OKU toilet at lobby was locked although it was informed of OKU guest in the booking form & the frontdesk officer. The security officer on duty was unacceptably rude.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The reception area is huge and majestic looking. It's elegant with nice decor. The room is big, but a bit old. The location is excellent, very near to town centre
It's an old building, with some old material that sometime quite old. Although some of the furniture is old, but it is still functioning. The entertainment slot like TV and radio seems not variety

Reviewed Aug 13, 20261. Old fashion luxury, especially the huge lobby and vintage staircase carry a sense of history. 2. Dated but well maintained .
When check in we cannot switch on the wash room lights, the censor card was not working , then we called the maintenance staff and he came quickly to replace a new card and fixed the problem. The lobby could be very noisy when a group of visitors or family just pop in for photograph ...at this moment the branding is gone and we don't feel like we are staying in a 4 stars hotel. High-end luxury brands rely on an atmosphere of exclusivity and tranquility, which completely shatters when the lobby feels like a chaotic night market.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026firstly,as i enter, the security guard showed me where to park.i felt welcomed. my check in was a breeze.very few documents to sign. lift was considerably fast my door was busted.there was prompt action by the staff to remedy the situation . the pool was spacious and deep..4ft to 6ft deep
when i reach to my floor (12th), there was a very strong cigarette smell from the lounge to the hallway.i can smell it coming from 1 of the first rooms.i made complaints twice, but i think nothing was done because the smell is still there till the next morning we went to the pool , n u can guess what we smell..cigarette at the lobby especially , the smoking area is just in front of the entrance..as i did my check out, the smell seeps thru the gaps between the door n stays in the lobby it was horrible if u r a smoker, please stay here and be happy this will be my first and last here

Internal fittings were old. Some wood chipping of the furniture were visible. They were very rigid when we asked for an extra towel. Mentioned that they do not give extra towels, only allowing one for one exchange. The room directory has also been torn and vandalized by children drawing on it but it was not replaced. Room fridge looks like it has not been cleaned for a long while. The water drainage cap of the bath tub is also rusty. Walking through the conference area to the swimming pool, you can smell a very strong musty smell which I hope it is not indicative of mold growth.
