We had a suite it was not clean the fridge under the sink the bedsheets the pillow smelled the curtain is broken We didn’t even stay the second night. We were booked for two nights. In the morning, it was a bit after 10 and I put in some cereal for my girls to take to the room and I asked the woman who was there is that OK? She’s like you’re not supposed to so I left them. The coffee is terrible. The food below average.

Location was convenient

Wall paper peeling off walls. You can hear the room upstairs. This hotel may be more of a tenement. Our room was dirty. Walls unwashed. You can see the dirt streaks down the walls and dust and debris at corner of bed. Our floor is all lifting and pealing. Front lobby windows haven’t been washed in months or longer. Non of the outdoor security doors were locked or secure. Breakfast was adequate . Way too expensive especially for the condition. There’s better out there for these prices.

Nous avons apprécié les lits et l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était bien fourni et la dame présente très sympatique, très souriante.

Nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes une chambre avec 1 lit double et un canapé. Nous avons constaté que le canapé n'avait pas été préparé. Le réceptionniste peu gracieux m'a remis dans les mains des draps sans même une excuse....nous avons fait le lit nous même ! Le canapé est très inconfortable. La piscine était trop froide et avons fini dans le petit bain. Les placards dans le coin cuisine sont dans un très mauvais état et sales.

Nos chambre pas nettoyer à chaque jour , la où il y a le café il y avait déjà de l’eau de mis ? La saleté là où il y a le frigidaire du sang sur mon rideau et les racoin tournée en rond donc un restant de saleté.De plus la seul fois que mon lit a été refait il n’as pas été changer ??? Juste remise en place ?? Le continental déjeuner des œufs et saucisse qui date.

Employées dévouées et francophones! Grand stationnement Petit réfrigérateur très bruyant, les réceptionnistes ont mis nos victuailles dans la chambre froide pour nous accommoder. Très apprécié. Lits confortables. Piscine et bain tourbillon agréable. Déjeuner choix de tisanes, bagel, muffins...

Déjeuner dans des assiettes en carton, éviter les oeufs, les saucisses!

The breakfast gave a great number of options to choose from. The location is right off the highway.

The room was dusty and the bathroom needed cleaning as the tissue holder had dust and human hair as well as the side of the bathtub surround. The shampoo container had a motor oil greasy fingerprints.

Ça sentais très bon à l'accueil. Pas de tapis dans la chambre.

Le bruit de l'air climatisé. Je n'ai pas dormi toute la nuit en raison de ça. Lavabo étais bûché. Il n'y avais pas assez de savon et de papier de toilette. Le rideau de la douche n'étais pas propre. Le déjeuner étais très ordinaires. Pas de fruit par exemple. Qualité moyenne.

La chambre air climatisé fonctionnait comme un moteur avion. Au déjeuner la personne staff était pas très intéressé à son poste.un enfant avait de la difficulté avec sa gauffre j'ai du lui aider et lui (staff)as juste regarder et quand j'ai eu terminé de décoler la gauffre y'as passer par dessus nous pour mettre du pam comme un stupide.désolé mais très déçu de son comportement. Je comprends que l'enfant était pas avec ses parents mais quand même cela se faisait pas. A la réception du dimanche 28 juin le gros messieurs avait pas de façon avec le public.

La personne qui m'a accueillie a été très gentille et professionnelle

Perfect location for where we were going. Room very spacious and comfortable. Easy to park (free) and felt safe. Staff very welcoming in both English and French.

No microwave, included breakfast was mediocre. Place is aging as seen by the wallpaper in the halls, scuffs on doors/walls and overall maintenence.

The restaurant staff were fabulous. Florence who looked after the morning breakfast was amazing. Do helpful and caring with our disabled friend.

I had high hopes because we stayed there 4 years ago. The location is convenient. Unfortunately, nothing else impressed us. It was dirty and run down.

We were so very disappointed with this room. The beds were the worst we have ever slept in, the mattresses were lumpy and clearly quite old. The bathroom had pink mold in the shower and very dirty. I spent 10 minutes cleaning it before I dared to shower. The carpets are incredibly dirty. It was actually the worst night we had during our 6 day trip through Quebec and Ontario.

Some stuff needs to be reviewed in the 1st Bathroom, broken soaps holder, shampoo 😔, bath tub 😔. My main concern was breakfast for a 4 ⭐ not really up to level I have been in a 3 ⭐ Quality inns in Niagara that should be 4 ⭐. Frankly you should make it to level. Should improve to maintain 4 ⭐.

The front desk lady was very nice and professional

Nothing, the room was terrible and dirty, the lady at the front desk came and didn’t believe how bad it was Then she give me another room but when I open the door it was a very strong smell of old humidity I didn’t sleep there it was to much and I have slept on my car because I can’t find other hotel it was to late I really appreciate to be re rembourse my money I rely thing i deserve it thank for your understanding

Went in to check in and had to call out twice before finally a younger girl came out of the back, she was not at all dressed appropriately to be working no a front desk. She was wearing yoga type pants and a tank top. My ID was clearly on the counter but she sat down and said “ID” I said it’s right there , she stared at me like I should pick it up and hand it to her. Then gave me a “screw you” look, grabbed it then tossed it back at me. She handed me the key and said what time the breakfast was and turned away. Breakfast was “fine”, no staff were attending, no hot water available for tea, bannanas were green as grass, syrup for waffles was empty. Floor in room was dirty, put the white towel down to stand on and when picked it up it was dirty from the floor. Microwave did not have the spindle to turn the glass We stayed here 2.5 years ago and it was so much better. Has gone downhill fast.

The breakfast was ok. The sausages and eggs were cold and we had to wait for quite a bit before the cooked items were ready.

Food available from at least 7 am.

I liked the fact that it was close to the Hawkesbury hospital. The room was a decent size

The room was stale smelling, you could tell that no one had been in there for a bit and we were unable to open the window to get any air in. There was no hot water when we showered and the toilet ran continusily and we could not stop it. The mat at the front is also raised up and I flipped on it and the people at the front desk were not concerned about any possible injury on their property. They also accused us of parking in a handicapped spot which we did not

Je n'ai pas eu le temps de profiter du déjeuner complet car je suis partie très tôt mais pris tout de même une tasse de café et un fruit. L'emplacement est parfait, près de tous les services.

La chaise de bureau était sale mais en mettant une serviette par dessus m'a permis de l'utiliser.

Cleaner used burn my eyes. Very dry. Had to keep asking for housekeeping, make bed, soap,towels etc. kids playing in hallway. Booking problem could not get into our room for almost 2 hours as the gave our room to someone else in error which these things happen but when we got our room they made the bed but appeared they did not change the sheets. You can tell one someone played in them especially when their was hair on the sheets and body indentation wrinkles. So we got new sheets to make our bed ourselves. Gave use wrong size sheets then one of the owners came down to help us. That was good of him.

J'avais payé pour deux lits Queen et c'était deux doubles. Nous avons eu comme réponse que c'est la table entre les deux lits qui donne l'impression que les lits sont plus petits....

La piscine pour les enfants, l’emplacement.

L’état des équipements et de la chambre est à revoir. Il faut un vrai travail sur la propreté du logement. J’ai vu au moins deux cafards (vivant et mort), le nettoyage n’est pas bien fait. Les sols de la chambre et du salon sont collants. Je recommanderai à l’hôtel de faire des travaux et raffraichir, désinfester les lieux, mettre des moquettes pour faciliter la propreté, etc.

The girl who served me at night checking in was very nice.

Pool and hottub absolutely disgusting!! Hottub was yellow and lots of gunk at bottom of it, as well as floating and pool was freezing and had things floating in it. The man who checked us out seemed miserable and like he doesnt want to work in hospitality.

Hotel was pretty close to everything. Staff was good beds where okay. Breakfast was good could of used bacon instead of sausage but thats okay.

Order 2 queen size bed got two doubles. My daughter slipped on the wet ceramic tiles in the sauna and ended up splitting her chin open and I had to go to emergency. Think the hotel should rethink how they have that set up. All night we heard people going up and down the stairs as we were at the end of the hall. Hallway floor was so creaky. For the price I paid it was not worth it. I have stayed in hotels for a lot less and they were 2x better

This property needs some serious reno. Bathroom sink broken. Unit ceiling light flickering all night. Bathroom so small =you can barely close the door. Vending machines empty or broken.

We were told when we booked this room that pets were allowed they took on money and then we had a heck of a time getting our money back after canceling the appointment for the overnight stay cuz they would not accept our pets but it says on their site that they are pet friendly which is not true at all !

J’allais jouer au golf et l’hôtel était à quelques kilomètres du parcours. Magasin l’autre côté de la rue.

Idéalement situé à la limite de l’Ontario et du Québec, cet hôtel offre tout le confort nécessaire. Le personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute, un petit déjeuner copieux vous attend également !
