De plus, les oeufs et les fèves au lard étaient tièdes à froid.

The staff are nice. The rooms have been refreshed.

The hotel is not insulated. You can hear the highway (which is not as busy as some), the other guests in their rooms. When we went to bed, we weren’t 100% sure the sheets had been changed.

Hot tub was good but the jets weren't working

Basic hotel. Unassuming from outside but nice inside. Room a bit noisy as fronts onto main Canadian Highway that rarely seemed to be empty even in the early hours. Buffet breakfast limited and boring with a six day stay. Really caters for travellers and workers than tourists. Restaurant onsite very good but independent of hotel.

The event hall provided a convenient and well-suited space to gather with our family for our Sunday event. Having our room in the same building made it very easy to transition between the celebration and our stay.

The front desk staff was quite rude and unhelpful when our group requested an early check-in. Furthermore, the rooms were noticeably dirty and overall very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Buffet breakfast was self-serve. Its unusual to use paper plates, which seemed very wasteful. And limited gluten free options.

Absolutely lovely! I was coming from a wedding and unfortunately my phone died.. asking for directions at 12:30am I was guided to the Abbotsford hotel instead. They were helpful and charged my phone enough that I could map my way to the correct hotel. Once I arrived, the woman at the front desk was so kind, and for 1:30 in the morning she was so patient and lovely! She even found an extra cord for me to borrow so I could charge my phone. I may have only been there for a totally of 9 hours but I still found the mattress comfortable, the room very clean and I loved the little alcove area right before you enter the bathroom. The room was a great setup. I would definitely stay again!

The room is horribly dated. Everything is brown. The carpet feels sticky. Everything is so sketchy I checked for bedbugs. There weren't any! But the fact that I felt the need to check tells you everything about the vibes of this hotel. The bed is actually comfortable but incredibly small. I wouldn't sit on the couch because it looks so gross. This hotel room is the definition of depressing. And that might be acceptable if it was cheap, but it was EXPENSIVE. Be warned.

The bed and bedding was wonderful. The room was clean and cool. It had all the things that you'd expect like a fridge, luggage rack, blow dryer, coffee service and more. It was in a very convenient and easily accessible location. Although we never took advantage of the complimentary breakfast, it looked great. Many more options than the usual motel.

There was nothing that we didn't like. There was plenty of parking so we were able to park very close to our room. It was also very quiet.

For an included breakfast this was great. The ladies that ran things were amazing and constantly making sure the food was fresh.

The building is dated. They do have a newer section, so I can't comment on that.

Wish there were a few more options for breakfast as we have a dairy allergy person in our family and didn't have many options.

I liked the hassle free check-in and check-out as well as the extra amenities like the sauna, pool and hot tub.

We didn’t like that we hear so much noise from the other rooms and that the next room kept banging the headboard side of our bed and the bed would shake and loud banging on the wall til late night. Also, the tv channels kept cutting out we could not finish a single movie. We went to the game room and we could not access the room with our card we wanted to play table tennis but didn’t get to.

I am very disappointed that I did not get to collect membership points for best western members, also 2 days in a row my room was not cleaned.

The breakfast has scrambled eggs ans sausage, hot cakes , make your own waffles, some fresh fruit ,yogurt, hot and cold cereals fruit juice coffee and tea. Not fancy but more than adequate. I eat simpler at home

I was charged twice. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me the reservation had not been paid. I had already paid through Booking.com, but since I needed my room, I had to pay the 472.32 plus the 200 deposit with my credit card (I had originally paid Booking with my debit card). At the front desk, they asked me to show my account, and I showed them that the funds appeared as “on hold.” They told me it was only a pre-authorization and that it would be released soon. Because of that, I paid again with my credit card. However, today, Tuesday, May 19, I checked my bank account and saw that it is no longer showing as “on hold.” It now appears as a completed payment, and the funds are no longer available in my account. I truly hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible, since I currently do not have sufficient financial resources and I urgently need that money back.

very uncomfortable , we booked a room with 2 queen beds and got 1 queen and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was like sleeping on springs and was more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The staff were not very accommodating as the hotel had no other vacancy. No healthy options at the breakfast room

We were in the older part of the property so it seems a little tired. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly.

It was fantastic that they upgraded my Moms room so she could be in the main floor.

But they snagged there money back by charging us $50 to check in 1 hour early. And the hot tub was not working.

Location awful -- on a highway with trucks zooming past all night long, making it impossible to sleep. The ventilation system in the room sounded like there was a plane taking off. The first room they gave me was filthy - bed was unmade, toilet had excrement floating in it. I had to leave in the middle of the night because there were no "quieter" rooms available and they refused to refund me or change my booking to a quieter room. I lost over $200 CAD. Key on entrance door did not work, staff unhelpful -- "just wear ear plugs" (they weren't enough).

The bed was hard and could feel the springs. And no hand soap.

Comfortable large room, clean and very well stocked. Shout out though for the included breakfast. It was one of the best we have had and the staff were exceptionally helpful and efficient.

Breakfast was below average. No Orange juice. Only small kid juice boxes that were HOT.

The staff work hard and it shows. It needs upgrades. The pillows are old, hard and very done. The beds are way too old. The carpets look like from the 1970's. The sofa bed is from 1960. Staff make it very clean. They do a great job, but the bed, what you primarily go to a hotel for, is way past done. Great job staff !

My credit card got charged with someone else's bill. Room hot and impossible to sleep with very noisy air conditioner beside the bed.
