Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Lovely staff - felt like coming home. None of this “being processed” and only being a number. I arrived late (2230) and was really welcomed. The breakfast was out of this world. So much attention to detail. So much home cooked and baked goodness. You could sit down and someone actually brought you coffee, rather than having to queue at a machine. Top notch!

- •Some guests felt value for money did not meet expectations (key handling/wait times mentioned)
Cleanliness
9/10Multiple reviews repeatedly describe the hotel as very clean (rooms, corridors) and well maintained; one comment noted a slightly tight bathroom for larger guests.
Service
9.3/10Staff repeatedly described as very friendly, attentive and helpful (reception assistance, packed breakfast-to-go); a few mentions of slow responses for garage entry and key handling, but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.
Location
9.2/10Several guests highlight a superb, very central location with many restaurants within walking distance; location considered a clear strength.
Room Quality
7.8/10Room quality is mixed: some guests praise large, comfortable rooms and high-quality toiletries, while others report small rooms, very soft mattresses or poor pillows and at least one instance of receiving a downgraded room.
Amenities
8.6/10Positive notes on breakfast variety, air conditioning, parking availability, lobby water/chocolates and good toiletries; some practical issues (narrow garage entry) temper the score slightly.
Value for Money
7.4/10Several guests felt the price did not match expectations (one strong complaint of being charged for a higher category but receiving a standard room); others mentioned a good price — overall sentiment leans toward lukewarm value perception.
Food and Beverage
9.6/10Breakfast repeatedly described as exceptional, original, very tasty and with a large variety across many reviews; food service is a standout feature.
Overall Experience
8.7/10Overall impression is positive with strong praise for breakfast, staff and location; a few notable negatives (beds, occasional service hiccups, value concerns) moderate the overall score to the target average.
