Este hotel es una joya en el centro de Roma, se respira paz, cordialidad, respeto, limpieza y orden. El desayuno es muy variado y nutritivo, tienen fruta fresca, pan dulce del día, variedad de yogurt e incluso puedes pedir a los meseros un capuchino delicioso sin costo extra. Los cuartos son amplios y ventilados, ya que puedes abrir las ventanas. Nuestra recamara tenía además un balcón muy amplio donde mis hijos podían jugar.

Lovely rooms and comfortable bed, great breakfast. Staff were really friendly and helpful with getting a taxi to airport at 6.00am and even sorted a breakfast bag to take with us. Loved having a drink in the courtyard in the evening.

A bit away from most of the main attractions, but the subway was only 15 minutes walk, nice and quiet.

Fuera del horario de desayuno, no hay un lugar para tomar agua o con café, microondas o té de cortesía mientras se espera al taxi de retorno.

A clean and calm hotel. All staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were comfortable as were the beds. Close to local transport and nice restaurants. Shower was good size. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and good quality. Frequent lifts.

Rustige ligging, dicht bij metro of bus. Hotel is fijn als je een paar dagen Rome bezoekt. Onze kamers waren prima uitgerust.met airco (die overigens uitgaat als je je kamerkaartje verwijdert. En nee je kunt er geen ander kaartje voor in de plaats doen). TV, douche, opbergkasten, kluis etc. Ontbujt is prima, niet spannend maar genoeg voor ieder webs, koud/warm/dolce/hartig.

Douche is wel een uitdaging, er is geen contstante warm water dus opletten want of het is te heet of te koud zonder dat je zelf dit reguleert. De airco gaat dus uit en staat "vast" op 23grd. Je kunt get tijdelijk koeler zetten, maar stysteem gaat vabzelf terug naar de 23

The location is great, the beds were comfortable and the size of the room was reasonable. I would only improve the breakfast since it's very similar every day and there are not many options available.

Quiet location, close to restaurants and short walk to train station termini. Large room. Lift and garden are. Breakfast okay, but slow service.

Sadly the roof top bar was closed on Sunday (weren’t aware of that) and closed quite early on Saturday - we arrived just before 21:00 and did not get to see nor enjoy it. Kind of a reason why I booked this hotel. Check in staff not very welcoming.

It’s really not about the property itself - the receptionist booked a taxi for us to take us to the port. We were told that it’s a fixed price of 160 EUR. The driver was nearly an hour earlier, which luckily was not a huge problem for us. The driver expected cash payment even though the credit/debit cards are accepted. He presented us with a bill for 176 EUR claiming he has to charge us additional 10% for non cash. I sent an email to the hotel specifically referring to the receptionist that arranged the taxi, however I never heard back from them, which is highly disappointing as it left a sour taste in my mouth about the whole experience.

Excelente alojamiento, muy cómodo y amplio , el desayuno es buffet y realmente vale la pena agregarlo en la estadía, se encuentra cerca de la estación Termini, el personal es muy amable y atenta, en el check out me permitieron dejar mi equipaje hasta la hora que me iba al aeropuerto sin costo.

It was an interesting experience to stay in a church affiliated accomodation. I booked a single room, which is very small but functional and clean. There is a nice calm interior courtyard, rooftop terrace and other lounges available, and of course the adjacent church to visit. The surrounding area is just at the edge of the busier surrounding termini streets and the street behind has several restaurant options. Overall a quiet and functional stay.

The main source of discomfort from my stay was that the air conditioning unit shuts off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned back on until the next day. I believe it's something to do with regulations, however keep this in mind if visiting in the warmer months. Also, minor point that my room required going up and down some stairs, however they do help with bags because of that.

Staff were very friendly and we were upgraded rooms which was very kind. The room was a great size and very clean. Many great food spots nearby and close to the metro and train station.

There was an issue with the extraction fan in the bathroom, when we notified someone they said it was an issue for most rooms. This seems like something that should be fixed if it's affecting multiple rooms.

The staff from the reception, Laura was very kind and helpful. The location. The size of the room. The cleanliness. It was very quite.

The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy -need to be changed. Many relegious objects around and within the room since it is a church's propriety. At the breakfast the youghurt was expired. We told the staff, they didnt come at least at the table to ask for apologies.

Had a wonderful stay at Domus Australia. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially with luggage storage. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable. Great location with easy access to the city attractions, good breakfast, and a very smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, it was a great experience. Even next time in Rome, I will definitely stay here again.

The room is very spacious, I was pleasantly surprised to have an ironing machine. The breakfast had a good variety, sweet and salted. The location feels very safe and quiet. There are plenty of restaurants in the area.

The toilet seat in the room was a bit weird. We just supposed it was for disabled people, but a bit difficult to use.

Location was perfect for our needs. Hotel is very clean with an excellent breakfast on the rooftop.

Our AC was set to 25 c and I room was very warm. The shower didn't drain well and wet the bathroom floor.

We needed to be close to the train station for an early train and this was perfect. Very helpful staff. They suggested a box breakfast for our early train that was wonderful! Attached to a beautiful chapel. Unexpected treat!

It is a little farther from attractions (10 -15 min walk from Spanish Steps) but a spacious room, great staff, and the courtyard and attached chapel offset that for us. Good if you need something close to Train station. I was advised not to stay too close to the station. This worked well.

Me gustó mucho el tamaño de la habitación individual, porque en Roma suelen ser especialmente pequeñas y aquí no tuve ese problema. Baño amplio, cama grande y cómoda. Ventana a un patio tranquilo, lo que se agradece para un buen descanso. Quiero destacar especialmente la limpieza de la habitación, que estaba IMPOLUTA. . Un 11/10 al personal de limpieza.

Da la impresión de que la insonorización no es la ideal y podía oir voces de alguna habiación cercana. Eso si, pararon a una hora prudente. El horario de desayuno (empieza a las 7) no me permitió desayunar el último día, aunque facilitan bolsa-picnic para llevar si se solicita con tiempo.

Gentilezza, pulizia, ottima prima colazione, silenziosità per ubicazione camera. Posizione comoda per chi viaggia con mezzi pubblici. È la seconda volta che usufruisco della struttura con soddisfazione; la stanza più piccola rispetto al precedente soggiorno ma sempre di comode dimensioni. Il letto è veramente un big bed!
