Accueil juste correct, petit déjeuner banal et surtout... la bastide est au bord d'une route extrêmement fréquentée, donc beaucoup de bruit sur la terrasse et à la piscine. Moins dans les chambres qui ont des double-vitrages.

L’isolation phonique est inexistante : le soir, nous entendons clairement les serveurs nettoyer la salle, et dès tôt le matin, nous sommes réveillés par le personnel. Les bruits provenant des chambres voisines s’ajoutent également aux nuisances, rendant le séjour particulièrement désagréable. La salle de bain est également très problématique : pas d’eau chaude et aucun rideau de douche. À chaque utilisation, l’eau se répand partout et inonde la salle de bain. Au vu de ces nombreux désagréments, les conditions de séjour sont loin d’être satisfaisantes. Nous attendions un minimum de confort et de tranquillité, ce qui n’a clairement pas été le cas.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026J'ai choisi un hôtel logis pour le restaurant sur place, et celui ci pour la piscine. C'était dommage qu'au moment de la réservation la fermeture du restaurant le lundi soir n'était pas visible. Pouvoir visiter Château Cabezas à pieds était agréable. On ne veut pas toujours prendre la voiture pour les sorties.
Toute petite remarque : un tapis douche anti-glissant aurait été apprécié.

Unfortunately we had to move rooms. We found 2 mice in our room. The pillows were not good. There is no opportunity during parts of the day to get a coffee or a cold drink as restaurant is closed. I understand this hotel is in a rural area and isnt really a tourist hotel, but its ridiculous u can't get a coffee or a drink. The staff were friendly but received no proper apology over the mice. The pool water does not look clean.

Ce n’était pas très propre dans les communs, au restaurant. Forte odeur d’égout dans une des chambre. Le petit déjeuner est trop chère en rapport de la qualité des produits. La moitié du plateau de jambon/fromage était sec! Et le pain de la veille et donc sec! Même chose au restaurant. À mon avis le cuisto n’a jamais eu son CAP de cuisine. Nous avons, tous les quatre eu une indigestion. Nous aurions préféré un menu 15€ plus chère, mais avec des produits de qualité ! C’est inadmissible. L’hôtel joue sur la réputation des anciens propriétaires.

A 21 h30, nous avons constaté qu’il n’y avait pas de serviettes dans la salle de bain. Le personnel d’accueil était parti et le téléphone ne répondait pas. Le lendemain matin j’ai fait part de cet incident au personnel: j’attends toujours ses excuses. Je demande à être remboursé du prix de la chambre de 130 €: ce n’est pas digne d’un Établissement 3 étoiles.

The breakfast was chaotic as we were asked to complete form previous evening and the it was ignored in the morning as buffet provided. No staff on reception for checking out and we had to wait nearly 30mins for someone to arrive.

1. bathroom sink blocked, hotel advised on the first morning, was still not fixed when we left on the third morning. 2 only hand held shower - the fixation twisted and turned in all directions, causing water to go everywhere as no door/curtain. 3. I am 1m52, I had difficulty stepping out of the bath, it was very high and the tub was dangerously slippery. 4. the floors throughout were dirty. 5. breakfast definitely not worth EUR 12.50. 6. no refrigerator in room to keep water cool.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025To be fair the new owners had only just taken over the property which seems to have been cleared out by the previous owners as it looked a bit bare and work in progress. The family are trig very hard and will I am sure soon have an enviable reputation . Meantime a lot of work is needed to brighten up the common areas, improve the breakfast which is quite pricey for wheat you get and the hot water system which runs warm but not hot.

Juste un peu de passage de véhicules côté route mais pas d'inconfort avec le double vitrage.
