À Fleur de Baie

We had a wonderful stay in a quaint, scenic town within 15 minutes of Tadoussac. There is a charming cafe down the road and beach access with gorgeous views a short 10-minute walk away. The perfect place to stay if you're visiting Tadoussac!

Conveniently located within proximity to whale tours. Clean, quiet and equipped including full kitchen wares and ensuite washer and dryer, selection of both English and French TV stations and ample parking.

Comfortable and spacious. Easy to get around. Just 2 mins to ferry.

Really great place! Ideal for a family. It had everything we needed. Just a short drive from the AML cruises and the ferry to tadoussac.

Very convenient. The property was near the cruise. But it was not clean as expected. Sofa bed was broken, not usable. Overall, we are happy with the price and location.

It was a really nice property. Very quiet and had all the amenities. No air conditioning but not really needed. Would highly recommend to other guests.

Hôte très accommodant, beau séjour sans tracas

Close to whale watching cruise & ferry to Tadoussac.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The kitchenet had everything we needed. We loved watching the sunrise on the balcony. The bed is quite small

This is a wonderful spot. Quiet, clean and contains what you need for a stay. The views are spectacular. I will be coming here again for a longer stay!

Excellent stay!

Proximity to grocery store helped. Sofa bed was not comfortable.

This is a great place to stay if headed to Tarrassec to whale watch. I it BEFORE the ferry to get to Tarrassec, so keep that in mind. It is one street off of the main highway and a bit hard to find in the dark at night but we did it. It is across the street from a small coffee wagon and park. Worked super well for us and nice and private relative to big city hotels. There IS one other unit that shares a wall but otherwise it's a stand alone house type structure.

Great stay at Fleur de Baie. Short drive to the ferry to Tadoussac. Awesome coffee at the little trailer across the street.

Property was very nice and comfortable, would definitely stay again!

Très bel endroit et très propre

Really nice and charming condo, with all you need to enjoy a nice stay. However, the linens should be changed. Its obvious they are clean, but some stains here and there indicate that it's time to be changed. Nothing major, just a suggestion. The rest of the place is spotless. Thanks for this amazing family vacation! We took the Zodiak to see the whales. Amazing! We will come back for sure!

Nothing to say, perfect place.

Excellent, clean place and good location!

This property definitely needs some upgrades. The bed was terrible, shaky, uncomfortable and small. There is no reason why a property this size can’t have a larger bed. It was such a bad sleeping arrangement we had to use the pull out couch and sleep separately ( we were a party of 2) Shower was also bad, low water pressure paired with a wonky shower head made showering difficult I was expecting a small amount of detergent as the property listed washer and dryer. I have never been to a place where there wasn’t at least a few tide pods.

Very well equipped kitchen, very spacious, quiet and clean

Place was well mentioned and beautiful, so was the neighbourhood.

We had a very pleasant stay! The manager was very responsive! The location is great!

You get to enjoy the quiet region of bai saint-Catherine whilst being a 5 minute drive from the ferry to get to Tadoussac. The apartment itself is clean and adorable with a well equipped kitchen and a view on the water!

À Fleur de Baie was a lovely quaint condo in the quiet little community of Baie Ste Catherine. The view from the balcony is beautiful and it is close to whale watching and to other areas in the Charlevoix

nice area, good location, good equiped kitchen, enough space for a family for two-three nights. very uncomfortable couch to sleep

It’s compromise when you’re not staying in Tadoussac. Cheap pricing and very convenient. No cafe around for breakfast. Café chez Sam are only for guest.

Communication was excellent. We rented one night only. Property is clean. For a small condo, some common kitchen utilities would have been nice (no aluminium paper, plastic wrap, sharp knives, etc) if you plan to stay there a few days and cook, you will need to bring a lot of stuff.

Clean, well equipped. Quite a nice place to stay for a few nights. Room was available a few hours before official check in time. Only downside is no AC. Ok because the evenings were cool when we stayed but could be an issue in dead of summer. Other than that, it was a great place.

It was very clean, spacious and cozy. The location is quiet and has a great view. We were sad, that we had to hit the road again soon. We highly recommend it!

This is the most comfortable place I've ever stayed while traveling, and one of the best sleeps I've ever had. Removed from Tadoussac, but still right there, and just minutes to incredible views of beluga whales. Full kitchen and laundry facilities are invaluable while traveling, and the fold out sofa bed was perfect for my children while I slept like a king in the main bedroom. There is a mini rush hour every time the ferry comes across, but it's not enough to inconvenience you. No need to interact with staff makes this even better. 5 stars, would absolutely recommend.

This was perfect for our needs. Not a lot of restaurants without going over on the ferry, so we took advantage of the full, well stocked kitchen to make a few meals. Also used the washer/dryer as we were gone for 18 days. There was a small balcony from which we saw minke whales and saw the Milky Way too. Nice to eat on the balcony and whale watch too. Communication was great. Sent a text with instructions to check in. It is also close to Point Noir which was the best place for us to see belugas. This was right before the ferry. We also boarded our boat to go whale watching right down the main road. This was perfect for our trip.

This place did not disappointment! It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. More than enough towels were supplied which was nice because we didn’t need to bother anyone for anything during our stay. Washer and dryer were a good size. We caught the AML cruise from here and were so glad because it was convenient and less busy than in Tadoussac. The ferry to Tadoussac was a short drive away and also easy and convinient to drive on and off. The kids loved this place and asked if we could come back.

Not at all convenient for four persons sleeping as sofa bed is in very bad shape. Not enough bathroom supplies neither washing supplies. AC is not working at all. Do not recommend for long stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. What a magical place.

3 mins away from grocery . Very close to AML whale watching tour site. Ferry access super easy too. Dining option is limited.

Fantastic option to stay

It is a nice property in its own area. However, you will need a car to get around. There is a restaurant and a police station right across the house.

Overall tidy clean. Couldn't clearly see the sea because of a tree in front of the balcony but we could walk to the shore line. Two of the microfibre clothes were very dirty with lots of hair on it. Otherwise everything else was super clean. Highly recommend if you are visiting tadoussac. Only one day we had to wait for the ferry to Tadoussac for like 1 hour. Otherwise we were able to get the ferry immediately.

Very kind

Nice spacious apartment in a duplex. Equipped with washer and dryer. Very quiet. We did not use the kitchen but I assume everything was in working order.

Clean and Quiet

This condo met our basic needs. It was convenient to the ferry. It certainly needs updating- seems worn. There were essentially no supplies for cooking- only salt and pepper.

The bed in the couch is very sub par. Spacious apartment and grateful to be accommodated with evening arrival. That was smooth.

Our apartment was very clean, comfortable beds, lots of towels etc. and very large space and a great kitchen space. Good place to stay while visiting Tadoussac, the ferry ride back and forth is seamless.

Nice little condo, a break from hotel rooms. :)

Great value. Clean and comfortable. Great location near AML departure dock. Highly recommend

Very convenient place to stay to visit tadoussac area.

Very comfortable and well appointed. The location was convenient for what we wanted.

Beautiful view

The property is convenient to Tadoussac as well as nearby trails as well as whale/site seeing cruises. There are a few local restaurants but the propertty is fully equipped.

Loved our stay at Fleur de Baie!

Excellent clean property, very comfortable with excellent location. Beautiful view. Thank you!

Loved how close we were to the ferry, beaches, whales...quiet (except traffic when ferry let off). Loved having laundry facility and the ability to make food on site as food in the area was across the ferry - the couple places in Baie St. Catherine had weird hours and didn't fit with our schedule...great spot for a few days rest and solace!

Excellent place

everything there is well organized. The house was unlocked what surprised me, they are not afraid of breaks in as we are in Toronto area. The apartment was very clean and had everything one needs. Sorry that we couldn't stay longer.

Very happy with my choice. Super clean and tidy. The view is stunning.

Great place to stay and very close to the ferry. The area was quiet and the condo was nice. Would definitely recommend.

Its good for one night stay.

It was the perfect Tadoussac stay for us. It is so easy to get to the ferry to go to tadoussac, but then to come home after and enjoy the quiet of Baie Ste-Catherine. The place was very clean and had all the ammenities to cook for yourself. The laundry facilities were super convenient. Loved our stay and will go back when we visit again.

Clean, quiet, modern rental. Owner made themselves available for information and assistance. No dishwasher….

Loved it, we have been there 3 years in a row now and we love it everytime

Calm neighborhood in a beautiful village close to Tadoussac

The home was in an excellent location, overlooking the St. Lawrence Seaway, and across the street from a great little restaurant, and only a mile away from the whale watching cruise. We could watch the beluga whales (with the binoculars) from the balcony! The house is maybe 2 blocks from the highway and maybe 2 miles from the ferry crossing to Tadoussac. The location can't be beat. And the owners were wonderful, friendly, and quickly communicative if we had a question. We truly enjoyed our stay and if we ever have the opportunity to visit this area again, would certainly stay here!

I loved this place. I strongly recommend it!

Very clean. Well located. Would rent and recommend to others. Thank you. WiFi would help in rainy rains thou.

Loved it, the view was amazing.

The view was amazing, the location was near everything. It was just perfect

Overall a nice stay. Very nice owner, responsive and welcoming. Small gas/grocery store 30 s away with the essentials. Pros: convenient to Tadoussac (<5 min drive to ferry) or Malbaie (~40min drive). Easy parking in front of house, full kitchen, washer/dryer, ample room, close to beach, view of the water across the highway. Cons: no A/C (but there is one portable electric fan), no dishwasher.

Lovely place to live with a beautiful sea view. good location. Self check-in and out.

Well organized, everything we needed and right on the river but not on the highway.

We spent 2 wonderful days in Bay St.Catherine. Our apartment was very pleasant, clean and cozy with a wonderful view of the river. Thanks for having us, we come again!

This property is very well located for anyone going whale watching or exploring the Saguenay park. It is a very short drive to the ferry that takes you to Tadoussac and beyond (the ferry is a continuation of the highway on either side). The front door is a stone's throw from the highway, but the living room and backyard offer a great view of the St. Lawrence and a short walk down the cliff (there are public stairs close by) takes you to a beautiful beach. You could easily just stay and enjoy the beach if you aren't heading off for tours/hikes. The one downside is because it is so close to the road, the sound of the cars/trucks (that all get off the ferry at once and so all pass the house in a bunch 5 minutes later) takes some getting used to (I slept much better our second night than the first night). That is really the only negative though (it definitely is more expensive than staying at a hotel, and hotels in the area were more expensive than the beautiful place we stayed at north of Quebec City earlier on our trip, being able to cook certainly made up the difference for our family). I had trouble finding hotels close to the whale watching so this worked out perfectly for us and it was nice to not be near the crowds of Tadoussac during Covid times.

This stay was one of my favourite vacations that I have ever taken. Everything was perfect. You can watch belugas and minke whales from the living room so bring binoculars! The beach was right there just staircase down. Lots of space, all the amenities that you need. Perfect for couples or families. Highly recommend to everyone.

Well organized due to COVID situation, very clean room.

We enjoyed very much our night there. Central location in close proximity to whale watching cruise terminal and ferry to Tadoussac. Extremely clean property seems like very well managed. Cutest balcony with a view and a nicely stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Thank you!

Everything was just perfect!

Clean, well situated. Great view... close to the busy main road, so can be noisy. Convenient for families. No Air Con, normally not a problem in this area, nights are fresh! but because of the noise, you won't be able to keep the window of the back facing room open during the night. In summer time, open the window of this room before going to bed!

Nice clean spacious apartment. Was great to have more space with a family than just a hotel room. View of the St Lawrence. Little cafe nearby looked nice but we chose to get food from the little grocery and cook in the room and relax.

This property has an excellent location over looking the Bay of Saint Catherine not farway from the free 10 minutes ride on the ferry to Tadoussac and whale watching rides. we will stay at A Fleur de Baie in the future again.

Huge house-style condo, with big kitchen with all conveniences, dishes, glasses, big living-room/dining-room combo, TV, balcony, huge bedroom. Very quiet.

It was very nice, it could help a little more detail to the cleanliness, but overall very nice stay, we are definitely going back. Thanks

The property was clean, cozy and comfortable. A nice quiet stay.

It was wonderful having the space, and this 2 BR apt. is spacious. The washer and dryer were an extra plus in the middle of a 10 day trip.(The W/D are only in the 2 BR unit.) The furniture, sofa bed particularly, were a little worn - not the most comfortable for old folks, but the beds were fine. The view out to the St. Lawrence in the back is amazing... Didn't use the kitchen facilities, but they're complete, with dishware, pots and pans, etc. Everything was very clean!

All good. Nice balcony view to the river. Full kitchen stuff. Close to 2 restaurants.

Great location, very spacious and very helpful owners.

A Fleur de Baie was perfectly located in Baie St. Catherine, in close proximity to nearby restaurants in town, the whale watching tour center and the ferry to Tadoussec. The apartment was very clean, well appointed, with very clear instructions for checking in and out, not to mention a killer view of the bay at sunset!

Great experience at Baie St Catherine. This property is clean and nice!

The condo was neat and in a convenient location to do the whale watching cruise. There is a grocery store nearby but nothing else to do. For activities you need to get on the ferry to Tadoussac. The sofa bed could've been more comfortable. Amenities provided were nice. We are used to getting basic kitchen supplies in Air bnb's in the US but I guess that's not the norm in CA? Had to go out and buy salt, sugar, detergent.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment close to the whale watching

We planned for a whale watching trip and this was the perfect place to stay, just 200 meters from AML port. The stay was awesome at A fleur de baie, the location & facilities were lovely with perfect scenic view. I wished we could have stayed a bit longer. If I come here again, I would definitely stay at the hotel. Amazing place.

Great location, well maintained. Great value! Would be great for a family.

We stayed there for 1week with my son and we all loved it. The view of the sun rise in the morning is beautiful. Apt in 2min wall from the beach, very quite area. Very clean, we had a wonderful stay. Maby only thing missing is an air conditioner at night it would have been practical closing the windows at night since so many trucks pass in this area at night. But over all we all loved the place and would recommend to everyone and would rent again.
