Es un hotel cápsula, con todo lo bueno que te da estar alojado de forma económica en una ubicación inmejorable en Singapur. Tiene cerca todo lo que un viajero puede necesitar, desde visitar el mismo barrio, tiendas de todo tipo, restaurantes variados y es una de las zonas mejor conectadas de Singapur por transporte público. Para nosotros ya es la segunda vez y lo elegimos de nuevo por servir 100% a su finalidad.

No es no gustarme, es una advertencia, es un hotel cápsula, con todo lo que conlleva, si sabes a lo que vas está muy bien.

Čisté, prostorné kapsule, dva záchody+sprcha, super lokalita, vpohodě cena, milá obsluha, vybavená kuchyň.

Velká zima, v pokoji se opravdu chladilo na velmi velmi nízkou teplotu až to bylo nepříjemné. Zásuvky uprostřed podu nefungují, TV lze pustit pouze bez zvuku.

The receptionist are accommodating and friendly. Lower deck is so comfortable. Washrooms are clean.

Die Lage und der Preis sind sehr günstig. Alles ist auch so, wie es beschreiben ist. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, reicht es vollkommen aus!

Die Pods sind sehr hellhörig und knarzen sehr. Die Sauberkeit lässt zum wünschen offen.

The Galaxy Pods were located in a nice area by Chinatown. The pods were clean and comfy, and the staff were especially helpful with any of my concerns. There were two MRT stations close by, Chinatown is literally just 5 minutes walk, and it was also close to Maxwell for some hawker's food.

It would have been nice if there were more seating areas for one to just sit by and relax or if they needed somewhere to unpack their stuff or re-organize after some shopping in Chinatown. But otherwise, I would still say it is a nice place to stay at.

The staff's friendliness and customer service were fantastic. ​Thank you very much for your hospitality—the team's excellent service is undeniable.

​I usually only use this type of accommodation to sleep, but it was quite difficult to get proper rest this time. Although the capsule itself is very spacious, the mattress was so thin (or worn out) that I could feel the hard frame underneath. Additionally, while I understand this is a very budget-friendly stay, the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the facilities could definitely be improved.

It was in a good area.

Unfortunately the actual hotel does not look anything like the advertised pictures. The hotel was not colourful or sparkly as advertised, it was incredibly dull, all blue and white. It was very dirty and old, it definitely needs updating, deep cleaning and decorating. Staff were very nice however. The toilets and showers were not clean or well presented, they were very grubby and dirty, there were hairs everywhere. Did not sleep well, the mattress was incredibly thin. It looked so great online when we booked but it was incredibly disappointing. Sadly i wouldn't come here again.

La posizione centrale, vicino alla metro e diverse attrazioni. Il materasso è comodo, wifi ben funzionante. Vengono forniti asciugamani per la doccia e acqua potabile fredda e calda con possibilità di prepararsi the e caffè.

Stamattina preparandoci alla partenza abbiamo notato che nella capsula viene cambiato SOLO il lenzuolo sotto (non le federe dei cuscini e non il copri trapuntino), quindi è facile che si dorma con lenzuola usate da altri. La struttura si trova sopra un locale dove fanno karaoke fino a tarda notte (e si sente); all'interno della capsula c'è un rumore forte e costante per tutto il tempo dell' impianto di aerazione; il locale delle capsule è freddo come un frigorifero e piuttosto piccolo, all'interno delle stesse si sta meglio, comunque il trapuntino per dormire è necessario. La capsula doppia è una piazza e mezza, i bagni sono in comune e fungono anche da doccia e sono sufficientemente puliti. La TV nella capsula non funziona, non si possono caricare dispositivi all' interno della capsula, tutto va fatto fuori, dove dormono tutti. Per due notti, ci si accontenta, il prezzo è medio alto, in linea con i costi nel Paese

the location was great, right in the city center, easily accessible the room looked very futuristic

the bathroom was pretty bad. it wasn't a separate room for toilet and shower, it was water everywhere; not very clean the sheets were not the newest or the cleanest the room temperature was crazy, the ac was turned on all the time, it was very cold. in the capsule the air ventilation couldn't be turned off it smelled weird

Washroom and bathroom are same and have no space to take a bath or a shit. If anyone took a bath before you, entire bathroom including the pot will be wet.

The location is near the train station. Staff are approachable and accommodating. Looks secure because there were a lot of visible cctv cameras.

The beds were not entirely clean.

I stayed at both the Boat Quay and Chinatown galaxy pods. If you're tossing up between the two, I recommend the Chinatown one as it felt like there were less pods and therefore less people to contend with for the facilities, the shower was bigger and the location is better. The pods are spacious enough for one person and they give you a locker for your belongings.

The bathrooms include the toilet and shower. This means that the toilets get very wet with the water from the shower. This could be cleaned by the staff more often. Getting into the top pod is not accessible for all people, and there is no way to request a bottom pod.

Op de foto's lijkt er nog redelijk veel ruimte in de zaal, alleen zijn er blijkbaar verschillende zalen en onze zaal had echt nauwelijks ruimte. Ook moest het licht hele nacht per se aan wat wij ook niet echt begrepen.

Bed is very firm, people made a lot of noise though the night and woke me up a few times

mattress is way too hard, pot is too short and i am only 1.70, it’s super noisy to open the plastic pods, door didn’t open on first attempts from the inside - needed like 20 times to push the button -, shower not clean, overall seems a bit sketchy

The location was great and the concept of the pods is cool. I liked the lighting inside the pods.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable it hurt to lay on it was actually unbearable the mattress was an inch thick. The toilet and shower was in the same room and unisex which is very unpleasant when you want to use the toilet and the whole room is soaked and also showering doesn’t feel clean as it’s next to the toilet. I left the shower feeling more dirty than before. The bathroom/ toilet rooms smelt weird and not taken care of. Didn’t look like some of the photos not much space outside of the pods. No windows in the property- wasnt expecting them in the pods but in the social area I was for which there is not a social area- no seats or space to chill outside the pods. I checked out a day early because I couldn’t bare the final night.

Ni clean bathroom, pods in bad shape, mattrace completely overused, feels like you sleep on the ground, gave me hip problems. Staff in the morning, maybe owners were unfriendly. Staff behind reception was nice

The mattress was so thin I felt like I was sleeping on just hard plastic. (I only slept for about an hour) The illuminated light switch buttons were very light. It was very hot after a while. The tiny toilet / shower was not an attractive prospect.

Exceedingly poor hygiene. No sound proofing, so the pods are super loud. The mattress is very thin so hard to sleep. Doesn't get fully dark inside the pod. No AC inside the pod. Shower with terrible facilities. Overall a subpar experience.

Selon la capsule que nous avons nous sommes plus ou mons isolé de la lumière de plus nous nous sommes retrouvés avec des gens bruyants tôt le matins et tard le soir les capsules n’isole pas du bruit. Attention les photos ne représente pas correctement l’endroit mais se sont les mêmes capsules

It is a capsule hotel.Convenient for solo travellers.

The bed is not very thick but it is comfortable. No seperate bathroon and toilet. And only two toilets for 16 Pax per floor. No seperate for male and female.

The beds are so loud because they are all plastic so you will get woken up constantly throughout the night from the creaking sounds. Mattress is very thin and the bathrooms aren’t very clean

Cheap accommodation in a great central location in Chinatown. Pods were private with complete closing door with minimal sound passthrough. Had showers and toilets to freshen up.

Bathrooms and showers small and cramped. No controller for lounge aircon. Had to find a staff member to turn on Pods creak with movement so lower pods get a lot of noise when occupants of the pod above moves.

Bigger bags have to be left out in the open with only cameras as security. The provided lockers are fairly small. Toilet and shower is in the same room. And dirty Everything outside the pods seemed a little run down

Unclean facilities, staff never replenished the hand towels, ants in the beds, pods falling apart, no a/c in the “premium” pods, no charging ports inside the pods, creepy guests bothering other patrons, toilets that can’t flush toilet paper IN shower rooms.

The beds are clean and comfortable. They give you a locker that you can open and lock with your keycard. Beds also locked too. Very safe. Free tea, coffee and water provided.

The bathrooms were very very small and had shower and toilet very close together. The building itself was a little bit smelly.

La cama esta dura me dio dolor en la espalda, me quede una noche y fue bueno. Pero en mi caso 2 o 3 noches no iba soportar. Es muy estrecho no hay espacio para nada
