receptionen er faktisk i en bar, med lille poolbord. Man kunne ikke bruge balkonen, da det stank af fisk fra naboen som er et stort madmarked.

La prima cosa che abbiamo notato è che il nome dell’hotel è diverso, quindi non lo trovavamo, le asciugamani erano vecchie e dure, e il rumore era così potente la sera che non si poteva dormire non sapevamo cosa facesse più rumore se la strada o l’aria condizionata quindi spesso lo spegnevamo e preferivamo dormire con il caldo,

Izby sú strašne smrdele na plesen, kúpeľne sú špinave, obklad odpadnúť, steni špinave nepremalovane. Proste je to katastrofálne.

Location was good but hard to find. It's not properly labeled from the outside.

We were double charged and the property still hasn't gotten back to me about this.

Laut. Die Bar macht die ganze Nacht hindurch Musik und das geht bis in den 2 Stock hoch. Der Pool ist nicht so sauber. Wasser ist trüb und Fliesen liegen lose unten am Grund herum.

Nous avons absolument tout aimé. L’accueil est exceptionnel : chaleureux, sincère et très professionnel dès l’arrivée. Le personnel est formidable, toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible, avec une vraie envie de bien faire et de faire plaisir aux clients. L’hôtel est très beau, moderne, calme et parfaitement entretenu. La propreté est irréprochable dans tout l’établissement. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable, très propre, bien équipée et décorée avec goût.

Big, comfortable room, which was relatively quiet for the location. Safe in the room.

It was very hard to find this hotel. It changed the name to "Patong Expat Hotel" The location on booking.com map and maps.me is marked wrong at the market hall. It's nearby, but it took me 20 minutes to find it, people didn't know it.

Personnel désagréable mais également la gerante , equipement non fonctionnel notamment le pommeau de douche . Ce sejour fut catastrophique, aucune organisation, pas confortable. Il y a mille fois mieux . Beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à très tard

The property had maintenance work during our stay and we couldn’t sleep properly. The space of the rooms were tight.

Great location. Closer to everything. If you like nightlife, then this is the great area for you. Sound proof is good you can't even hear any noise from outside since the hotel is closer to the boxing stadium. The pool was clean,

The room service could have at least clean the room and bathroom properly. They need to improve in cleaning.

The comfy from the bed to the bathroom to the balcony it was below average

It was super close to the center and where everything was happening, conveniently located near a 7/11, pharmacy, popular night market and shopping centre The staff on the reception were super helpful and friendly Quiet at night despite the location

The towels and sheets were dirty/ had marks on them despite the house cleaning everyday, water pressure was very bad, the shower had a broken shelf Large bed but it was very hard (although I think this is the case with most beds in Thailand)

The people Staff like TaTa by reception or Patty an the bar ,they are amazing and really care of us. The room was clean and if you need something they help you.

I like the room, location, and the breakfast. The staff was nice. The location is the best. Breakfast was good , you can have multiple choices. You can enjoy the bar and their food in the restaurant.

It would be nice to have a lounge common area and a small sofa in the room when i was there, no lights in the elevator more than a week. It is a small issue but these kind of small things should be fixed quickly.

Location is close to Soi Sansabai (which leads on to Bangla Road), beside Banzaan markets, and an easy walk to Nanai Rd. A good laundromat beside the hotel, which made it very easy to get clothing washed & dried. OTOP is about a 15-minute walk but easier to get a tuk-tuk or motorbike taxi. Room was surprisingly quiet during my stay, and the Air Con was nice and cold. A great hotel to pick if you simply want a decent bed to rest your head after a long day/night enjoying Phuket.

The sports bar at the lobby of the hotel had a limited range of sporting coverage, they could not show the sport I was asking for. However, plenty of other sports bars in the area. Not a critique, but a note for readers - This isn't a hotel to pick if you are going to be at the hotel 90%+ of the time. This is a hotel to select for a room to sleep at, after a day of being out and about.

The pool needs lounge sunbathing chairs with music going for atmosphere a phone up there so you can ring down for drinks to be delivered this would make money for you when people wants down time in the pool with the service it needs and a good vibe
