The staff was super polite and very quick in addressing our problems. The room was not that big on space but fit us well. The pool area was a personal fav and so so pretty. Views from the room too were 10/10

Номер очень уставший и темный, мы жили на первом этаже с терраской, подушки не удобные. Кондиционер сильно тек. После купания в бассейне на следующий день у ребенка была рвота. Остановится на одну ночь можно, но на более долгий срок не рекомендую.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the comfortable and clean rooms to the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, which made my stay even more enjoyable. What i loved the most was the service. they really respect guests privacy, and the place is very calm and peaceful. The cleanliness was excellent, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to everything, and i really liked that cycle rentals were available there, it made getting around so easy. Out of all the affordable places, this was the best choice we made. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you to all the staff for their kindness and service.

I would suggest improving the breakfast service. Even a small breakfast option like bread, sandwiches, eggs, bananas, and tea or coffee would really enhance the guest experience.

Cleanliness was amazing

Nice place, close to the town and Patong Beach, and not noisy. However, I’m a bit disappointed with the hotel because I booked a room facing the swimming pool, but I was given a room on the 4th floor instead. That wasn’t ideal, as the pictures showed a room right in front of the pool. Other than that, everything else was okay

Large rooms with comfortable beds.

The toilet seat too old with stains. Also loose tiles round the pool and in general need for renovation.

Camere spațioase, amenajate cu gust. Staff prietenos. Aproape de Mall-ul central la care se poate ajunge pe jos.

Chiuveta nu este amplasata in baie ci in cameră, undeva langa pat ceea ce am considerat a fi un inconvenient. Lângă aceasta nu se gasea săpun. Cazarea este dispusa pe 4 etaje. Am avut camera la ultimul etaj si complexul nu are lift. Toata ziua am urcat si coborât scări cand am avut nevoie de ceva din cameră. Situat destul de departe de zona centrala a orașului Phuket.

Бронировали на один день перед вылетом, удобное расположение. Торговый центр рядом, хорошие кафе и рестораны есть в шаговой доступности. Внутри массажный салон, я делала массаж, мне понравилось. Цена-качество - соответствует.

Забит душ, в кабинке вода на 1-3см пока моешься.

хорошее расположение у централ фестивал, есть бассейн, уборка, номер чистый, мебель очень простая но и номер недорогой, круглосуточно работает ресепшен, кафешка прямо вупор к отелю я правда туда не ходил сразу ехал в централ, еще из плюсов есть стол для доставки с GRAB

телик включается но в нем ничего нет, ванная вместо душевой, шумоизоляции как везде не очень)

Location was excellent. Staff were vrry friendly n helpful. Asked for additional pillows n they provided.

Noisy. Cld hear the neigbour. Complained to reception n they advised them to keep vol down. The aircon was leaking n the light comes thru the toilet frosted glass. So no black out. Forced to wake every morning at dawn.

Lovely welcoming hotel. Rooms were clean and nice , bed comfy. Swimming pool was lush and never too busy! Staff were friendly and accommodating. I liked the location and would recommend to anybody wanting to stay in a quieter area. I booked the James Bond Island tour through the hotel which was enjoyable. 5-10mins walk to 7/11. Foodies next door is lovely for food and drink with many options but is expensive in Thai terms.

There was no airport pick up or transfers onwards option from the hotel. The reception were on hand to offer advice but the public option seemed a faff so I opted for an expensive private taxi to Krabi that I arranged myself. Although the area was quiet and ideal for me, the lack of places to eat around the area was a shame. Walls were paper thin so noise from other guests could be an issue for a light sleeper. Water pressure was poor and Luke warm showers but not the end of the world. I would still however recommend this hotel and enjoyed my 7 day stay.

El hotel tiene una piscina, las habitaciones son grandes y la ducha me gustó mucho. En general todo estuvo muy bien, salvo que las cortinas no tapan del todo la luz del día y por la mañana la luz te levanta.

Frühstück war sehr ausreichend Die Lage ein bisschen abgelegen, zum Preis sehr gut. Leider kein Aufzug Personal SUPER FREUNDLICH UND HILFSBEREITSCHAFT Würde dieses Hotel wieder besuchen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Good pool. Location close to mall and about 3,5 km from old town.

Ac didn’t work from start when room was allocated . Filter was cleaned by the room boy but still didn’t work. Was sauna in bed at night and therefore couldn’t sleep. Complained at reception at night but they couldn’t provide a small fan . Ac repair guy showed up in morning but probably couldn’t fix it . After request was given a new room where again ac filters weren’t changed in ages . They do not refill soap or shower gel. Shower isn’t that powerful for hot water.

Det var inte prisvärt. Vi bokade ett rum med balkong, men rummet vi fick hade ingen balkong. Handdukarna hade gula fläckar. Toalettpappret tog slut på natten och man var tvungen att vänta till nästa dag tills städpersonalen kom. Det var första och sista gången för oss.

It's so clean a worth visiting it has everything you will need massage pool salon even the necessities you will need for beach and anything else i loved my stay here

Nothing everything was great

We had an incredible stay at this property. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway away from the heavy crowds, this is the perfect spot. The location is excellent—quiet enough for a relaxing "chill" vibe, but with plenty of great eateries within walking distance. A huge shoutout to the front desk team! Especially Daojaii and Pray, they were exceptionally helpful and made our trip seamless by arranging a scooter rental, cab services, and even booking our island tours. It was so convenient to have everything handled right at the property. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the best of Phuket. We will definitely be coming back!

Sehr gastfreundlich. Ob an der Rezeption oder Massagefrauen bis hin zum Gärtner und Reinigungskräfte waren alles sehr liebe Menschen und man hat sich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich komme definitiv wieder.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, cependant certaines ont réellement besoin d'entretien, nous avons demandé à changer car fuite répétée dans les salles de bains. La piscine est très propre et agréable.

Le wifi catastrophique, impossible de travailler sans coupure et cela durant 6 nuits!
