İş seyahatlerimiz için tercih ediyoruz . Biz bu tesisin Samsun da ki otelinde de kaldık. İki otelde oldukça temiz ve otelin bütün çalışanları çok ilgili. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve lezzetli. Otopark sorunu da yok. Tam olarak fiyat performans oteli, tavsiye ederim.

Отель имеет неплохое расположение в Денизли, но, к сожалению, плюсы были перечеркнуты качеством обслуживания и состоянием номера.

1. Шум от ремонта: В соседнем номере или где-то рядом на этаже велись ремонтные работы, что мешало отдыху. 2. Проблемы в ванной: Вода в душе уходила очень плохо. 3. Неисправная техника: Телевизор работал с перебоями и плохо показывал. 4. Отсутствие реакции персонала: Мы сообщили о проблемах на ресепшен, но за все время к нам так никто и не подошел и ничего не исправил. 5. Плохая изоляция окон: В день отъезда был ветер, и из-за низкого качества оконных рам в комнате стоял сильный гул и шум.

У входа в отель нас тут же встретил молодой человек, который сразу помог нам с чемоданами и с парковкой. На ресепшене тоже стоят очень вежливые люди, знающие свое дело.

Абсолютно ужасный сигнал Wi-Fi. Очень маленький выбор еды на завтрак.

fiyatına göre çok temiz güzel ve geniş odaları var. kaliteli bir otel kesinlikle. samsunda da var north point. oradan bildiğimiz için gittik ve hiç pişman etmedi. sahibi de samsunluymuş zaten. kahvaltısı harika, çakallı menemeni bile koymuş adamlar. tadı çok güzeldi

Akşam yola devam etmemek için bir gece Denizlide kalmaya karar verdik. Otel gayet temiz, çalışanlar da ilgili ve kibardı. Havuz başında After party olduğu için yol tarafına bakan oda tercih ettik, hiç müzik ses gelmiyordu. Trafik seside pek rahatsız etmedi. Odalarda klimalar mevcut hava sıcak olduğu için biz klima açık uyumak durumunda kaldık bir sıkıntı yoktu. Bizim aldığımız odaya kahvaltı dahil değildi, extra kahvaltı kişi başı 1,500 civarıydı sanırım biz tercih etmedik.

직웢 친철했자. 스위트룸에 머물렀다.ㅡ넓고 편안한침대 좋았다. 조명이 불편했다 스위치 위치와ㅡ화장실 조명이 방의 거울조명과 연결되어 화장실을 갈 때마다 방에도 불이 들어온다. 스위트룸이지만 시설은 엉망이다. 스위트룸 비용을 지불했으나 스윗하지 않았자.

War sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Kein Empfang bei der Ankunft mit dem Auto, kein Parkplatz, musste eine Strasse weiter selber was finden und leider kein Duschkopf vorhanden. Nur Regendusche und das mit sehr wenig Wasser. Zimmer Nr. 202.

Заселились ночью. Администратор максимально быстро и профессионально всё зарегистрировал. Очень хороший специалист. Номера просторные, идеально чистые. Топовый вариант!!!

Digne d'un 4 étoiles, le personnel est très accueillant et au petit service. L'hôtel et les chambres propres.

Le prix, le prix est réduit si on passe par booking mais pas sur place est limite 2fois le double de booking.

The staff is fine. In the evening we eat at the restaurant and the food was good and also more than satifying. The location is very good, something like in the midle between 2 sightseeing points of the city center. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpfull especially if you ask help for in the city where to go what to do etc.

First problematical thing is the smell of the cigarette smoke inside the room. We understand that at the hotel there are also nonsmoking rooms however at limited numbers. We (me+my wife+my father and my 2 children) we have booked 2 rooms. Both of them were smelling cigarette but especially the one which we have been with my wife, even the bed and pillow were smelling too much. Next day after pur request, they changed our pillows and bedsheets, but the room was still under a heavy cigarette smoke... Second problem is that they don't have a secured parking place. In front of the hotel entrance door 6 cars can park, the other ones shall park at the area behind the hotel which is dedicated for hotel guests' parking but there wasn't any security etc, and having a foreign plate numbered SUV car to park at a almost dark place was not so convenient.

総じて快適で、朝食も良かった。朝早いチェックアウトに際して、若いフロントマンが、支払い済みかどうかの確認に手間取り、訓練がもう少し必要に思えた。

Otelden genel olarak memnun kaldık. Otelin konukseverliği gerçekten çok hoştu; personelin güleryüzlü ve yardımcı olması, tatilimizi keyifli hale getirdi. Kahvaltı zenginliği de oldukça iyiydi; birçok tanınmış markanın hijyenik ambalajlı ürünlerinin sunulması, bize güven verdi.Hijyen ve brusella açısından hassasiyetin ön planda tutulması takdir edilmesi gereken bir durum. Ancak otelin genel yapısı epey eski; yatakların konforu da yetersizdi. İyi bir revizyon yapılması kesinlikle gerekli. Ayrıca otopark otelin arkasında ayrı bir alanda bulunuyor ve bizim konakladığımız süre zarfında orada yardımcı bir personel yoktu. Bu durum zorlayıcı olabiliyor. Sonuç olarak, otel fiyat performans açısından oldukça avantajlı. Ancak, bazı alanlarda geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar olduğu kanaatindeyim.Geliştirilmesi gereken noktalara dikkat edilirse, daha da memnun edici bir deneyim yaşanabilir.O zaman çoğu yorumdaki 10/10 puan hak edilmiş olur.

Very clean and great staff breakfast is wonderful

6 yaşında oğlumuz ile birlikte 1 gece konakladık. Otelde ilk aradığımız kriter temizlik olur her zaman. Gerçekten temizliği çok iyiydi, güleryüzlü ve ilgili personeli ile güzel hizmet alabileceğiniz merkezi bir nokta.

Denizliye her gittiğimde tek tercih ettiğim otel. Temiz ve rahat, tek dezavantajı merkeze uzak olması

odalar geniş ve rahat, yatağı çok rahattı. Çarşaflar temiz ve yeniydi. Otelin genel temizliği çok iyi. güzel bir terası var. Çalışanlar hepsi güler yüzlü, yardımcı ve çözüm odaklıydılar. Kahvaltı yeterli ve iyiydi. Konum bizim için iyiydi.

Gayet güzel karşılandık, görevliler çok kibar işini bilen insanlardı. Odaya yemek söyledik, yemekler lezzetliydi. Odanın konforu çok iyiydi, temizliği güzeldi. Her ihtiyacınızı düşünerek donatmışlardı odayı. Tek eksiği bar kısmında alkol çeşitlerinin sınırlı olmasıydı. Kokteyl tek çeşitti. Bira iki çeşitti, bunları arttırmalarını tavsiye ederim.

Location was great. Rooms were nice.

Staff were ok but not the greatest of help. Get ignored. Reception was ok. Booked two room.. even then didn’t give us glasses or some toiletries.. we had to ask for it.

The hotel is good overall. The issue I had was I specifically made it a point to make sure it had air conditioning and it has only one mini split which does not work efficiently and only in the main room, so the second room and the restroom were a sauna. When I initially arrived I was given a single bed when I paid for two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a sleep sofa and as mentioned no A/C which made the stay HIGHLY UNCOMFORTABLE.

Odada hafiften rahatsız eden bir koku vardı, halıdan mı klimadan mı bilmiyorum. Fakat bunun haricinde herşey iyiydi.

We used the North Point Hotel Denizli as a launching point to visit the historical sites in the area. We used prior positive reviews to guide us to this property. The property is clean and well maintained. Rooms are simple and basic (aimed at local business travelers and not really for tourists). Air conditioning in the room was excellent. Breakfast buffet was extensive but very Turkish so those looking for traditional English or American breakfast options will be disappointed. Some reviews said this hotel is well located to walk to restaurants in the area but we did not find this to be the case. This hotel is on a very busy main artery roadway which is challenging to cross. We ended up dining in the hotel restaurant which was good and they seat you outside near the pool. A nice setting. All the staff were very nice (many have little or no English language capabilities). We concluded that as tourists we would have been better off booking a tourist hotel in the cute town of Pamukkale. If in Denizli on business then this hotel fits the bill. Also be aware that the Denizli airport is far from the city center. With clear traffic allocate 45 minutes. With traffic expect at least one hour.

Rude staff, strong cigarette odor in the room, water was yellow in the shower. Shower head was really disgusting.

If you there make sure to have a room that no one smoke in it before I had a very bad night in the room they gave it to me 👎👎👎

Whilst hotel is probably a four star, the service is Five star. From the reception staff, house keeping, to the restaurant team. Thus far it is easily the best service I have had from any hotel in the past few years.

It was kind of far to most of shoppings and popular locations

Rooms were serviceable, nothing outstanding and a little spartan but definitely clean and good enough for an evening stay in the area. Staff was courteous and helpful, allowing us to store our stuff during our trip to Pamukkale, as well as helping arrange taxis and letting us wait in the lobby before our next leg of our trip.

Great dinner with perfect wine match, must try lemon kebap and lamb sticks. Rooms have good wi-fi access, easy to watch Netflix and youtube. Also do not forget to try 'kale pepper', try to seat near to the pool

Friendly and helpful staff, but the atmosphere is more party vibes and less family centric. More for adults and less for younger families.

Old hotel and renovation was very bad painted

First time give low rate to one hotel and the worst hotel i stayed in Turkey.

definitely，it is not a good choice for u if u want to visit Pammukale. It takes about 20 mins by taxi from the hotel to Pammukale，although the hotel assisted to call the contact taxi，the taxi driver tried his best to earn as much as possible from us. The location &facility is also not good，near to the Highway road，you can hear other people walking，talking in the evening. Kindly noted that if you are travelling here，it is quite annoying that the staff even cant speak English！

Oda gayet genişti. Temizdi. Eşyalar vasat. Banyo geniş. Odanın çok loş olduğunu söylemek gerekir. Daha fazla aydınlatma seçeneği olmalı. LED TV odaya göre küçük maalesef. Kahvaltı vasat üstü. Çay için büyük barsak veya fincan seçeneği olmalı.

İzolasyonu iyi bir otel, üst katta kaldık. Caddenin gürültüsünü neredeyse hiç duymadık.

It is a modern and perfect hotel. I am surprised that it is not 5 stars, as it is one of the best hotels I stayed in Turkey. The service is great, a wide buffet of food. The rooms are big and spacious, and whatever you need, the hotel will help you with everything.
