copieux. Petit jardin derrière l'hôtel très agréable pour déjeuner.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, non loin des berges de la Seine. L'accueil avec sa limonade offerte. La vaste chambre située au 3ème étage, au calme et climatisée. Le petit déjeuner est varié et il y est proposé des produits frais non emballés sous plastique tels que fromages et jambons.

Peut-être qu'il faudrait veiller à la découpe du pain. Il était impossible de prendre une tranche correctement coupée.

Idea di separare Water e bagno non è soluzione ideale secondo noi. Aria condizionata non presente (sarà installata a breve). Viene fornito un condizionatore portatile che fa il minimo necessario.

We slept there before going to Monet's house, which is a 10 min drive. The room was super comfortable, a suite with two separate rooms (one with a sofa bed). Conplimentary coffee and tea provided. The staff was super nice. I want to mention the girl at reception who promtly switched to Spanish when she realized we couldn't understand something related to a deposit. I don't recall her name, but it was Aug 11th at around 23:30. I'm sure the hotel management know who she is. Congratulations! The hotel offers SPA services and breakfast, but we didn't use them.

Parking is pretty tight. A/C would've been nice, it was really hot. But at least both rooms had portable air conditioning units.

De locatie is geweldig want in het centrum van Vernon met lekkere restaurants, winkels en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Het parkeren is ook prima maar wel enigszins lastig om in je plek te komen (alles went)

Hotel is well located, just a short stroll from the centre of the old town. Our room was quite basic but comfortable enough for our short stay. The room was quiet and clean. Would stay again if in the area.

This comfortable hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The hotel staff is very friendly and happy to answer your questions. The train station, with connections to Giverny, is nearby.

El personal y la ubicación. Cama muy cómoda. Tenía un split portaril de aire para la tarde pero la noche con la ventana abierta hacía fresquito. La habitación daba al patio interior comportido con el.restaurante pero no había ruido.

Un detalle mínimo, sobra el edredon, entiemdo que estamos en Normandía pero con las olas de calor mejor sábana y colcha.

gezellig hotel met zeer mooie ligging in het centrum en op fietsafstand van de tuinen van Monet, goed bed en mooie badkamer met excellente douche.

The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel was perfect. Also the breakfast buffet had a lot of options to choose from.

Au risque de me répéter, je ne pensais pas qu'il ferait si chaud en réservant cet hébergement. La petite ''clim'' à roulette n'a pas suffi à rafraîchir l'atmosphère

Hotel Le Normandy was a highlight of my recent holiday in France. A beautiful 'old world' hotel with helpful and genuinely kind staff, a very comfortable air-conditioned room with a BATH and a KETTLE!! I strongly recommend a massage with Benedicte, she is a highly skilled and intuitive practitioner. My very sore hips and legs from a week of week of walking around Paris were immediately resolved. The attached restaurant serves delicious food-again staffed by happy and gracious people, and there are plenty of other options in the town. The hotel is a ten-minute walk from station (with a backpack), opposite a cinema, near the river and of course, a short shuttle bus from station or Uber to Claude Monet's house. A longer stay here to enjoy the area is on my next French itinerary.

Camera di buone dimensioni così come il bagno. Molto buono il ristorante dell’hotel.

Una puzza persistente di fogna nel vano WC, davvero un disturbo notevole. La camera sembrava non usata da tempo, ma comunque la puzza è continuata per tutto il soggiorno.

Posizione centrale, camera molto pulita, anzi faccio un complimento allo staff dell’hotel che è stato molto gentile e mi ha messo a disposizione una camera senza moquette vista la mia allergia. L’albergo è comunque comodo per andare a visitare Giverny poco distante e anche Vernon è molto carina con una bella passeggiata sulla Senna.

Purtroppo la camera non è dotata di aria condizionata, c’era a disposizione un ventilatore portatile e un deumidificatore, ma nonostante tutto questo in stanza c’erano 30 gradi! Veramente Insopportabile per dormire. Oltretutto nonostante il caldo qui è tradizione mettere i trapuntini invernali come coperta sul letto, per cui abbiamo dormito direttamente sopra. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione essendoci delle boulangerie poco distanti.

La struttura è bella, e ben posizionata in centro. C'è anche un'area benessere che noi non abbiamo sfruttato. Il parcheggio è vicino all'hotel, a pagamento, ma con pochi posti. C'è n'è un altro poco lontano, più grande.

L'unica grande pecca è la mancanza dell'aria condizionata. Avevano messo un deumidificatore, ma non riesce a compensare. Con il caldo è stato complicato dormire.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und in einem schönen alten Gebäude. Das Personal war sehr nett und es gab Schüsseln und Snacks für den Hund?

Da das Hotel direkt an einer Kreuzung liegt und wir in der Nacht die Fenster wegen der Hitze auflassen mussten, war sehr laut. Das Frühstück hat € 25 gekostet. Für diesen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet, der Kaffee war leider auch schlecht.

They would not let us check in early I had already requested but they said they were too busy for us so we had to go for a walk double check if booking as they run late in france .Extra cost for breakfast not worth it , we stepped out for a bite there are lots of options around.

Mega gutes Personal einfach vorbildlich. Die Dame an der Reception Francesca war spitze sehr hilfsbereit und sehr fachlich, der Chef muss stolz sein bei so einer Angestellten.

Camera troppo calda (climatizzata con pinguino), bagno con wc separato da locale doccia (bisogna passare dalla camera per andare da un locale bagni all' altro). Bagno con wc piccolo e senza finestra e lavandino.

Staff, location and breakfast.

In very hot weather, the use of plastic lined sheets on the beds , was most unpleasant. We understand the need for hygiene but there must be a better alternative.

Fantastic hotel for staying in Vernon. Close to the station. Close enough to Giverny village too. They arrange cabs on request. Great rooms, food, ambience, location and staff.

It was very hot so the air cooler provided in the room wasn't enough. Maybe adding air conditioning will help.
