毎年、出張で利用してます。 近くの飲食店にも歩いて行けるので便利です。

I would definitely stay here again if I go to Cikarang. The hot spring on the rooftop of the hotel is very relaxing.

*** Hotel Restaurant *** - There are flies in the hotel restaurant - Some hotel-cooked foods are very very salty - Bread, fruits, milk, and cereal are the safe zone. Not sure about omelette and freshly-made noodles because there are flies at the station so I didn't try. - Pastry is very hard and oily - Some western foods are nice - Miso soup is nice too, not too salty.. good with egg tofu and Japanese seaweed - The staff at the hotel restaurant is very friendly *** Room *** - No refrigerator provided - No bathrobe provided - There are only 4 cloth hangers provided but can ask for more from hotel staff - Can hear all the noise outside the room - The room is clean - Shampoo and body wash come in big bottle for shared - Toothbrush and toothpaste provided - 2 tea bags, 2 small coffee sachets, and 2 bottles of water provided daily - Free internet provided *** Hotel in general *** - Good location with many nearby restaurants - Staff are friendly - The hotel is a bit old, the furniture is old

The staff is very friendly and the service is good.

매우 시끄러운 호텔. 24시간 하루종일 각 방 문닫는 소리가 매우 시끄러워서 쉴 수 없음. 청소직원과 세탁물 수거하는 직원도 큰소리로 매우 시끄러움

Good breakfast with variety of choices. Comfy and clean room. Near some good restaurant, coffe shop and minimart. Very awesome staffespecially in the front desk who always know me as a regular guest. Very recommended hotel, because the restaurant is open for 24 hours.

Staff is friendly and customer oriented. Service is good. The location is convenient for dining out.

Not recommended. Staff forced me to write a review after check out. Bad cleanliness, found somebody’s hair on pillow & bed sheets. In the morning housekeeper knocked our door just to ask whether we have a laundry or not. It’s uncommon, we were uncomfortable & It’s kind of disturbing. The location is strategic & the security team was nice though.

Room freshener to be added before check in. While entering the room, the room was smelly. Also hot water should be bit hot, not warm.

このホテルは比較的綺麗で24時間営業のコーヒーショップがあってとても便利です。部屋も使い易く良かったけど、冷蔵庫が無いのは困った。 またSafety boxが使えなかった。まあ、問題は無いけどやはり不便でした。

Hotel Review Hi, I am Ravi from Chennai, India. I have visited Indonasia on official trip. Stayed at this Zuri Express hotel on 18 – 22 Dec 22. To say about the hotel, it is very nice. Good to stay with family. This is located at north Jawa, near to many industrial area. Location called as – Lippo Cikarang. Good for business / Official personal, as it gives a rich appearance. Staffs are very polite and humble. Especially I would like to thank & appraciate the reception personal Their way of receiption, behaviour and service was very nice. Also, I would like to thank & appraciate the Cook / cheff for the courtacy extended to myself. I coould not understand the spelling and pronounciation of their names. Sorry for not mentioning the names. I don’t like Non veg. But, as you know Indonasia is full of Non veg hotel and getting veg dishes is very difficult. This Cheff has prepared Veg rice specially for me throughout my stay, Without egg, without meat or any animal sauce.. They have buffet breakfast with variety of food including one veg item as far as I was staying there. Varieties of Fruits are available in break fast. They were delicious. Especially that snake fruit, Musk melon,. They provide some Veg Sweet items also in breakfast. For ex: Lupis Khas Betwai, Pastry, which can be taken with Liquid jaggary (Brown Sugar) as side dish. I could not remember all the names, as the pronounciation is very diffficult. I would strongly recommand this hotel for any one who likes a good comfortable & Hygene stay. Thank you guys. Note 1 : They are having Spa & Massage centre also. But I have not utilised it. So no comments. Note 2 : If you are traveling from India, Please take your currency converted to Indonasian Rupia or Dollar before leaving from India. Because all the exchanges here are not accepting indian Rupee. Alternatively, you can use Visa or Master card.

Certainly a nice place to stay in Cikarang EJIP Area. The room is clean, the food is good. The Hotel provides laundry and transportation which could be included in the room package. Its very convenient.

This is my first time stayed in Zuri Express Lippo Cikarang. I came for business trip and stayed 3D2N. First impression when came into the front desk was colourful and busy. It is good to see how crowded this hotel was. I stayed in 3rd floor room. Room is cosy, sanitized, equipped with simple couch, working table, mini refrigerator, closet, nice bathroom and self controlled AC. The best part of the hotel is the restaurant, meeting with lovely staffs (Ms.Neni, Mr.Satam and Mr.Bayu) who always positively greet the guest. Check in - check out process was easy The security are nice and helpful. I recommend to stay for next visit in Lippo Cikarang. Thank you for the memorable moment in Zuri Express Lippo.

Zuri Express was one out of few most reccomended hotel in Lipo Cikarang. With very reasonable price, amazing services, and many delicious foods (especially on "all you can eat" breakfast) that Zuri Express has offer, proving that its not just a statement but a fact indeed. There's also a special feature in Zuri Express that you wont find in any hotel in cikarang, and that would be its onsen.

Super clean, comfortable and quite accommodating. Even with family, couples, friends or alone is still comfortable. I personally very pleased to be in this hotel because facilities are complete and guaranteed. So i highly recommended it!

チカランに駐在している息子に会いにインドネシアにいき、このホテルを利用しました。 値段が安くこじんまりとした清潔で明るいホテルでした。 朝ごはんも美味しくいただきました。近くには（徒歩5分）日本食レストランがあり、マクドナルドも隣にありました。娘と私の女性二人の利用でしたが、何の不満も不安もなく快適に過ごせました。また息子に会いに行く際には是非利用したいと思います。

大浴場が男性専用だった 冷蔵庫が小さい、冷えが悪い

冷蔵庫がないのが、少し残念。 その他は、快適。

リッポウチカランのほぼ中心地にあるホテル 周りには、サヒッドやAXIA、最近イソラスも出来ましたが何処も高く中々泊まれません。でも此処はリーズナブルで朝食に味噌汁も有り最高ですね

朝食が イマイチ。美味しくなかった

温泉ができた。とてもいいと思う。wifiが部屋によってはすごく弱い時がある。

가격에 비해 상태대 괜찮고 깨끗함. 인근에 쇼핑몰/맥도날드/버거킹등 편의 시설이 많아서 쉽게 이용할수 있음. 조식도 가격대비 괜찮음.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist für europäische Maßstäbe sehr gut. Am Ende sollte man dran denken das Business Zimmer zu buchen. Da gibt es eine Kingsize Bett. Das Standardzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten war aber auch gut. Sehr gut ist das Restaurant im Hotel, wo es auch das Frühstück gibt. Indonesisch, koreanisch, japanisch. wer will auch Rühr- oder Spiegelei und Würst'l. Der Taxiservice vom Hotel funktioniert tadellos.

편안하고, 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 특히 주변에 좋은 식당이 많아서 정말 좋았어요.

目当ての店が近くに多くあって便利でした。 部屋も清潔で綺麗だし快適に過ごせました フロントのスタッフも日本語が通じる人もいて 不便な思いもしないで、動き回れました。

朝食がもう少しよくなると嬉しい。

夜中にコーランで眠れなかった

So-so. The electric kettle is not working but good point is after calling Housekeeping one time, immediately replaced. During morning time, calling Housekeeping 3 times to get an iron, no answer. But good point is after calling operator, she supports to trigger Housekeeping. Breakfast not many variety. But strong point of this hotel is a walking distance to many eating places.

このホテルの宿泊料金で見れば清潔でもありお得感が有ると感じます。 スタッフの対応も悪くわない。 チェックイン、アウトに於いてもスムーズでストレスなく対応してくれる。 また簡単な日本語対応も出来て印象は良い。

Friendly hotel staff and efficient check in and check out processes. However the hotel is too close to power cable tower.

Overall, it is satisfactory. But breakfast should be improved.

The room is cosy and there is nearby restaurants.

A very basic room with a rather high room rate. Breakfast is horrible, flies all over the open food, although is included, never have breakfast in the hotel also the spread is limited. Check in slow as there is only one staff at the front desk and/or reception.
