La ubicación es excelente, está cerca de muchos restaurantes, incluso ahí mismo en el hospedaje hay dos cafés muy agradables. El señor que atiende en recepción extremadamente sonriente y amable, a pesar de no podernos comunicar muy bien por el idioma, siempre fue muy servicial. El lugar fue cómodo y tienen espacios comunes que mejoran la experiencia: una sala donde puedes trabajar o pasar el rato, lo cual me resultó excelente. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Las habitaciones no son muy espaciosas, pero tienen lo necesario.

Tot estava molt bé. Quan vam arribar no hi havia el recepcionista com a tal, i ens va atendre el vigilant i suuuuuper be!

Per dir aguna cosa, els coixins un pèl alts pel nostre gust. Però per la resta, perfecte.

Estuvimos alojados 3 noches y nuestra estancia fue estupenda! El hotel está bien situado, al norte de la zona amurallada. Tiene dos 7eleven a 5 minutos andando, así como opciones de restaurantes locales cerca. El personal fue super amable. La recepcionista sabe hablar inglés perfectamente y, aunque el resto del personal no sabe, hace todo lo posible por ofrecer ayuda y resolver peticiones. El primer día llegamos a las 5:30 de la mañana y nos recibió el hombre que se ocupa de la seguridad del hotel por la noche. Estaba informado de nuestra llegada temprana y nos acomodó en la sala común con sillones cómodos para que pudiéramos descansar. Además, a las 10 de la mañana nos enviaron un WhatsApp avisando de que ya teníamos lista la habitación, y cuando llegamos más tarde, nos habían subido todo el equipaje. A destacar también la limpieza de la habitación y que la ducha estuviera separada del retrete. Un sitio muy chulo! Si volvemos por Chiang Mai, repetiremos.

Muy buena estancia en Le Canal Boutique House. La habitación estaba muy limpia y, aunque justo al lado hay un bar con música en directo y mucho ambiente por la noche, desde la habitación no se escucha nada y es muy tranquila. La ubicación es genial y además hay dos sitios para desayunar justo debajo; recomendamos especialmente In Town. Mención especial al chico de recepción, súper amable y atento, que nos aconsejó muy bien y nos ayudó en todo momento. ¡Lo recomendamos mucho!

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben mir gute tips gegeben, welche Tempel ich anschauen kann, wo ich meine wäsche für einen guten Preis waschen lassen kann... Die Lage habe ich als angenehm empfunden. Man kann die Altstadt gut zu Fuss erkunden. Viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Für Personen die höhrempfindlich sind gab es sogar kostenlose Ohrstöpsel, mich jedoch störrten die Umgebungsgeräusche überhaupt nicht. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es diverse kostenlose Snaks. Bequemes Bett.

Very convenient location, opposite hv a food night market, besides hv 7-11. And a famous nightlife, The north gate Jazz bar. So happening at night. There hv two cafes downstairs of the hotel, good foods and coffee.

We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite for 3 nights. It was the perfect location to walk around the Old City and explore. The staff are absolutely LOVELY and make you feel right at home. It was super clean, huge suite with everything we needed. They even gave us little snacks and plenty of water complimentary. The cafes downstairs are both really good too- coffee is delicious! I’d highly recommend staying here if you ever get the chance. Also, the balcony area was so nice to have - view of the mountains and temples nearby as well as the canal itself and the old city walls, it was great to hang out there even - or especially - in the afternoon rain.

The only thing was the noise from the main road but this is due to the location and me being a light sleeper however, they provide earplugs which made a HUGE difference. The mattress is a bit soft so every time my partner moved I was disturbed but that’s not a big deal really. Incredible value for money and nothing was a hassle.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai. The room was absolutely lovely: spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room felt like a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff were truly exceptional — incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Amé este hotel desde el inicio! Como llegué un poco antes del check in me recibieron en una salita muy linda, con agua y alguna chuche para hacer mi espera mejor. El personal no pudo ser más adorable!!! La habitación limpia, cómoda y con el tamaño ideal, además con un gesto de bienvenida ♥️ La ubicación está muy bien, zona tranquila y con opciones a su alrededor para comer o tomar algo. Repetiría sin dudarlo!

Bon rapport qualité/prix. L’hôtel est très bien placé puisqu’il se situe dans l’enceinte de la vieille ville. L’équipe est très gentille et serviable. Le café en bas de l’hôtel propose de très bon petits déjeuners.

La chambre avait très peu de lumière naturelle et pour les dormeurs avec un sommeil léger, on entend parfois le bruit de la route à travers la porte.

Wij hadden een fantastische verblijf in Chiang Mai met de meeste vriendelijke en behulpzame host Lowie. Hij heeft ons steeds met de grootste glimlach en hulpvaardigheid te woord gestaan. We denken dat er geen betere host bestaat! We mochten bij vroeger incheck onze bagage achterlaten, ook konden we ons verblijf zonder probleem verlengen (ondanks volboekt op booking) en tijdens onze twee daagse naar Pai mochten onze grote valiezen ook in het hotel blijven. Lowie bood ons de vriendelijkste en correcte chauffeur aan voor onze uitstap naar Stockholm Waterfall. We zullen hem missen.

Het hotel ligt aan de straatkant wat zorgt voor wat meer lawaai. Afhankelijk van welke kamer je hebt.

L'hôtel est situé sur la frontière nord de la vieille ville, un emplacement assez pratique. Chambre très agréable. Personnel agréable et aidant. Présence de deux restaurants juste en bas pour le petit déjeuner.

Ma chambre ne possédait pas de fenêtre, ce qui n'est pas très agréable (pas de lumière du jour, pas de possibilité de voir le temps qu'il fait). C'est malgré tout un établissement appréciable.

Desde que llegas te recibe un encantador lugar lleno de naturaleza y en particular la atención del señor de seguridad. Fue estupenda. Aún con la barrera del idioma, él te hace sentir en casa. Y el resto del equipo por igual. Espero que puedan seguir hospedando a muchas más personas para que se vayan con la misma gran satisfacción que nosotros. Gracias.

Wonderful place to stay in Chiang Mai. Location is great, situated on the edge of the Old City. Room was clean, had good AC, and comfortable bed. Staff were super friendly, helpful and even let me extend my stay for a further night. Would recommend!

All of staff were very friendly and helpful. The man at the desk, Louis, even helped us book a taxi to the Bua Tong Sticky Waterfalls, when we were underprepared. They had really good communication and clean rooms with more amenities than I was expecting. Overall one of my best hotel stays ever.

The bathroom is spacious. The bed is king size. Overall room is very comfortable. They have a common area with couches and tables overlooking the canal. It felt like sitting in a cafe

A bonus is that restaurants and cafés are located right on the ground floor, making everything easily accessible.

One thing to note is that the hotel is located on a main street, so some traffic noise can be heard at night. However, the hotel provides complimentary earplugs for guests, which helps minimize the noise, especially for light sleepers.

Wow everything about this hotel was amazing!! The staff were SO friendly and attentive they helped with all recommendations and places to go in Chiang Mai they honestly couldn’t do enough. The location is perfect, the cleanliness of the rooms were great and the beds were super comfortable and they also provide snacks in the room as a bonus too. Will definitely be coming back here!

Nice staff, but not much else.

Tiny, pokey rooms. First night they moved me from one room to another (They put me in there despite me clearly asking that I didn't want a room by the stairwell). The reason I asked to be moved was because at 5am sunlight beamed into the room and it was impossible to sleep. The room they moved me to was like a prison cell with a small window that beamed light from the outside hallway directly into the room. Who the hell designed or dressed these rooms? The shower was all backed up with water and it was pretty gross, dank and unpleasant. i checked out the next morning. They refused to refund me the full amount of my unused nights, and only refunded a portion back.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeitende war unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Lage ist ideal, um Chiang Mai zu erkunden. Restaurants, ein 7-Eleven sowie ein gut ausgestattetes Gym sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der North Gate Jazz Co-Op ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Besonders aufmerksam fand ich die kleinen Details – zum Beispiel die kleine Snackbox im Zimmer. Solche Kleinigkeiten machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Man merkt wirklich, dass viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich Gäste wohlfühlen. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich nach Chiang Mai zurückkomme.

The location was great. It's right at the north gate so easy to get around or for a grab to come get you. Staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. They are on site until 6pm and then there is a lovely older man who stays as security overnight in case anything is needed. Upon arrival, they already had the AC in my room started knowing I was on my way and it was super hot out, showed me a map around town, gave advice on things to do and where to go. They also were proactive in notifying guests about things out of their control and providing solutions. There was some construction behind my room that they were worried about and they provided me with earplugs in my room in case it was needed (I didn't) and offered masks on this one day there were fumes outside (rooms not affected). The room was also stocked with water and welcome snacks which was lovely. Also, I was fully participating in Songkran so didn't mind but I appreciated that they sent communication to guests through booking to let us know about the impacts of Songkran in front of the building. It's little things like this that make a great stay. There are also 2 cafes right out front which was convenient for the mornings I had early starts for tours. If I'm ever back in Chiang Mai I would absolutely stay again.

I was pretty happy with everything! I would say there aren't elevators to get upstairs though so may not be the best for those with mobility issues.

Waar moet ik beginnen. Wij hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad bij Le Canal Boutique house. Ten eerste werden wij heel warm ontvangen door de receptionist. Hij legde ons alles goed uit en gaf veel tips over Chiang Mai. Het is een familie bedrijf en dat voel je aan alles. De gastvrijheid, de vriendelijkheid en de zorgzaamheid. Elke dag werden we vriendelijk begroet en een kort praatje over onze dag en eventueel meer tips of de gelegenheid om vragen te stellen. Beneden bij het hotel zit het intown cafe waar je heerlijke koffie kunt krijgen en ontbijten voor redelijke prijzen en uitstekende service. Le Canal Boutique House zit dichtbij de sunday night market en dat was echt een leuke ervaring! De ligging is goed. Je bent op loopafstand van leuke restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. De kamers werden goed schoon gehouden en je kunt gebruik maken van de gezamenlijke woonkamer. Dit hebben wij als zeer prettig ervaren. Wij kwamen erg vroeg aan in Chiang Mai omdat we met de nachttrein waren gekomen en zouden pas 2 uur kunnen inchecken maar omdat de andere gasten eerder waren uitgecheckt heeft het personeel de kamer zo snel mogelijk in orde gemaakt zodat we konden uitrusten. Dat was erg lief! Wij komen zeker terug. Het is een fantastische ervaring dat je ergens kunt verblijven wat voelt als een thuis .

Small family run business, lovely view of the canal and Gate wall , close to everything you need and want. Easy step out your door for some lovely cafes and bars or jump in a tuk tuk and head off to view some fantastic temples.

I had a really lovely stay here. The room and overall atmosphere of the hotel were beautiful and very comfortable. There are also two nice cafés/restaurants downstairs where you can have breakfast or grab a meal, which was super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is great as well, it’s close to many beautiful temples, and it was easy to get to other key spots around the city. Plus, there’s an amazing jazz bar just a minute away, which was such a nice bonus. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Location is on the north side of old town. 7eleven and laundry facilities are 300m away, its also close to one night food market. They offer scooter rental for 400THB. Room was comfortable and very clean, its close to the road so you can hear cars and scooters driving, but hotel supplies you with earplugs.

Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt um die Altstadt zu erkunden und gut angebunden zu sein. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und durch die angrenzenden Balkone kann man gut draußen entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
