Location close by the beach and restaurants
Unfortunately, the only positive part of our stay was the valet staff, who were friendly and helpful. Our room had a very unpleasant odor from the moment we arrived. We also called room service multiple times and never received an answer or even a return call, which was extremely disappointing. We also paid extra specifically for a balcony room with an Intracoastal view, only to be given a room where the balcony primarily overlooked the pool, with just a slight view of the Intracoastal. If you are charging guests a premium for a specific view, the room should actually provide the view they paid for. This was very disappointing and felt misleading. The $28-per-day valet parking fee also felt excessive, especially when you feel obligated to tip every time you retrieve or return your vehicle. For the price of the stay, I expected the hotel to feel much more welcoming and accommodating. Instead, it seemed like everything came with an additional charge—even something as simple as coffee. There were very few complimentary amenities or thoughtful touches that made us feel like valued guests. Overall, the experience did not match the price, the room we paid extra for, or the level of hospitality we expected. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

beds were good. Neded new cups and glasses in the morning.
Replaced glasses in the morning
Great hotel in a beautiful location. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Pool and amenities are 5 star! Staff is outstanding, they above and beyond. Love staying at the Wyndham.

Everything was perfect
Very nice stay, great location
Great time! Always feel at home! Friendly staff and awesome location! Enjoy the pool bar, has some great food options. The suronding restaurant walk Riverwalk are a welcome addition.
Great location. Friendly staff. Loved the pool and the hot tub. Building was immaculate.
The food. The price of the food. Vending machines were out of order.
We chose the Wyndham Grand Jupiter to be our wedding hotel for ourselves and our guests. The location was excellent and easily accommodated about 50 of our guests. Thankfully we had a discounted room rate given our commitment to the hotel of about $330/night for a regular room (or about $550 for a junior suite). But even at that price point, I think this hotel under-delivered. If I had to pay full price, my review rating would be lower. To start, the hotel did not even acknowledge our wedding upon check-in yet we committed about 40+ room nights to the hotel and about $20k worth of events such as a welcome party and farewell breakfast (both of which were excellent to be fair). Then, on the very first day housekeeping did not even clean our room for no reason at all. Despite calling the front desk around 4:45 pm to remind them to clean, they still did not. When I returning around 7pm I spoke to a very dismissive gentleman at the front desk. Mind you we should have been marked as VIPs in the hotel not regular guests given our wedding and the amount of money spent at the hotel. When housekeeping did come the next days it was completely inconsistent. No coffee replacement, no removal of dirty towels, trash not emptied. This hotel's housekeeping is below standards that I'd expect from a 2 star hotel. On checkout, the front desk woman was very apologetic and, frankly, was the first person to even acknowledge the hotel's shortcomings. The manager then came out and spoke to me and also offered her sincere apologies. But nothing was actually done. You'd think they could have offered us a token something as a gesture (like comping our parking or a room service bill) but nothing. I would definitely not recommend this hotel given they try to price themselves as a 5 star hotel but you're lucky if you get 3 star service.
First impression
Was like a ghost town, hardly any staff, hard to get hold of anyone . Room service should be open to 11pm but closed at 6pm. Coffee in lobby only available 7-11am then closed. The little “ village” of restaurants and shops were mostly closed or empty.
I came for two days the past week and was upgraded to a coastal king suite because of my diamond status. All I have to say is Wow! The room was large and immaculate. The balcony is amazing with beautiful views of the coastal waters. The lobby of the hotel is large and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I used the pool once and it was very nice and comfortable and had a large hot tub. This place is a bit pricey compared to other Wyndham properties in the area, but you pay for quality and it is certainly delivered at this property. If I can, I definitely will come back.
The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable
The location was super crowded. Couldn't even get to parking deck to park cause of all the people in the square for events.
Good location for a peaceful stay
Rooms and general walkways starting to look a little tired for the cost
Everything great but none of the ice or drink machines on any adjacent floors were working. Had to request Kleenex. Staff super friendly.
Hotel is fine. Valet staff is rude and unfriendly. The resort fee is a rip-off and it's not really a resort at all. It's a perfectly fine but over-priced hotel.
My immediate interaction with the hotel customer service was poor. The lady checking us in, gave me a lot of attitude And seemed aggravated that I was there and I was a wedding guest. The hotel itself was OK, our room smelled like mildew in the air quality did not seem that great. But the real terrible experience was when we checked out and had an additional $50 tacked onto our bill. I tried to call customer service and I tried to call the hotel with zero resolution from Wyndham. It was extremely disappointing after I had already paid And thought everything was taken care of. After a stay, an additional $50 was taken off of my credit card with no explanation except for a bill that said hotel fees. The hotel and experience was definitely not worth the price. I will not be staying with them again.
Great hotel, 5 star if there ever was one. Beautiful from every aspect of the lodging experience, wonderful will stay here again
In a nutshell, this hotel was no better than a two star hotel but at the price of a five star hotel. There were so many terrible things about this hotel: dirty sheets upon arrival (tons of sand and hair in the bed), a soiled and dirty rug, dirty walls, areas that had not been dusted in years, a very dark half of the room due to inadequate lighting, no drawers for storing clothes (except for two tiny shoebox drawers inside the closet), extremely loud, banging music from a wedding that kept us awake for hours, a small window overlooking an abandoned dusty construction site (and no balcony even at the high price), and non-working equipment like a lamp and blow dryer. And, when they replaced the tiny lamp, it provided very little light. The shower water was scorching hot for a minute or so, followed by lukewarm water. The engineer who replaced the lamp was drenched in cologne, and after he left, our room smelled terribly of it for some time. Unfortunately, the window could not be opened and there was no balcony door to open to air it out. Not only should these problems not existed, but there should have been amenities like spring water, (not the hotels branded bottles that contained only unfiltered tap water), robes, and food delivered to your room in take out boxes made of toxic plastic, especially toxic for the hot breakfast my cousin in another room ordered. Even containers for in room coffee, tea and water were made of plastic coated cups. I mean really, even a moderately priced hotel provides real table ware in the room and at the free breakfast dining room. Then, having to pay resort fees, ridiculously high fees for parking or valet (which were quoted at the time of reservation as half the actual fees), and other miscellaneous fees all on top of the most expensive hotel rate in the Jupiter area was absurd. Please know that I am not a complainer which my review might suggest, and that I have not exaggerated. Anyone else would have felt the same terribly negative experience. This hotel chain is clearly mismanaged. We will NEVER stay at another Wyndham hotel. It nearly ruined our trip.
Needs updating. Bathroom needs a refresh. Chipped paint. Mold in shower. Carpet filthy. My white socks turned gray after walking around the room. Room smells musty, but is sprayed with a “freshener” to hide the staleness. Definitely an uncomfortable and disappointing stay.
Ten years running as our go-to spot. Great staff, always a pleasure. This is our preferred destination twice a year, in February and November.
Room clean and spacious. Staff very professional and friendly. Great area to walk around.
We were greeted by the happiest woman at the Front desk named Sharelle. She overflows with warm hospitality, and treats guest like they were family in her home, very accomodating to our needs. She made the stay fabulkous and so we went back with our family this month. The entire staff is very proffesional and attentive. It will become our go to way staying in Jupiter.
The rooms were not what we expected. They felt like someone added a bed and a desk to a conference room. The front staff was not friendly and seemed annoyed to help us. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a Bellman the day we were checking out. Our room was not cleaned until 7 PM on the second day of our trip. The ice maker on our floor didnt work. The blanket on the bed was thin, and couldn't even be considered a comforter. Overall, we were extremely disappointed in the entire experience. Such a shame for the prices you are charging. I dont ever feel called to write negative reviews, but the list of things was just too long not to share.
Very nice hotel but it is very large. Multiple restaurants in the hotel and across the street to choose from. Nice facility
Very nice hotel. Starting to show a few signs of use in things like upholstery. The hotel is very large and is comprised of 2 buildings. My room was at the far end of the south building and the walk to the lobby and front door in the north building was quite long and involved taking 2 different elevators.
we had everything to do within walking/boating distance
could have used more staff at the lobby bar/breakfast bar
Comfortable rooms and good facilities - the best hotel in Jupiter
extremely expensive for a hotel that doesn't get beyond a competent 4 star property
Location excellent in Harbourside
Public Areas are limited
Spacious, well appointed, luxurious, and decked out for the holidays in a humorous send up of a ski scene. Comfortable beds. Nice pool and pool facilities. decent gym, but on the small side.
Setting and location didn’t really work for a resort or for being seaside which it really isn’t. Very spread out arrangement in what comes off like a luxury version of a shopping mall where one could perhaps find what one is looking to buy, but really never affords a sense of being in any kind of a natural setting. Difficult for anyone with mobility problems. Not walkable for much. With such a commitment to being car, dependent and set in the middle of a bunch of chain, shops and restaurants, they really need a concierge. But there wasn’t one.

Wyndham Grand Jupiter is truly spectacular. The property is beautifully placed among luxury shops and great restaurants, and the holiday décor made the whole place feel magical. The bar was stunning with adorable seasonal drinks and tasty small bites—the s’mores cocktail was my favorite! The cleanliness was outstanding; every time I returned to my room it was refreshed with clean towels and a perfectly made bed. The staff throughout the hotel were warm and hardworking, and the valet service was quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel!
Great staff
No real breakfast room.
Our family celebrated at the Grand Wyndham Jupiter Harbourside for my Son’s pre wedding party. We had a wonderful event planned by Wyndham staff at their pool side lounge. The reception went off without any issues.Kudos to the entire staff.
Great hotel, clean and spacious room.
Everything was great!
Close to everything
Made reservations for King size and paid for it when booked it, but when I got there to check in they only had a full size bed. They said they would adjust rate accordingly but they only took off 2 days of parking fees. Ummmm…..I think there should have been more of a rate adjustment as there is quite a bit of difference in the two rooms. Happy anniversary to us with a full size bed. At least we had fun in that bed.
Lovely, quiet, scenic spot in the middle of everything you need. Service was spectacular, hotel is ultra clean, covered entrance for those occasional Florida downpours. Looking forward to our next stay.

Staff was amazing and was the most impactful part of a great stay.
The service was excellent.
Pool and property rooms look like they are getting worn down a bit
Parking costs
Perfect! So clean and nicely appointed. Pool area on 3 rd floor with bar over looking water was beautiful.
Location, clean and safe.
Beautiful location and comfortable bed
Went for a long weekend and it was perfect! Everything was convenient, clean and very friendly.
Beautiful room with a great view of the marina
the pool area was really nice and the location on the river was beautiful.
Sherell was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She helped me on a previous stay at the end of May and it was the same absolutely perfect experience being helped by her. She was so attentive and understanding and answered all my questions and made the experience completely perfect. I could not imagine having anyone else help me. No one at ANY hotel has ever been as helpful as she was and this is the second time having a perfect experience with her. I can not express in words how amazing she is, she needs a promotion, raise, and all the praise in the world she made the vacation the best ever !! Sherell was so amazing with calling me directly to let me know when the room was ready as she knew I was traveling far. She was absolutely amazing with giving us a late check out so we were able to stay and enjoy the absolutely perfect room and amazing pool and hotel and food and beverage and room service. Sherell is the absolute best and I am so appreciative of her. Hotel looked amazing, smelled amazing, was super clean, and such a beautiful room!! The room was the best room I have stayed in yet at the hotel it was spacious and balcony was absolutely stunning with views of the intercostal and the boats and the water. My favorite room by far! SO grateful for such a beautiful experience. THE POOL! was to absolutely die for. The pool was off the ground floor overlooking the intercoastal with absolutely amazing views and the greatest staff that helped so attentively and made the experience top tier. The bartenders remembered your order and served the best food and drinks, and the hot tub was the most perfect relaxation touch ontop of an amazing experience.
Great stay!
Excellent hotel, very clean. Staff has excellent customer service and go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Will definitely visit again.
The property is beautiful and very clean. The staff was amazing! I loved that everything is walking distance from the hotel or a short drive to the beach and other activities.
We loved everything
La elegancia del hotel

We were impressed from the minute we walked in the door. Th girl who checked us in couldn't have been nicer. Sorry I don't remember her name. 8/20 about 3:30 pm) I had chosen a room waterside and it was stunning. Especially from the 5th floor. It was so convenient to have so many restaurants in walking distance. It was close to all the venues we were attending for our granddaughters' wedding. St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Guanabanas, and the Pelican Club. Small issues, for a 5 day stay I wish there was a dresser.
This was a family trip for rest and relaxation. We have stayed at this Hotel in the past and loved the location and amenities. The interior decor is pretty and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The parking garage is directly across the street.
The location adjacent to the Intercoastal Waterway I thought was unique and beautiful. The hotel was centrally located in Jupiter. The stores, shops, and restaurants nearby were amazing.
We loved the location. It's close to our dive boat docks and steps to amazing restaurants. The covered garage was great, but $20.00 self parking and $28.00 for valet. The employees were very friendly. The water and sunset views from our wrap around balcony were superior.
The ice machine didn't work on the 4th floor, and they did an emergency evacuation at 5 AM Saturday morning with no explanation of why. Our key fab did not always work at the pool and garage
the staff was amazing and i am treated like family when i go
Always a great experience at the Wyndham Grand! Clean rooms, friendly staff, awesome pool bar with local restaurants and shops.
We stay here often to visit my mother in Jonathan's Landing. Lovely place, quiet, very convenient. Alas, there was an emergency alarm at 5AM this morning so we all got to walk down the stairs and wait until it was resolved. This was no fault of the Wyndham, just saying.
Good experience. Except that theydidn’t open the pool bar until I was leaving Sunday. Had some trouble with room service breakfast but the staff was nice and polite, room was nice and entire hotel generally very clean. Like the new area around the hotel in my old hometown
The rooms were spacious, lobby beautifully designed, location great.
No
Beautiful hotel and amenities; well kept and clean. Attentive staff. Gluten free options for breakfast.

Excellent Hotel
Excellent room with beautiful views. The entire hotel looks and smellls so clean. The customer service and staff support was suberb. Ms Griffin was an absolute angel. She's par excellence.
This is a beautiful hotel and a great location. The rooms are nice and spacious and always very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Établissement très beau et calme Personnel agréable et souriant.
Housekeeper stole cash from our belongings, hotel management team does not care.
It’s a nice hotel for a fun weekend!
Property is beautiful, clean, and staff very helpful
Excellent place
We had a great experience, friendly service, clean room, and an excellent location.
Great pool overlooking waterway
Nothing
The exceptional service provided by the Wyndham staff is unparalleled. Thank you!
We stayed at this hotel for several nights. Check in was fairly straightforward and you have a choice of self parking ($20/night) or valet. The decor was very nice in the lobby. The hallways leading to the rooms had carpeting that was rather worn. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet too. The couch in the room was worn out and quite uncomfortable. The chairs on the balcony were also uncomfortably rigid. Breakfast in their restaurant was IMHO, not even as good as Hampton Inn’s and quite expensive to boot. There are other restaurants in the vicinity that are very good. Overall the hotel was good but some areas could be improved. Get a room facing the water, otherwise it could be a view of the parking garage.
Great place to stay!
