най-огромните стаи, които съм виждал. всичко беше на ниво. Пътувах със семейството ми в Истанбул, за да посетим Vialand тематичен парк, който е над хотела. Хотелът е с огромни общи части, много любезен персонал, страхотна закуска.

الفندق لا يصلح للاطفال دون العمر العمر 7 طريقة توفير تذاكر فيلا لاند غلط لان المفروض اي نزيل ينزل بالفندق لديه تذكره وليش اجابر النزيل يقيم 3 ليالي بما انه دافع فلوس الاقامة

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. My special thanks to the reception staff: Ercan, Ali, Safa and Eren. They were very attentive and caring, helping us solve any problems and making our stay very comfortable. We will definitely return to this hotel for a holiday.

كل شيء جميل من المكان للغرف لموظفين الاستقبال والنظافة داخل الغرف الفطور جيد لابأس به ويتم تغييره من يوم ليوم ملاحظة يعطونك بطاقة العاب في مدينة الالعاب لك ولعائلتك بشرط تحجز عندهم لمدة 3 ايام

النظافة خارج الغرفة غير مقبولة ويوجد بقع بالفرشه وانت رايح للغرفة او يتم تغيير سجاد الممرات او يتم تركيب بلاط افضل وانظف لا يوجد شطاف بالحمام الشرفه جميله جدا ولكن تحتاج نظافه يومية

Hotel prijs kwaliteit verhouding boven verwachting.. ruimte grote kamers overzichtelijk en super ideaal voor gezinnen.. hoge muren.. mooie inrichting.. super mooie kamers.. eigen verdieping 2 verdiepingen aan shopping center en bij een verblijf van 3 nachten of meer gratis entree na attractiepark wat ook boven verwachting was!

The location next to Vialand is convenient for families visiting the theme park, and the room itself was spacious.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations for the price and room category. We found a half-used water bottle from the previous guest still inside the refrigerator, which immediately raised concerns about the room inspection and cleanliness. There were also damaged/torn bed linens and visible damage to the living-room sofa, no tissue boxes anywhere in the suite, and initially not even sufficient drinking water. Reception was difficult to reach after check-in, despite several calls. More concerningly, a staff member later explained that because we arrived late, there had not been enough time to properly prepare and clean the room — although we had informed the hotel in advance of our arrival time. The hotel later offered fruit, water and complimentary Vialand tickets, but this did not address the fundamental cleanliness and room-condition concerns. We ultimately lost confidence in the property and did not wish to continue our stay.

De locatie is uitstekend. De kamers zijn ruim en het eigen terras is een mooie toevoeging. We vonden het prettig dat het hotel laagbouw is en veilige parkeergelegenheid biedt. Daarnaast was het personeel vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam.

De prijs van het attractiepark vonden wij veel te hoog in verhouding tot wat er wordt aangeboden. Daarom hebben wij besloten het park niet te bezoeken. De hotelkamer was ruim en licht, maar helaas erg slecht onderhouden. De muren, vloerbedekking en badkamer waren duidelijk aan een grondige schoonmaak en renovatie toe. Om die reden zouden wij niet opnieuw voor dit hotel kiezen.

Este de apreciat curățenia, facilitatea accesului la parcul de distracții, zona liniștită ( cu excepția turiștilor lipsiți uneori de bune maniere comportamentale)

Micul dejun poate fi mai diversificat!

Nice cozy hotel on top of a hill, connected conveniently to a theme park, indoor playground (in a mall), a mall, and food court. The rooms are huge and comfortable, the wifi is fast and smooth, and the breakfast spread is good. Ercan and Hamza at the front desk had been very helpful throughout our stay and helped with any questions we have. Recommended for families.

Very friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the hotel was far from clean. There was visible mold on the ceilings in the corridors, and the hallways had a very unpleasant smell. Instead of dealing with the source of the odor, it seemed like the hotel was using strong air fresheners to cover it up, which only made the air feel even more suffocating.

The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our interaction with them. They listened carefully to our concerns and did their best to assist us in a professional and respectful manner. The staff responded promptly to our questions and requests, and we appreciate their efforts to provide support despite the limitations they faced regarding the condition of the property.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing and far below our expectations. The condition of the property was not accurately reflected in the photos shown on the website, which did not reveal the major maintenance issues we encountered upon arrival. The cooridoors showed clear signs of neglect. The wallpaper was peeling in several areas, and there was visible water damage and staining on both the walls and ceilings. These issues gave theplace an overall appearance of poor maintenance and significantly affected our comfort. In addition, the master bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it unsuitable for a restful stay. Due to the condition of the hotel, we decided that we could not stay there and immediately changed our reservation to another hotel. We did not spend a single night at the property. We believe the hotel's online photos should be updated to accurately represent its current condition so that future guests can make informed decisions before booking.

The hotel was perfect-huge and clean rooms, and the staff was extremely kind with us.They gave us free tickets for Vialand Theme Park for all of us-we were 8 people.They offered us free breakfast and answered to all our questions all the time.Me,my family and our friends are impressed by the place and people there!We would definetely go there again.

Очень доброжелательный персонал. Подарили на два дня завтраки. Просторные с большими потолками номера. Все необходимое было. Удобно расположен Молл, который находится выше, а так же парк аттракционов. Жаль не работал веревочный парк и не все аттракционы.

Частично отелю требуется ремонт, в коридоре, лифт и обновить технику (в телевизоре не работали динамики).

La ubicacion. Esta lejo de todo. Y los personsales muy neutro y frios. En vez de ser empleados de servicios parecen empleados publicos sin voluntad de servir.

All the staff were friendly and caring for everything.the reception staffs specially are very amazing. The driver also very friendly and helpful and giving nice tour inside the city. The room is well prepared and clean. The hotel is so near to the vialand theme park and also close to so many restaurants and shopping malls. Very amazing and highly recommend

Amazing place, highly recommended, from the moment we arrived we were given an upgrade, my booking was without breakfast and i was given a breakfast for my entire family (4 persons) for 5 nights, also the staff was so friendly and helpful, we usually lave the room around 2 or 3 pm , they come around 11 am to offer water and coffee and then when we leave they cone to clean the room, never seen that before

Çok ferah, temiz ve çocuklu bir aile için İstanbul’daki en iyi yerlerden biri diyebilirim. Çocuklar için yapılabilecek çok fazla şey var, aynı zamanda yetişkinler için de ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey elinizin altında oluyor. Kahvaltıları çok lezzetli, personel son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Anne-oğul olarak çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik ve mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz :)

Otel ile ilgili söyleyebileceğim tek olumsuz nokta; turistik çarşı, pazar gibi yerlere biraz uzak olması. Ancak orada geçirdiğiniz huzurlu zaman düşünüldüğünde, bunun kesinlikle değdiğini söyleyebilirim.

Очень удачное месторасположение, над отелем большой молл с фудкортом и магазинами. Бесплатная парковка, красивые виды . Отель большой, но старенький. На 2-3 ночи отлично. Подарили нашей семье билеты в парк . Парк великолепен . персонал очень любезен. В номере все необходимое есть . ТКорзиночка с фруктами в подарок. Высоке потолки . Выход з номера на улицу-террасу.

Завтраки очень скромные. Голодные не останетесь , но ожидание было большего. На завтраках нет нормального кофе,только растворимый. Не было десертов никаких,только булочки, несколько вариантов. Колбасы не вкусные,сыр отличный. Сок порошковый. Яйца, картофель фри, сосиски были.

فندق جميل وهادئ فندقي المفضل من عام 2017م في كل مرة أزور اسطنبول اقيم فيه

في آخر زيارة لاحظت في الدور الأرضي بانه تعرض لتلف في الاسقف والجدران بالممرات وايضا داخل الغرف حيث لا تعكس الصورة الجميلة عن الفندق الراقي هذا .

The pillows are not comfortable and need to be replaced. The furniture also needs to be renewed. In addition, the corridors leading to the rooms have an unpleasant smell and require attention. These are the only issues that need to be fixed. Everything else is excellent.

In der Übernachtung war der Eintritt in den Park und der Parkplatz inklusive. Es war alles sehr sauber, der Vialand Park hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Големи и просторни стаи, осигурено паркомясто. Закуската беше много добра. Развлекателният парк и множество магазини и заведения са на едно място. При отсядане в хотела, билетите за парка са безплатни.

Малко трудно се ориентира човек от къде точно трябва да влезе за паркинга, който е за хотела, предвид огромният подземен паркинг на МОЛ-а, в който се намира самият хотел. Паркоместата за хотела са само 5-6, което е крайно недостатъчно предвид големината на хотела.

الفندق جميل ورائع وخدماتة ممتازه وأسعاره مناسبة والاستقبال عندهم رائع وموقعه فوق المول جميل وكذالك توجد فوقه مقاهى وكافيهات اكثر من رائع وكذالك التسوف فية روووعة وتوجد اكبر مدينه ملاهى وألعاب للكبار والصغار والجميل ان الفندق يمنح تذاكر دخول لمدينه الالعاب وهذا جميل لان تذكرة الدخول للشخص الوالد 100$ والفندق يمنحها مجانا لمره واحده واشكر الأخ ALI من الاستقبال والاخ AREAN والاخ MARTCAN ع حسن الاستقبال
