Drury Plaza Hotel Denver Central Park

Proximity to cincert venue.

Nothing

The room was clean.

At check-in, we were told the hotel was busy, but nothing was mentioned about limited parking. We returned around 11 PM, exhausted and eight hours from home, only to find there was nowhere to park. After paying $244 for a hotel, I expected to be able to park on-site. When I went inside, Lawrence was extremely rude and dismissive. He said he was “in the same boat,” which was not true—he wasn’t the one driving around at 11 PM unable to find parking after an eight-hour drive and paying nearly $250 for a room. What should have been a normal disagreement quickly became uncomfortable because he was shaking and unable to have a calm conversation. He even blamed his reaction on my “attitude,” despite the fact that I was simply explaining why I was upset. I eventually asked for a refund and said we would leave and drive all the way back to Utah. He told me he couldn’t refund us because he wouldn’t be able to rebook the room that night and would lose money. That response made it very clear that the priority was the hotel’s money, not customer service or providing what we paid for.

Location is great. Staff is amazing. Love the remodel

I had to leave

Loved our stay - it was safe, clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Great location for easy access to the airport as well as local spots in Denver. The happy hour was an unexpected treat!

High use of limited elevators led to frequent waits to get to your room

Free kick-back food at 5 pm, and free drinks!

None

Excellent helpful staff. Convenient location for our visit.

Excellent

Air fans in bathrooms

I loved how friendly and professional the staff was and the 5:30 kick back happy hour.i lie the lounge and pool area too.

The hotel has a full breakfast AND a late afternoon "happy hour" where they serve food in the breakfast buffet area. The happy hour included three drinks. This saved us a lot of money since we didn't have to go out to a restaurant to eat or a bar to drink. That made the net cost of the stay VERY affordable. The facilities are also top-notch. There is a mall across the street and a rental car place about 6 or seven blocks away.

They didn't have an airport shuttle. We took the train and a bus from the airport. Uber was about $30.

Food was well stocked and enough for all of us. Very clean housekeeper and facilities.

Nothing.

One of the best hotel breakfasts

Had to walk through the lounge to get to fitness. Also, had to locate a water fountain outside the gym while working out. No water in the gym?

Wonderful place to stay!! Would highly recommend!!

Kickback and breakfast good, free popcorn and sodas from 5:30 pm great. Fast elevators.

Pool not that clean. Part of Audiance looks like they are on rehab. Vent in bathroom didnt work, felt like sauna after showering.

Great hotel...clean...great breakfast...and the snacks and drinks at night are really good...

No complains...

Accueil très convivial

Rien

Good

Everything

Breakfast was decent & parking was easy.

It was all fine.

My new favorite hotel chain. Clean and friendly

Perfect for our 2 days in Denver, close to airport, half an hour from red rocks amphitheatre and great complimentary food and drinks in the evening.

Nothing.

We really appreciated the lot and building security that was provided. And how friendly and helpful all the employees were.

The pool had a fair bit of debris in the water (presumably from the outdoor section)

Very nice place, friendly staff, and very clean! 10/10!

Everything was perfect

Nothing I dud not like

Overall experience was very good. We just needed a hotel near airport that was comfortable and clean. This was a very nice experience, with friendly staff and clean, comfortable room. Afternoon/evening social was nice and relaxing.

Breakfast. Bed. Pool and hottub.

That I couldn't connect my phone to the TV to watch Amazon Prime

The staff is very friendly. Everything is very clean and I like the breakfast and the kickbacks.

You guys overbooked the rooms and our reservation was canceled by the hotel

Meals are wonderful. The facility is clean and free parking. Staff is friendly and eager to help.

Fridge in room was warm or not working

The friendly staff, breakfast and dinner

Everything was great!

The location

The same boring breakfast everyday

Lots of amenities

Loud!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never been disappointed

Was a little noisy at night

Friendly staff made us feel at home

Clean,friendly, comfortable, convenient

Clean & very helpful. Loved that they also had daily free drinks for adults. Provided breakfast & snack time.

An older bar tender was a little frustrated & I could feel her frustration which is understandable having so many drinks to prep for one person but as well it was not our fault this was assigned to one person. The exhaust fan in the restroom was not working.

The employees were so helpful! Caden helped us get new bedding after my son had a bloody nose from the altitude and was very kind and respectful. The beds were very comfortable. After a couple rough nights at an Airbnb in Estes Park, due to the beds, I was able to rest comfortably at Drury.

Ubicación

The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. Many areas of the hotel have been remodeled, including parts of the room.

Although the hotel has been partially renovated, it still feels like a very old property. The bathroom was especially outdated and could use a complete renovation. The room remodel also felt incomplete.

What a great place! The staff, room food Everyjhing! We will spread the word & be back! Thanks for everything!

Friendly staff. Good fresh breakfast. Nice comfy room.

No negative

the breakfast and dinner

Love the breakfast and kickback time. I frequently stay at Drury inn because of these things

Nothing comes to mind

Probably very nice parking kinda tight sometimes but overall I like staying there

the breakfast and happy hour were great

really nothing

Had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is so clean and comfortable. The rooms are great, really big and so comfy. We really enjoyed our second stay here. Our shower broke and we had to move rooms which was no problem. Omar was so kind and helpful, he was so apologetic and gave us a bag off goodies to apologise. We couldn’t believe the level of care and service! Other hotels don’t care this one does. Also the free drinks, popcorn and food is great!

Free breakfast and happy hour. Staff were so hospitable. Very clean

Nothing!

Very clean hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The best value hotel I’ve ever stayed in, great breakfast, free snacks and drinks, great friendly welcoming staff, perfect location for us beside airport, Texas roadhouse, target, bass pro and more shops, jacuzzi and pool also great

Nothing

Nice variety of breakfast foods and beverages offered daily. Made it so convenient for a quick bite before starting our day.

Wish there was a bit more variety in the breakfast offerings. The flat, round sausage patty was nice but would have liked to see ham, bacon or other type of breakfast sausage on alternating days. Great that there was always scrambled eggs and fresh fruit available to balance the carb heavy offerings.

Friendly staff, great accommodations!

Nothing to dislike

I enjoyed breakfast, dinner and free drinks! The meals make it easier to enjoy your vacation or time away from home without spending extra money to dine out.

Pool area small and crowded

Very eye appealing and clean! Cameras in the parking lot.

Nothing

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was amazing.

The air conditioning in our room didn't work. It was so hot we couldn't sleep at night and had to leave during the day to go find somewhere to be cool. The little fridge in our room also didn't work so our food went bad.

Service and food

Fantastic place to stay. Was pretty quiet considering it’s right next to a busy interstate. Close to shops and food places. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The pool room was super hot and steaming with a strong chlorine smell so we didn’t end up swimming.

Absolument rien. Tout a été parfait.

Świetna obsługa, darmowe drinki, czystość, śniadania

Lovely clean hotel friendly staff especially Alice what a funny lovely lady Great room spacious Pool and hot tub Nice selection for breakfast Happy hour includes 3 free drinks and food brilliant idea

Nothing all good

Always love to stay here. Happy hour food and drink are why we come back.

The staff was awesome Caden the front desk clerk was awesome always welcoming us every time we walked in the door. All in all great location very well cleaned loved the breakfast and evening social hour. Thank you..!!

It was all great nothing bad about it..

Good room and good food!

Le petit déjà était très bon

Matelas un peu mou

Room was very nice, breakfast bar was very tasty with lots of options, all the staff were very friendly!

Location next to interstate was both a blessing and curse. Location convenient, but a little noisy with traffic.

Everything

No issues

Every single staff member I came across was so nice, it was so refreshing.

I loved the friendly staff, the hotel was very clean, my bed was comfortable, and I loved the breakfast, dinner and drinks that are provided at no extra cost. It really was incredible.

Loved the complementary breakfast and dinners

Wish the room had a refrigerator but not a super big deal

Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. Hotel is clean. Location is near 170 freeway.

Everything. Staff was so nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and very comfortable bed. I love the free evening appetizers and the FULL breakfast was excellent. Will always stay at a Drury wherever I go

Having to leave.

Ease of. Access. The check in was smooth and informative! Welcoming environment. Decent food and delicious drinks!

Fantastic location. The rooms are clean. Everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming. This particular location is our preferred hotel when traveling to Denver.
