The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had a beautiful sleep.

1st, I hope this feedback is private, I don't like providing negative feedback in public, especially small things that can be rectified. If it happens to go public, pls remove it. - Water from the sink had a bit of odour in mouth. I thought maybe we not suppose to drink from the sink. However, there was no warning sign about water. - Main Breakfast meal appeared to be incomplete. It was cold and dry (Bread, cold fried eggs, beacon, and mushroom). Serving eggs warm, addition of sausages, addition of juicy side (e.g. livers) can make a huge difference. - One last thing, Hygiene. The bread refiller was holding bread with bare hands (No gloves). Overall: The feedback will not stop me from enjoying my stay with you again. I will definitely come back to your facility.

I loved that the place is very secure and safe camera's everywhere and that we can bring our own cooler boxes to the hotel and drink in the foyer

There are no fridges in the rooms There's no elevator as such since I had things put in the reception Fridge I constantly had to walk up and down 2 flights of stairs. Lastly the breakfast was not worth the amount it had no option for people who don't eat pork,only meat available was ham or bacon... Ended up having scrambled eggs and tomato not worth the R130

I didn't like the bathrooms, once you take a shower water comes out and gets everywhere.

Perfect, I came for viewing but couldn't stay because the booking was cancelled as the event was postponed

When given a room not far from reception/dining the noise is too much, perhaps management should always tell people to leave speak quietly especially at night

Previous stay I noticed that one wooden floor needs to be fixed it's room 255 if I remember well and not safe for one to walk barefoot

The linen and pillows smelled like cigarette, the bathroom water Luke warm in the middle of winter, I struggled with the TV. Dirty place!

The only thing I didn't like was the shower. Too small and very uncomfortable

There was a group that was making a noise at 6am. Banging on each other doors, the leader calling them while standing in the hallway - very noisy. The fire detector in 1 room was going on and off the whole night. No one attended to all this racket.

I enjoyed my breakfast, the morning staff were very much and welcoming. The food was nice

The night shift guy wasn't welcoming and bit rude. I booked online had a confirmation on my email, but I forgot my wallet in someone's car but I had my id copy in my phone, he wasn't willing to do a security checks with me, insisted on requesting my id which was impossible to get it as the car was far from the lodge, eventually he asked for my husband's id after a long wait then we were assisted. He gave us the room key with attitude, room 13&15. My room were no toilet papers, the shower was leaking water, I felt like he did that deliberately. My husband reported all that, and we changed room 15 to room 127, it was better but the tv remote cable was cut off, we couldn't watch tv, there no blankets, my husband went to ask for blankets, now we were just tired to report the tv. I guess he was happy to see us struggling with everything then we decided to let it go as we needed to rest. It wasn't a pleasant stay for us, I was so frasteated

Rooms were not cleaned, toilet papers and pieces of used condoms were on the floor, shower water is forever cold. I was even accused of stealing linen. I had high expectations.

1. When i book via Booking.com I booked for 5ppl (2 adults n 3 kids) including breakfast... on the app it showed everything was in order. When we get there we were told on their system it shows I only booked for 2adults only, children were excluded, n I had to pay for their breakfast again. That only pissed me off. 2. The noise. I don't know if Guests are not told about noise. Ppl would walk, shouting n laughing on the caridos non stop, worse some would play music very loud, around 1am😡 3. My rooms ddnt have fridges, no water provided 4. The showers, yooooooo .. Ai no maan no

1. Gate is very loud when being opened and closed, kept waking up the whole time. 2. Breakfast was really not impressive for the amount you have to pay extra to get breakfast included. 3. Shower was cold and not enjoyable at all. 4. Towels were old and wore out.
