Classic Thai style report, with plenty of details and good layout. The swimming is very nice and kept clean despite the constant challenge from flowers and trees surrounding. The breakfast is second to none for resort of this size, homemade products and main items cooked on request not boiling in a buffet table. The resort had no issues with noise inside or outside in the evening and nights, very good.

Maintenance work are long overdue and not limited to smaller things. We have booked the expensive option with a pool villa, just to find unique feature of a a pool facing villa - the terrace - containing rotten wooden planks. Maybe specific to our villa, but mosquito was a big problem inside and outside. WiFi is another point, connecting to wasn't a problem - but it was dropping connection on a device randomly and frequently, which we understood from other guest was a common problem. It was report to the reception, without improvement.

It was very quiet and clean the food was excellent

Delicious breakfast with different special each day. Nice rooms. They either overlook the pool or the pond. Very private with plants and bushes providing plenty of screening. A one minute walk brings you on to the main road.

The Aircon in our room wasn't very cold. It was just about enough for sleeping. But it wasn't a major problem.

Super friendly staff that will take care of you. Super clean and a stunning looking little resort. The location is great with a 2min walk to the beach and main road. Shops and 7/11 right around the corner. Breakfast was very delicious and every day a different choice of a special with the standard buffet always included. We had a couple bungalows tugged in a quiet corner so lots of privacy. The rooms are very nice with lots of charm.

This place is absolutely beautiful, well kept and in a great location next to the beach, south of the main town. It should score 10/10 consistently but …

I felt management could have done better. I went with my 15 year old daughter and had booked us a room with twin beds. We had to wait until 20 mins after check in time for the room then discovered we had a double bed and there was no record of my daughter staying (though this was probably down to booking.com). I had to make quite a fuss to get what I’d booked and we didn’t get in until much later, which made for a long tiring day. My advance is to make contact to check exactly what you are getting. The ladies who work there are all amazing and the room was beautifully made up every day. The safe battery gave up at a crucial moment; it said ‘low battery’ when we checked in so should have been replaced then.

Je kan niet echt naar het strand dat vlakbij de accommodatie ligt om een dag te vertoeven. Op dit gedeelte van het strand zijn heel veel zand krabbetjes. Wel leuk om een wandeling te maken. Ze hebben wel een gratis shuttle bus naar een ander gedeelte waar dat wel kan. Hier hebben wij alleen geen gebruik van gemaakt, dus ik weet niet hoe het daar is.

Mooie locatie, vlak bij het strand. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor het ontbijt kon je elke dag je voorkeuren doorgeven.

海が徒歩圏内で、市街地へもタクシーで10分程でアクセスできてよかったです。 部屋も２人にはちょうど良い広さで、パスタブがあったのがすごくよかったです。 プールも少し狭いかと思いましたが、のんびり楽しむことができました。

朝食は美味しかったですが、量が多かったので量を調整できると嬉しいです。 また朝食時に豪雨で席が限られていたので、雨の際は他の場所や部屋で摂れるようにしていただけるとありがたいです。 プールに設置しているアンブレラの数が少なく、日陰になるスペースが少なく、皆さん困っていたので、数を増やしたりスタッフに調整していただけると嬉しいです。

Lovely stay. The guesthouses are well laid out. The beach is a minute walk away and there is a great cafe and beachside bar on the doorstep.

It’s a bit far from the centre but we liked the neighbourhood and it was cheap to get around.

The whole is very calm and cozy. The room is spacious and surrounded by greenery. The daily breakfast was really nice. Very good value for money

Not the hotel's fault, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. I guess it's quite common in Hua Hin.

Oase van rust en groen en toch dichtbij alles, strand stad en eettentjes en markten. Personeel is enorm lief en behulpzaam. Zwembad is lekker, ontbijt is voortreffelijk met heerlijke variatie in keuze per dag.

Het ontbijt was erg fijn geregeld. Het zwembad was chique en netjes. De kamer was comfortabel en schoon.

A brilliant resort accommodation in the rock cliff town (Hua Hin). It's a family owned business and it can be really felt as you are instantly welcomed in Thai hospitality. They are always available for reach out, and can support you with tasks beyond their duties. Every morning you can choose a signature dish for your breakfast. On top you have a great selection of homemade items for breakfast and local tea beverages. In one of the exits via the garden, you have access to a coffee house. The beach is 1-2mins walk away pending on the heat, and also they provide a shuttle service to another beach. Approx 3-5mins walk to the main road you have access to the "public" bus service. There are also a few bikes available for the guests, as the "bus service" only runs in a straight line and not via all the various side streets. An enjoyable pool is available for all the guests with sunbeds and a lodge on the upper deck away from the sun. The "city centre" is roughly 15-30mins by bus away, pending your classification of the city centre. For a quick dinner, there are a few street vendors just by 7-Eleven or a few minutes down the road is a great recommendation for a local night market too Finally, the room has been very quiet, you fall to sleep and wake up by nature sounds as if you are in a forest.

Beautiful hotel. Jungle like, serine setting, feels boutique and calming. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and well done. Air con works well and bathrooms are nice. The breakfast specials are absolutely outstanding, such great quality of food. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

The only thing the hotel lacks is food or a bar outside of breakfast time, but that's a minor thing for me, but for some it might be worth knowing.

Das Hotel ist eine Oase der Ruhe etwas außerhalb von Hua Hin gelegen, dennoch zentral. Mit dem Taxi oder Tuk-Tuk ist man innerhalb von 5-10min in der Stadt. Die Unterkunft ist im Thaistil gehalten. Sehr sauber und komfortabel und bekommt von uns 12 von 10 Punkten. Sie ist, wie in der ein oder anderen Bewertung erwähnt nicht in die Jahre gekommen, sondern vieles ist aus dunklem Holz, eben im Thaistil gehalten. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt (die Zimmer, die Anlage, der Pool) es gibt täglich frische Handtücher. Unser besonderer Dank gilt den Damen Mon, Joy und Da, die überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich sind. Das Frühstück ist der absolute Hammer!!! Man wählt am Vortag aus verschiedenen Gerichten 2 aus (Thai oder amerikanisch), die jeden morgen frisch zubereitet werden. Dazu gibt es ein täglich wechselndes Tagesgericht (siehe Fotos), Obst, Brot, Müsli, selbstgemachte Marmelade, Tee, Kaffee... Wer die thailändische Küche mag, kommt hier auf jeden Fall auf seine Kosten. Das Meer/der Strand ist fußläufig in 5min erreichbar, bietet allerdings an dieser Stelle keine Schattenplätze oder Liegen an. Das Hotel selbst bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service an, mit dem man morgens an einen nahegelegenen Strand fahren kann. Funktioniert super. Liegen mit Schirm sind dort für 100THB zu mieten.

Service of the staff at the breakfast and room cleaning. At the last day they forget to prepare breakfast accordingly with our request - my daughter and hers husband have not received prepaid food and depart to bangkok hungry. When it happened the staff and management not to do anything to correct situation. Room cleaning staff sometimes to forget to come and cleaning the room.

A beautiful and very well-maintained resort in Thai house style, just 100 meters from the long and clean beach. The welcome was personal and warm, the staff competent and helpful without us even having to ask. Our villa with a pond view was very well-equipped, clean, with comfortable beds and a minibar stocked with complimentary drinks (soft drinks, beer, and various snacks). The tropical garden is a highlight of the resort, and the pool is clean and inviting. We were offered a complimentary foot massage upon check-in! But the absolute highlight was the incredibly delicious, completely fresh breakfast with natural, homemade products and the option to choose a daily changing special dish.

The massage therapist did her job, nothing more; you could tell she wasn't enjoying it. No walk-in shower; it's dangerous for older people to have to shower in the bathtub.

Lovely, quiet, clean property. Lots of greenery around villas, rooms and pool. Our room was spacious. Breakfast is fabulous, especially the daily Thai specials. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach, which has no litter on it (surprising for Asia).

Cet hotel est un havre de paix en pleine ville. Son concepteur l'a voulu traditionnel, tout est en bois de construction traditionnelle Thai, c'est juste magnifique. Les espaces verts, la piscine, son emplacement à 50m de la plage. Dans une ville qui commence à se couvrir de tour moderne, le Ruenkanok House vous fait sentir dans la Thailande d'autrefois.

Le seul petit reproche concerne le lieu des massages indigne de l'endroit.

Small and intimate setting with a nice pool and lovely breakfast area. Our room was in a nice traditional wooden style and was very cosy with a little outdoor area by the pool to sit and chill with friends

Безумно шумно, межу комнатами, между этажами. Дома деревянные, слышно все и везде. Не селитесь на 1 этаже, только второй или отдельная вилла.

Das Ruenkanok Thaihouse Resort ist ein sehr schönes Resort in dieser Preisklasse. Der gesamte Bereich ist sehr gepflegt, schön kompakt mit viel Grün und einem hübschen Teich. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und haben immer (zumindest während meines Aufenthalts) ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Die Lage ist perfekt - ca. 2min vom schönen Strand entfernt.
