Die Unterkunft hatte eine perfekte Lage in Canggu. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Dusche in der Unterkunft war leider nicht so sauber. Insgesamt hätte es etwas besser gereinigt oder renoviert sein können. Es war insgesamt aber in Ordnung.

Great central location, easy distance to the lawn and beach. The staff were all amazing. I was visiting friends and family so sort of solo travelling. The guys and girls at frii were amazing. Really looked after me. I consider the staff my friends now. 10/10.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. The staff were very friendly, and everything you need is just steps away. The beach is only a one-minute walk, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a large supermarket and local market right across the street. However, the hotel is in serious need of renovation. The bed was clean, but the furniture, doors, ceilings, and overall interior are very old and worn out. If I had known this in advance, I would have happily paid a little more for a more comfortable hotel.

I loved everything about the property—the excellent location, the clean and comfortable rooms, the relaxing atmosphere, and the great facilities. But what stood out the most was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. They made me feel at home and turned a great stay into an unforgettable experience.

The location is great near the beach near the markets and near the clinic I recommended the atmosphere is nice. The stuff are very good. Very helpful. Rooms are quite nice and good facilities compared to value. It is good. I recommended.

It was clean, visually nice, but...NOISY VERY BAD SLEEP

The defining moment was: the music at 9am ALL MORNING from the hotel, that alone woke me up. Unfortunately, there was also furniture moving around from the rooms above-we called it "another airplane is landing in now" as we put pillows over our heads and sighed as something was dragging across the ceiling. After an hour, I eventually opened the door by the pool and said out loud "turn off the music" frustrated to the universe- very unhappy and tired, the furniture and music seemed to continue until we checked out at 11:30. I finally saw the hotel speakers when leaving the room to check out, the hotel intentionally plays music out over the pool area where out balcony was. Also, third noise occured that was significant also, there was construction grinding metal noise at 9 am also, that seemed to stop after only ~1 hour(!). Literally, all kinds of chaotic noise what you don't want to hear at a hotel you paid to SLEEP at. Unbelievable. Also, note you can hear people coughing in the rooms next door and the laundry carts or something sqeaking by the door in the morning. The walls must be very thin unfortunately. Check-in is very strict with the passports. I don't blame the staff, but it added to the annoyance and discomfort. Im sorry but it was an awful stay.

0. Extra booking for 1 day ahead of the main booking with EXPEDIA did not go through the FRII ECHO BEACH hotel eventhough it had been paid by PayPal in full (will ask for a refund later). I had to book it again and paid through BOOKING.com which went through. 1. Phone wasn't working but was fixed the next day. 2. Shower pipe's joint was leaking. 3. Shower glass door wasn't closing. I got to use my foot to keep it closed for the shower duration. 4. Not enough TV entertainment channels. Overall, not too bad for a short stay.

The room and the sheets were not clean. The sewer in the bathroom smelled sometimes. There was also a cockroach roaming around.

One of the best locations for accomodation and convenience in Canggu. Amazing view from rooftop. Lovely breakfast on Level 4 too. Deluxe room is a vibe with the pool to roll out into, otherwise balcony for the view ^.^

Bien placé dans Canggu, chambres propres et en bon état. Piscine ouverte de 9h à 21h. Personnel agréable. Je recommande !

La douche dans la salle de bain était cassée : le pommeau ne tenait plus et il était impossible d’utiliser le pommeau uniquement, pas pratique quand on ne veut pas se laver les cheveux !

Restaurant and staff were fantastic, breakfast was good. location was reasonably central but private enough that there was no road noise - however there is no soundproofing between rooms We had a room that opened directly into the pool which was a pretty neat feature. Beds were quite hard but comfortable and clean. Wifi is average

Very bad water pressure, no hand towels and only one small bath mat which also had to be used at the pool door as no mat is supplied to stop water getting everywhere when getting out of the pool. No drying rack and the only towel hook in the room is in the shower cubicle

Amazing location, conveniently close to many attractions and just a short distance from the beach. The restaurant has a stunning view, the food is authentically delicious, and the pricing is very affordable. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay

Had to request a replacement towel several times but still never got it. There was also sand on the bed on the first day of check-in. I also didn’t like that the mineral water was placed in the toilet.

Everything was amazing, the staff is exceptional, very comfy bed.

The room smell fridge didn’t work

It was in a good location and the staff were very friendly.

It wasn’t as clean as it could be. We had an infestation of terminates in the wood. We told the property and they just came and sweeped it away so it returned almost immediately.

The staff, location, bed and balcony. It had a cool rooftop restaurant and hangout spot and pool. An easy close walk to the beach!

Stayed at this hotel in Canggu, Bali and here’s my feedback: The hotel has two pools, which is a really nice plus, and the overall vibe is great. The location is perfect , you’re surrounded by everything you need, which makes it very convenient. The staff are very kind, friendly, and always trying their best to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast is okay ,not a huge variety, and I personally couldn’t find things like cheese, but you can see they put effort into it and try not to let anything feel missing. For the price, it’s honestly very affordable and offers great value. It’s hard to complain considering what you get. Overall, a very good stay and highly recommended if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place in a top location.

The rooms were worn out and I think they need attention or renovation, especially the bathrooms.

The pools were amazing, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the spa staff were als quite pleasant and actively seemed to take pride in their job.

The floor outside the rooms is tilled and as a result every time someone moved their suitcases along you heard the clacking of the wheels on the tiled floor, not great when people are checking in and out at all hours. This also happened when the housekeeping staff were moving their trolley from room to room. Based on what I saw, there was quite a young clientele so perhaps some effort to organise a social or two would be a good addition, the bar upstairs didn’t seem to get much use which I thought was a shame.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were celebrating our anniversary and they dropped a cake to our room after arriving. We stayed during Nyepi and there was lots to do to keep us entertained

We had a poolside room so it was a little noisy. The double bed was two singles pushed together so not super comfortable

The staff was amazing! Every single person we came in contact with was very polite and helpful. We were able to store our luggage for a few days before coming to Canggu which was of great help. The hotel was conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and bars and the breakfast was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

The towels need upgrading and there was a set-in stain on our sheets.
