This is a great hotel to stay in. It is bright, spacious, is in a great location just a few minutes' walk from the seafront and is exceptionally clean. The real strength of the hotel however is the staff. All of them are friendly, cheerful, and very helpful and professional. I would like to extend my thanks to Meena and Tong in the bar area who provided wonderful, friendly service; Pom on reception who always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed; and the lovely ladies on reception on the morning we checked in who were so friendly and welcoming (I didn't catch their names unfortunately). The friendliness of all the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to all of you for all your warmth and hospitality.

Having to go down to a very small smoking area which caused a inconvenience. Not being allowed to smoke on the room balcony, when I specifically requested a smoking room. The information was not included in booking the reservation.

Les personnels à l'entrée de l'hôtel sont très accueillants. Nous avions aimé la propreté des chambres, l'emplacement... Le seven eleven juste à côté.

It was under renovation which wasn’t mentioned while booking, the hotel policy doesn’t allow you to take your personal drinks and food over the pool although the restaurants were closed so we didn’t have any option to order food. I stayed last year and it was allowed but this year it’s strictly prohibited to take your snacks with you.

I don’t feel welcome from one staff at reception when we are arriving and asking about TM 30 , also she did not prepare for the copy when we check out. This time the hotel close the swimming pool without information when we check in

WORST HOTEL EVER. As a platinum memebr I expected more. There is renovation noise 24/7. They say its only until 3pm but it continues till 8pm every day I need to begg them to stop. They wouldnt move me to a quieter room. They say breakfast ends at 11am but its already empty at 10:30am. When booking it doesnt say the hotel is under renovation. Ill never come back to this hotel ever in my life. I think of stopping all this accor hotels alltogether if Platinum memebrship is worth nothing to them. WIFI VERY SLOW ALWAYSS DISCONNECTING. EVEN THEIR ROOMSERVICE MENU DOESNT WORK!!!

I like a pool to do laps in so I prefer a long sraight pool. The hotel already has a pool playground downstairs for children and people who want to play, which is good as the hotel had one pool for the adults and one for children so in general the facilities are very good.

The room was comfortable and clean. The facilities were very good and the staff were friendly. Nice atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

The location was a little far from some attractions, but overall it was fine.

ที่จอดรถทางขึ้นแคบไปนิด รถช่วงยาวตีวงลำบาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องน้ำมีแค่สำลีปั่นหูกับหมวกอาบน้ำ บางที่มีหวี มีดโกนหนวด แปรงสีฟันแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง ห้องขนาดไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่ก็ไม่ได้เล็กเหมือนญี่ปุ่น โซนเล่นน้ำของเด็กเล็กมีน้อยไปนิด พอโรงแรมอยู่ใกล้ชายหาดแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทำให้รถติดพอสมควร

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. goede service. goede matrassen. Wij hadden een kamer met een slechte en smerige koelkast, maar deze werd na mijn klacht binnen een half uur meteen omgeruild voor een nieuwe koelkast. Ook werd ons bed om getoverd naar een 3 persoons bed gezien we een kind op de kamer hadden ipv 2 losse 1 persoons bedden hadden we 1 groot bed.

De grote van de kamer versus de kamers van de andere hotel waar wij de afgelopen 3 weken hebben gezeten was dit een domper voor een hogere prijs. De zelfde kamer wilden wij 2 dagen extra boeken en dast kwam op Booking.com neer op dik 500 euro. zodoende hebben wij een ander hotel gekozen om ons verblijf in Pattaya te verlengen.

浴室花沙水壓不穩定，每三分鐘水會變熱约一分鐘，我把水温調致暖水，我就適應了。

The main highlight of this hotel is its location. It’s a short distance from the beachfront and also conveniently close to the second line, with many cafes, restaurants, bars, massage places, and shops nearby.

First, we ordered food by the pool — fish and chips — and the fish was clearly spoiled and smelled terrible. This would have been impossible not to notice during cooking, yet the dish was still served. Second, during peak hours in the morning and evening, when people are going to breakfast or heading out, if you stay on the upper floors, be prepared to wait 5–10 minutes or even longer for the elevator. Third, check-out at 12 PM was too early for us, so we checked out at 2:30 PM, and we were charged 1,700 THB for the extra two and a half hours, which is quite expensive for a hotel of this level. Most importantly, despite having a balcony, smoking is not allowed, and we were also charged 1,000 THB for smoking on the balcony — even though the door was kept closed at all times and there was no smell inside the room.

Great location, my kid enjoyed a lot. It was 3 mins walk from the beach. We enjoyed our vacation & the hotel water park was amazing. Kid friendly hotel.
