Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan

Room was not as clean as a normal hotel room. I had to request to get the bathroom cleaned when we arrived. Breakfast buffet was good for a 3 star hotel, it could have better drink options.

The staff were amazing and the food was great. However, the entire hotel needs some serious updating. The rooms were musty and ill-maintained. They need to be better cleaned too.

Service is excellent. Staff at Evolution are all really good. Special mention to Lia and all in breakfast service. Reception staff also helpful and gives good advice on where to go.

The level of customer service is impressive. The staff is genuinely sweet and so accommodating. The room was clean and had a lovely view of the pool. The restaurant staff were all so sweet and accommodated my vegetarian diet. Thank you, Lia, Apriani, and Dian, for taking great care of me during my stay.

I did not like the power outage that happened for 2 hours in the night. We had to walk up to our room in the dark. The breakfast and service is excellent.

Polluted

Hur trevligt som helst

Buffet and clean and big room

I loved the people the team. But it was so sterile that you could barely tell you were in . Also clean the roof, it makes you wonder what else is that clean, every room can see it. The people were amazing. The food was amazing. The local food on the menu was amazing. The fish pond was awesome. The pools were awesome. The location was random. Other hotels have cultural touches and more tropical plants to make it an experience. This felt like any hotel. There was no knowledge of local tour guide operators which feels like a quick win. Catering was fantastic. Rooms fantastic. The TV's should be smarter and have access to netflix.

Very busy and noisy road. Property is in need of maintenance.

It's a bit outdated and runned down overall. However it has a great breakfast and the staff is really nice

Excellent staff. Room below expectations.

Big nice beds to sleep and aircon is cold enough, water pressure of rooms are great!

Kid staff but the hotel itself needs a complete renovation, very old, humidity in the room!

A great place to stay if you want to visit the GWK, which is why we were there. Good for one night, but not for a vacation. Room was very noisy; even though it was on the 9th floor. Staff were lovely and helpful.

the staff are so accomodating

Leider sehr laut.

Environment was pretty great. Also the rooms. I like the most of the waitress behavior. Navi and Mega served us very well. Thank you

Clean Tasty food

Highly recommend.

Lovely, friendly staff that went out of their way to help us. The hotel was very clean and our room super comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Very noisy hotel, rooms are with thin walls.

-

Ceiling water leaks. Dirty sheets. Broken vents/ air circulation - wet smell in room.

The staff is amazing from the front desk to the kitchen staff all the way to housekeepers. Property has access to so many things other than GWK which is only a 15 to 20 minute walk.

The staff were really friendly. Unfortunately the hotel needs a really good clean . Towels were old and discoloured, pool towels were rarely available. Our bathroom had an unpleasant smell the entire time despite us telling them and having it cleaned more. Traffic noise was awful . 3* at best.

I booked for a king bed, they gave me a twin bed. So I paid more than I should have. They couldnt give me the king bed bcs it was all booked, but why would u let the customers book it?

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Service was excellent. All staff were friendly and accommodating especially at breakfast room. The room is nice and clean however, towels were old and smelly although it appears to be cleaned. Would be nice to have brand new towels invested in this beautiful hotel.

Stayed at the Deluxe Balcony felt so spacious. The view is also very nice looking at the bay and you can see the toll road above the sea. Tried the restaurant dining and it was really good (indonesian food), tried the pasta and its good as well. At breakfast, we had a buffet serving already, which is really nice these days. Good hospitality from the staff all very attentive, thanks to GM Mr. Byang and Chef Mr. Rio!

Stay alwas great

the overall hotel was good, clean and comfort

Excellent hotel and great amenities

The staff greeted us warmly and took care of all our needs. The beds were comfortable and nice linens. Delicious breakfast and cappunccino. The blast juice yummy. The internet good. The ambiance was beautiful all around the grounds.

Staff friendly , hotel is clean and in a safe location. Two swimming pools. I like the pool at level . Room is basic, bed is comfortable This hotel used to be called Golden Tulip hotel. Most drivers know when i mentioned after GWK

It’s not a big hotel but the staffs are excellent. They’re really helpful and quick to attend your request. Room very clean, easy and quick check in and check out.

Tout est magnifique, les deux piscines supers. Le personnel parfait. Chambre très spatieuses et propres. Tout était parfait
