Location is very good. The food is good. The stuff is good Pool is good ,both of them Close to the sea

The room is out of date and needs a refresh.The lobby needs a refresh. The bathroom defenetly needs a refresh. The elevators are very poor condition spacialy on Saturday . The hotel is not 5 stars at all . The matrass is uncomfortable.

המקום לא נראה בכלל כמו בתמונות אבל לגמרי אחרת הריהוט היו חלקים שבורים לא שווה את התמורה על החדר התאכזבנו מאוד ואנחנו נוסעים הרבה לחופשות דרכם ודרך air bnb פשוט אכזבה

The staff was friendly, especially the young lady that greeted us at the dining room each morning.

There wasn’t a Bet Kinesset on the premises and the staff didn’t know where to find one.

The rooms are a bit under maintained There was a problem with the kitchen so there was no breakfast on the 1st morning and we were offered a good alternative but it required a drive. The lifeguard closed the pool an hour before the declared time.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, they response all our concerns. The hotel was clean and good location. We enjoy the food it was tasty and a lot. The chef was nice and he talk to us when he found out that we are from Philippines. Definitely we will comeback. Thank you ❤️

The room, the staff and the location

We felt the breakfast was lacking a bit. We would have liked to see fresh fruit trays. On shabbat the coffee choice was a poor brand

אהבנו את הבריכות שחייה, חיצונית ופנימית, ואת המיקום על חוף הים

לא היינו מרוצים מבחינת תחזוקה ונקיון.היו בעיות בשירותים- המים לא יורדים טוב. החדר לא כל כך נקי. הקומקום ומכונת הקפה היו מקולקלים.

Good location. Not in city centre but close enough. Instead, it's located in a calm area right by the beach. There's very little around but you can find a few stores. Driving anywhere takes only a few minutes. Excellent breakfast: The breakfast was really nice, fresh and good quality. The chef walks around checking if people are enjoying their meals. It was very enjoyable and the staff are very nice and helpful.

I don't understand why some people think it's "fabulous". The hotel is very old and not very well kept. The rooms are worn out and you can really tell. The lobby and sitting areas are nice, as well as the garden and pool. But the rooms are very disappointing. There are little faults everywhere. In our [first] room there was no closet in the bedroom, the noise from the bathroom vent was unbearable, everything looked untidy. We had an issue with electricity in our room, were promised to have it fixed and it wasn't, so were switched to another room in which there was a glass door in the bathroom, and the main AC didn't work properly. The third room we were switched to was better, but the bedroom TV was not working, and there were not bedside tables. Is it too much to ask to get a proper, fully functioning room? We went there for vacations, not for having to deal with issues we're not supposed to. It was very frustrating and the management behaves quite carefree. The staff are very nice and helpful but it would be great if the management acknowledged these flaws. Specially when they charge so much.

אהבנו הכל. צוות מעולה, אחלה מיקום. בריכה מדהימה, מוזיקה מושלמת ורגועה בבריכה, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, חדרים מרווחים. קיצר היה מושלם.

المكيف كان ضعيف

שירות ברמה גבוהה, צוות חייכן ומקסים. חדר מהמם ומרווח ( היינו עם ילדים, מומלץ חדר עם טרסה מכיון שהמרפסת ממש בבריכה של המלון ) ארוחת בוקר טעימה ברמות- מגוון מטורף לילדים , הכל טרי נקי וטעים ברמות.

The location is quite most rooms have a direct view to the beach. Rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The staff is nice and attentive

Most important - the bathroom door can't be closed, this is a huge discomfort,neven for a family. The rooms are low maintenance. We found a snacks residue from our predecessor. And some of the light were broken

הבריכה מעולה

לא אהבנו את ריח המלון, ואת ריח המגבות. היה מורגש שאין ניקיון מקצועי בחדרים ובבית מלון בכללי. ארוחת בוקר לא מכילה אוכל עשיר.

מלון נקי מתוחזק החדר היה מרווח עם נוף לים . יש 2 מרפסות בחדר . אהבנו את החדר . בבריכה יש בר עם משקאות . בארוחת בוקר יש מגוון עשיר של סלטים וגבינות היה מאוד טעים .

המלון יחסית מרוחק ממרכז הטיילת . לפחות חצי שעה הליכה . אין חוף צמוד מסודר יש ים אבל מסוכן עם אבנים וסחף . ללכת לחוף מסודר צריך בנסיעה .

מיקום נחמד ושקט יש חנייה קרובה

Nice staff and good location

Bathroom door broken, toilet seat broken. Not as clean as it should be. Overpriced for what it is

צוות מצויין, קרבה לים, נקי

אחד המלונות הטובים בארץ, עם אווירה רגועה, נעימה ומפנקת. מהרגע שהגענו הרגשנו שמקבלים אותנו מכל הלב. בקבלה קיבל אותנו חמודה, שנתן שירות מקצועי, אדיב וחם. תמיד עם חיוך, עזר בכל מה שהיינו צריכים, ואפילו שדרג אותנו ללא עלות לסוויטת דלוקס מחווה שלא מובנת מאליה. גם בבריכה הייתה אווירה מדהימה, והשירות היה יוצא מן הכלל. פינקו אותנו בצלחת ענקית של אבטיח על חשבון המלון, מה שהוסיף לחוויה. ממליץ בחום על המלון. בהחלט נחזור שוב!

Отличный персонал, все очень гостепреимны и это очень приятно. Особенно Хамуди на рецепшене.

Бассейн открывается в 10 и закрывается в 18. С 11 ти начинается палящее солнце, и купаться становится очень не легко с маленькими детьми. Были очень расстроены этим фактом. Если вы захотите насладится бассейном, то вам точно понадобится искать его отдельно ,либо подстраиваться под это время.

Было неплохо, только у гостиницы нет своего участка пляжа.Тот ,что пред гостиницей диковат не ухожен.Хамам на ремонте.Еда на завтраке , обычный как принято в Израиле.Номер просторный,чисто.

The place is very beautiful and serene. It was very quiet until I arrived with my six small granddaughters, but the other guests did not seem to be bothered by them and the staff was exceptionally nice. The spa is wonderful, with great masseuse, salt room and a very large relaxing warm indoor pool. The rooms overlook the beach. We were on second floor. Next time I might ask for the rooms on the ground floor where you can sit in front of the pool. Overall it was much better than what we expected. It's about half hour walk on board walk to Baton and restaurants, but for something casual I HIGHLY recommend going for burgers ten minutes away at Benny's. It was laid back, food was good and Benny was SO nice. Great for kids.

The internet connection was not great, but that could have been the war. I just got connection from my phone and was fine. My toilet broke but they came up immediately and fixed it. First time I went on family trip and wished we could stay longer.

הבריכה החיצונית יותר מדי קרה המזגן לא עבד בלילה הראשון לא ישנו כמעט כל הלילה למרות שירדתי לקבלה פעמיים שידאגו לזה אמרו שאין מי שיטפל עד למחרת אז הינו צריכים צריכים לפתוח את הוטרינה של המרפסת כדי שיכנס לנו אויר קר והבעיה הרעשים בחוץ של האנשים ושל הגלים בחוף לא ממש עזרו לנו לישון רק היה הקלה בךמבחינת החום בחדר

הנוף ממש יפה, החדר גדול ונוח. חדר מקלחת גדול ונעים. חדר המלח נחמד.

רציתי לעשות אמבטיה אבל היא לא הייתה נקיה, היה בה שיער וכתמים של שפכטל. גם שכחתי מברשת שיניים וביקשתי אבל לא היה (בדרך כלל יש בבתי מלון ערכה קטנה). המים בבריכה הפנימית היו עכורים ונאלצנו לצאת (הבריכה קטנה יחסית). היו עוד כמה דברים קטנים שפחות אהבתי. הגעתי לחגוג יום הולדת לילה אחד עם המשפחה אבל הייתי עסוקה בלסדר דברים ולא יכולתי לשחות כמו שתכננתי.

Very friendly staff

The rooms are very old. We were given a room in the first floor, but there was a lot of noise from the extractor fan, so we were moved to another room. In the morning, we discovered that the toilet was leaking. A technician came and said he could put a towel under it to stop the leak.

המלון שמור, החדרים נוחים, יש מתקנים במלון שאמנם לא השתמשנו בהם אבל במקרה והיינו נשארים ליותר מלילה היינו נהנים מהם, חדר האוכל היה מלא בכל טוב, נקי, מסודר, היה מענה לצרכים שלנו, הנוף מהמם והקרבה למקומות בילוי טובה יחד עם מרחק סביר מרעש.

בגדול היה מעולה חוץ מאשת צוות מסווימת שגרמה להרגיש שמפריעים לה לנוח או משהו כזה, ביקשנו סוכר כדי להכין קפה בחדר וממש הרגיש שעשתה לנו טובה אבל חוץ ממנה הכל היה נהדר

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and incredibly welcoming! The staff was undoubtedly courteous and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Upon arriving at our room, we were impressed by its design and spaciousness, it felt like an apartment. The view from the porch was breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. The exceptional customer service was evident throughout our stay, the delicious and generous breakfast served in the morning was a delightful surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and eagerly anticipate our return!

ניקיון צריך להיות יותר בחדרים פעילויות לילדים קטנים ופעוטות נשמח שבהיקור הבא יהיה משהו כזה ארוחת בוקר ברמה מאוד לא טובה

מלון שהוא אכזבה אחת גדולה!!! לא ניקיון לא תחזוקה הכל מלוכלך שבור מזרנים וריהוט ישנים, הניקיון ירוד לגמרי!!!!! גם כשפנינו לצוות בבקשה לנקות עדיין לא בוצע שום דבר!! הקרמיקה האמבטיה הכל ישן מוחלד ומלוכלך!!!! עצוב שהמחיר על מוצ״ש הוא כמעט 1000 ש״ח ללילה הציפיה הייתה גדולה ובפועל קיבלנו כלום!! בושה!! ארוחת הבוקר דלה ללא מבחר כלל הכל יבש ולא טרי בכלל!!!

הכל פשוט הכל!!!!!!! מהארוחת בוקר עד לשירות והניקיון!!!!!! אכזבה אל תגיעו לשם כדי לא להתאכזב כי המחיר מובקע בהשוואה למה שמקבלים. מצרפת תמונות !!!!!!

מיקום מנצח. מרגיש כמו כפר נופש מחוץ לעיר. שני חדרים גדולים כמו דירה. מרפסת בחוץ גדולה. מול הבריכה ומול הים. מסך טלוויזה גדול בכל חדר. מקלחת ענקית . ארוחת בוקר מעולה. צוות נחמד מאד ונהנה לכל בקשה.

זרם המים במקלחת חלש. המקום קצת מיושן ואין תחושת אחזקת המתקנים. ארוחת בוקר בשבת פחות משמעותית מיום שישי למשל: לא היה קפה במכונות מוצר בסיסי בארוחת בוקר

Second time here. My sister lives in Naharyia and we stay at sea life to visit her. Its a great hotel with very spacious bedrooms and great sea view. Unfortunately the hot tub is closed but we could use the heated pool.
