Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Despite looking like a motorway service area the hotel is pretty good. It is clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The restaurant is even more like a service area cafe but the food was excellent and extremely reasonable. The breakfast was first class. I would stay there again if I was in the region.
The environment is not attractive and someway from the town centre. The shower in the small bathroom is really only child size.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026At the arrival we got a room on the second floor I believe which was not to what I expected but the price was good so we accepted it. However, we soon realized that the door had a huge gap to the hallway and we could practically look into the coridor and hear everyone walking by which felt uncomfortable. I went to reception desk and the workers there were super understanding and helpful. We got a upgrade with a new room which was amazing!
Parking feels very open, felt a bit unsure of leaving our car loaded with our stuff. Felt unnecesary to unload the entire car for just one nights sleep, but luckily it went well.

What I didn’t like was the size of the room, which was far too small. There was barely enough space to open our suitcases. The shower area in the bathroom was also uncomfortable, with an inconvenient door, and it was not very clean.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Breakfast nice and location very good, very close to the E4 highway
The room was small and narrow, to the point that it was difficult even to get dressed. There was not even enough space to open a suitcase properly, as there was nowhere to place it once opened. What was particularly disappointing is that the room shown in the photos is completely different from the room we were actually given. The photos were one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, and we feel that they are misleading and give consumers a false impression of what to expect.
