Greenyard Inn

Very friendly and helpful staff hotel quite very clean and exerlant stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff lovely atmosphere

We had a great time at Green Yard Inn! The rooms are spatious and clean, with all the necessities available. Beautiful Garden in front of the rooms. Amazing value for money. The Beach is one minute away, with several nice restaurants around. Location is a bit away from the big crowds. Perfect for Divers (we highly recommend DiveGurus right at the beach nearest to the hotel).

If you get dropped off the main road, the hotel is not very well marked and not easy to find. It is close to the beach (less than 5 minutes walk)

The attendants were very friendly and courteous. The room was very comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach and close to attractions.

Good value hotel, friendly staff, close to most things. If you are not the 5 star resort type of people this place is awesome. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for almost 2 weeks and plan to stay here again. Rooms - We stayed in 2 rooms, both very clean and quiet (except for a few nights when distant hotel rooftop music could be heard). Good A/C, Fridge, patio area, small safe, comfortable bed. Very clean bathroom with hot shower. Room & Beach towels provided, room cleaning available at request. Hot water w/ tea bags & instant coffee provided every morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Small table with 2 chairs, portable wood closet to hang clothes and shelves, but could use another small table to put a second backpack / suitcase on. WiFi / Cable TV - Each room has it's own router, and wifi worked great our entire stay. We visited during rainy (off-peak) season so internet on entire island is likely slower during peak times. Cable TV has about 30 to 40 channels for local and international viewing. Location - About 500' walk to White Beach, mostly 6'-12' wide path thru local residential area with some dark stretches at night, and can have a few inches of standing water during rain. E-trikes cannot access, so must walk with luggage when arriving and leaving. It is understandable that some people do not like this access, especially with heavy baggage. Meals - About 6 basic breakfast meals are available at reasonable price, mostly rice or toast with eggs, jam, and meat side. Good to occasionally have, especially if you're leaving early or you just want to eat in your room, but not as good as the many restaurants available nearby. Summary - If you don't mind the walk, a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

If you’re looking for an affordable price with a very homey and cozy vibes, stay here at Greenyard Inn. We were very lucky to have the room on the ground floor because we’re already tired from our motorcycle tour 😅 Fell in love with the place that we even recommended this place to my sister-in-law. The staff are very nice and sweet especially our attendant, Ms. Tinah. The place is about 1-2mins from the beach but this is going to be my go-to place when we come back in Boracay. Kudos to Mrs Myra and Mr Pietro 🥰 10/10 ⭐️

It was a lovely place, with garden, and staff's are kind even the owners are kind and nice. I like my room there with sunset painting it was a great experience for me as solo traveler and at the same my first travel. What I like the most is the place is near at the beach.

I can say that my stay was very Relaxing at Greenyard Inn . It has a cool quiet ambiance with lots of plants and trees planted nicely in the surrounding of the Hotel. The place is so clean. Ms. Myra arranged my transfer from Caticlan Airport to the Hotel perfectly. The hotel staffs who received me was very accommodating and very informative. Thanks Michelle Jake and the other girl. They are always there to assist you and help out. The hotel can also arrange your Island activity like island hip-hop , diving, paragliding etc... Care of Kuya Bong the tour guide. Over all my Stat in the island at Greenyard Inn was wonderful and fantastic. Walk to the beach is just 4 mins away then all fun in the Sun from there. Looking for the hotel if your new might be quite a challenge but its all part of the vacation.

Very clean and big rooms. Only 50 meter from the beach in station 3. Owner and family are very hulpfull and also the employees are respectful and friendly. Nice place to stay also the garden is very clean and green. Walking to the mall is only 5-10 minutes.

Excellent staff!

I stayed at the Deluxe Room for 40 nights from Feb-Apr 2021. The staff (Jade, Myra, and everyone else) were topnotch, very friendly, accomodating, and helpful. The room was clean and sanitized according to the covid-19 guidelines of the island. The grounds were well-maintained, privacy of guests were respected, and security was good as they lock the gates at night. 5 minutes to the beach, near minimarts and restaurants, quiet part of White Beach in Station 3. Bonus for animal lovers: The 2 dogs Crissy and Lily were super friendly and cute, as well as the stray cats that hung around my balcony. Highly recommended, value for money, enjoyed my stay here, and will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the Greenyard Inn. This is a little oasis in Boracay that we highly recommend. Myra and all the staff were excellent hosts.

Beautiful place! They have big room, clean bathroom, nice balcony, delicious breakfast, helpful staff plus it's 2 minutes away from the beach(station 3) We we're so tired of the flight and when we check in they gave us welcome drink. Our stay for 4 days is awesome! Thank you to Ms. Myra and to all her staff. Kudos for a great service! Till our next vacation! 😘😘🏖

Large clean room with a kitchen and short walk to the beach. Multiple convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff clean the room every day and delivered a nice breakfast to my balcony every morning.

Greenyard Inn is a place were you'll feel like it's your home. It is so comforable to stay and so clean. The owner and all the staffs are very accomodating and approachable. We'll surely go back here for our next Boracay Vacation! 😊

Everything in this hotel was great. Located in a quiet area with a nice garden. In 2 minutes you can walk to the beach with a lot of bars/restaurants (station 3, which is less crowded than the other stations). The breakfast was good and you can order good food for lunch/dinner into your room. The room was spacious and clean and the staff really, really friendly. They helped us to arrange transfers and booked tours for us (I forgot my reef shoes on the boat and got them back the same day in the evening). When we arrived the A/C was not working but the hotel managed it within a few hours. Good value for the money and we would definitely stay there again.

A great place to stay. The room was lovely, comfortable bed, decent enough shower and toilet facilities. Also included a fridge which was a bonus for keeping water etc warm. About a 7-min walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, the breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and was great. Only criticism would be the WiFi either doesn’t work or is very slow in the room (could have just been ours). When we asked about it, we were given a ‘packet WiFi’ to help improve the situation, but it didn’t work. So whenever we needed WiFi we would have to walk to the beach. Would recommend if the WiFi doesn’t bother you too much!

Big, clean rooms, great staff, good breakfast, quiet. 2-3 minute walk to beach. Would stay again

I loved my stay at Greenyard Inn.I travel on my own and found this to be a home away from home . Rooms, bathrooms and bedding were very clean .A small porch area was outside each room and a thermos of hot water magically appears before you get up .I appreciated that .The photographs with this listing are accurate. It is a short walk to the beach ;through a winding alleyway that gave me a glimpse of local life  . The owners Myra and Pietro could not have been more welcoming. The whole staff are friendly, helpful  and efficient. In particular ,I would like to thank Raya ,Lilit and Rolli.Security is excellent and the hotel is very quiet. I extended my stay and hence stayed in two different rooms .One room had simple cooking facilities. Not that I bothered to cook ,with advice re some very good restaurants from Pietro . Air conditioning is quiet and good and there is also a fan in each room .Wifi quality is excellent. There is also a nice garden area and many potted plants . Breakfast offered a few choices and is served in your room .I got addicted to the omelette...but did have the fluffy,  light pancake on two mornings. Pietro and Myra are still building a proper reception area  near the front of the property, but there was no building noise . I also booked a tour through the hotel and it was excellent and very reasonably priced . I will be coming back .Thank you so much!

Beds were a bit uncomfortable but they were very kind and helpful, cute little place.

Couldn't be better! Located little bit at the back, just a 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet at night time, so perfect for a good sleep. Staff and owners do anything to give a relaxing and peaceful stay to you! After my TV was not working anymore, I told to the owner and than has been replaced the next day to a bigger one! That's what we are calling a customer friendly service! Resume : It's a perfect place to spend your time in Boracay!

This hotel is a little gem. 7 minutes from the beach, clean rooms and great staff. They provide a nice breakfast and towels for the beach. The staff are really nice and they always ready to help. Rooms are big and spotless; air conditioning is very quiet, nice bed. Good water pressure in the shower. If I go to Boracay, I will definitely book again this hotel. Thanks for your nice hospitality, from a person who has been working for 28 years in hotels and restaurants.

We were in an apartment on the second floor, which was extremely spacious, clean and modern. We felt so comfortable there, it was hard to leave. The breakfast delivered to the balcony every morning was really nice, with a good number of options. AC worked well, as did the shower and cooker in the kitchen. We couldn't hear much noise from neighbours when they were outside. There are a couple of building works going on in the immediate vicinity, but they start no earlier than 9am and were always finished by early evening. Staff are very good, friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for four nights and loved our stay. It was so clean and comfortable, we really felt relaxed and at home. Our room was very large and had everything you might need - AC, a desk area, a nice seating area outside with a drying rack for wet swimwear, a table and chairs and sofa inside, a nice bathroom with hot water, a screen separated bedroom with TV, and even a mini kitchen. It was a really pleasant surprise when we first saw our room, and it is very tastefully decorated. We slept so well. There is building work going on nearby (this seems to be the case across the whole of Boracay), but unlike other building sites, the work didn't start until 9am and was finished by the time we got back from our beach days so wasn't troubling. It is less than five minutes walk to the beach, and walking distance from a good choice of restaurants. When you arrive, follow the signs from where tricycles can drop you and you'll be there in two minutes. The staff are sweet and helpful. There may be the occasional communication problem, but everything was always figured out. The night guard is a friendly, polite guy. Waking up to tea and coffee on the balcony in the morning is a nice touch. The breakfast is tasty and we liked having it delivered to our room. I had the pancake and my boyfriend liked the onion and tomato omelette. The only negative thing I have to say is that the wifi was weak and patchy, so we struggled to use it. Hopefully that can be fixed. Overall, would I stay here again? Yes, absolutely, without hesitation...and I would look forward to it! It was a fabulous stay.

Greenyard Inn has very relaxed and home feeling atmospheres as well as all the staff were very friendly and attentive to guest needs. The rooms and the whole area were very clean. Very good value for money as well. The hotel has as well had good security as well as the security on duty overnight was very polite and attentive and defiantly you will feel secured and have a good sleep. Good location as well since it was a minute walk to the beach. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay in Boracay.

I was the second time I visited Greenyard Inn,somewhat a hidden gem. Only1 minute walk to the Beach. Outstanding value for money, spacious rooms, clean, Very friendly and attentive staff. If you are a first timer you might feel a little bit curious,as the Greenyard Inn is located in apical residents area, but after you enter the compound, you are greeted by a charming garden, and surprised by the size an condition of room and bathroom. After the short walk to the Beach you can use the Beach facilities of their own dive shop. C u soon again

WiFi is horrible! It is only usable (not good, but usable) at night. The workers say that WiFi in Boracay is bad in general, but it is not true! Wifi in bars and restaurants is very good. This might seem to be not important, but it IS important issue, when you have to check tripadvisor, check on your flights, use google maps! Two girls that were supposed to clean the room was going through my belongings! We came back to hotel from the beach, and the workers were cleaning our room. The door was open and I saw that two girls opened my plastic bag with cosmetics and were going through it! They were so excited that they did not notice us for few seconds and I am absolutely sure about what I saw. When they finally saw us, one of them said: „We are packing your bag!“ and pointed at my suitcase. Rediculous!!!! There is no manager, nobody you could complain to! Just the workers that clean and cook. The most disgusting thing was when I went to the kitchen to ask something and one of the workers was going through her child´s hair looking for bugs!!! I know it is a popular thing to do in Philippines, but you dont do it at work and especially IN THE KITCHEN. First I thought I might have misunderstood was going on and and said nothing. But later my boyfriend went there to get something and yes, he was sure he saw the same as I. She was searching for bugs in hair of her child!!! In the kitchen where they cook breakfast. Towels are not changed every day and because of high moisture they start smelling bad. None of the tricycle drivers know this hotel. We were driving around for good 30 minutes trying to find it. The stone in the middle of our room took huge space, making the room much smaller. To be fair, I will also name few pluses of this hotel: 2 min walk to the beach Room is clean Fan and conditioner in the room Breakfast on veranda The security guy on night shift – he was the best worker in this hotel! Always polite, proffesional, ready to help!

My boyfriend and I stayed here in October. This hotel is not beachfront, but it is only a short 3 minute walk away. The property is beautiful. The room is really big and the bathroom is nice and clean. They bring breakfast to your room every day, and you can order it until 4pm, which we loved since we were on vacation and wanted to sleep in every day. What makes this place the best though, is the staff. I got really sick from something I ate on my last day of vacation. The ladies there were like angels. They came to my room and brought me hot water, porridge, and an essential oil (their own personal one) that really helped with the nausea. One of the ladies called a taxi and accompanied me to the doctor. She waited with me and my boyfriend the whole time. When we finished, she got another taxi for us and told us to just go home, and she went to the pharmacy for us to get my medicine(which was not closeby). It really touched my heart how much they took care of me and I will never forget it. They did all this for me without us asking for anything, and they asked for nothing in return. To the kind hearted ladies at Greenyard Inn, thank you so very much for taking care of me that day!

5/5 rating on all counts except a 4/5 for hotel facilites and condition due to constantly extremely frustratingly poor wifi and very average lunch/dinner menu. (Breakfast exellrnt though).

Though tucked away from the stores and the beachfront, it's a GREAT deal for your money. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were bigger! Sure it's more luxurious to stay beach front and probably more convenient to stay near the shops, but this hotel's distance from it all is actually its strongest suit. It's only really 5 minutes away from the beach yet it's so much more affordable. Overall a GREAT hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

This is a very nice, small hotel that is perfect for people that want a quiet spot near the beach but away from the booming sounds of the nightlife. It has very friendly staff and would be perfect for families. It's about a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, near Station 3.

Nice small hotel tucked away among some back streets. So quiet but initially a little difficult to find. Huge clean room, with a kitchen and spacious balcony. Helpful friendly staff. Only a few minutes walk from beach, bars and restaurants.

Greenlands is a comfortable and clean place, with large room(s?)and whisper-quiet a/c. Staff are friendly and attentive. Wifi was pretty good. The gardens are well kept and appealing. The backup generator was handy, with a typhoon knocking out the mains power a couple of times. Whilst not far from the beach, it was hard to find, through a series of alleyways.

Nice, clean hotel with big rooms. Only negative side was that they gave us wrong room and made us change the room when we arrived back to the hotel after 12pm even though the hotel was not full... Otherwise nice and quiet place.

We booked this hotel for 1 night, but we stayd there all our vacation. It's only 2 minutes walk to the beach. station 3 is the best for staying. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very big, clean and convinient. I would really like to come back.

I enjoyed my stay at Greenyard Inn.It was like staying in a studio apartment with a nice view of a garden in a little village .The beach is only 2-3 walk. The staff, especially Ju, were excellent. So was the night security. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Greenyard Inn.

It's was a short stay in Boracay. The Hotel is in the Backyard but it's very quiet. Good for relaxing. The Room was fantastic. Clean, very comfortable and the Girls in the Front desk are very friendly and they help whenever u have a question and / or a problem. The white Sand Beach is only 5 minutes walking far from the Hotel. U can booked these nice Hotel without any Doubts. You will be not disappointed. My Result- **** (4 Stars)
