Baan Sailom Resort

The room is okay, nothing great. The entarance is through a restaurant and that is a little strange. There is no one at the reception after 10PM (once restaurant closes), so it can be hard to check-in late at night. We had an issue with our bedsheet and requested them to change it, but they were not able to help as it was after 10PM. The location is great and the staff is helpful. If you're tight on budget, this is a great spot!

Lika bra som vanligt. Bott här flera gånger och återvänder gärna. Nära stranden, restauranger och affärer. Trevlig personal.

Great location. Close to both beaches and night market. Fun pool. We had a great stay, except for the weirdness of not being able to get bedding for the second bed. Even though I had booked twin beds. They had those blankets under lock and key.

Staff service was good

Good little 3.5 star hotel. Staff is excellent, restaurant is excellent and ate there pretty much everyday cause food was great and received 15% disc if staying at hotel, pool was very nice and clean, surrounding area was a bit dumpy but felt safe and respected, room was spacious just not up to a 4star level. Sunsets on the balcony was the best! ❤️

Alles etwas trist und dunkel, aber sauber. Essen gut, direkt ggü. ein Supermarkt.

Trevligt hotel nära stranden. Liten fin pool. Frukost ok.

Nice hotel, near beach, good staff ...

Otimo hotel. Cama super confortavel. Recomendo.

We stayed here for one night, we wanted a hotel with a pool to relax for the day rather than going to the beach. We were allowed to check in early which was great as we got more out of our day. The room was big and clean, except for a few ants in the bathroom. There was free toiletries and drinking water, hot shower too. We had a little balcony facing the beach. The staff were friendly and we got 15% off in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was great too. The pool was a bit questionable, not quite what I was expecting. It was just very small. But it was alright overall, just maybe a bit overpriced.

Läget var perfekt och rummen väldigt bra! Trevlig personal.

Fräscht mycket nära stranden Mycket bra frukost. Bra restaurang tillhörde hotellet. Städningen på rummet kunde varit bättre. Litet men mysigt poolområde.

Hotel was fine, breakfast ok, not great. Lovely pool area, although quite small Rooms were clean and comfortable The town itself was very busy, as was the beach. Almost impossible to get some beach beds and umbrella unless you got to the beach by 8 ish in the morning.

Lovely room, upgraded the first two night and great room for the third night.nice restaurant with breakfast, very friendly staff, nice pool and easy walk to beach and town

Great hotel. Excellent service. Just one street off the beach. Great breakfast and dinner.

Nice place. Good restaurant out front and close to the beach. Rooms are decent, wouldn't mind a work desk. Bed very hard, even for Thai standards, was going to move but they ended up having a pad when I asked, not perfect but helped. Really need to clean windows, such a simple thing that makes a huge difference. The Internet was ok but had problems from time to time.

Great hotel only a block off the beach. Also centrally located to bar action across the street, however rooms are set back far enough that noise is not an issue. Stayed 2 nights, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Sort of but decent enough. Ocean view only from rth floor.

Hemtrevligt hotell. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

I stayed here with my husband and 14yr daughter for 3 weeks August 2016. Was a fantastic holiday ,staff are so friendly and very helpful food at resturant was fantastic and the accommodation was clean and comfy we had a fantastic view from the 4th floor balcony .Thankyou to Lex and all the staff :)❤ kellie ,mark and sekani x

Booked through Hotels.com who said there was parking on their web site. It never existed. However this is a very nice hotel only 50mts from the beach. Its not the best street however. The hotel has a nice restaurant, quaint pool and is clean, well managed and comfortable. The maintenance is very good and the place functions on all levels. The staff have reasonable English also. However a few small things... we were given an upgrade to delux room... probably not as we booked a king size bed. It was only a queen at best. However this is value for money.

really nice hotel with lovely staff. disappointed the restaurant was on limited hours during the quiet season, which is fair enough but made it really hard to find somewhere to have breakfast. We ended up buying cereal from the 7/11 and making our own breakfasts. We stayed 10 nights and ate every meal (except breakfast) at the hotel the food was really good and well priced. Rooms were big and comfy. The bathroom was a little outdated but the shower was really really good. Location is great for the beach 1 min walk and you are there. There isn't a lot in Karon Beach so there wasn't very many resturants close by but the hotels restaurant was AMAZING. If i stayed in Karon Beahc again i would stay here again

The staff were friendly and the hotel was nice seemed well kept up, next to shopping strip for easy access of laundry service, haircut shave and manicure. I liked that it was close to the beach but not right on it and was in a more relaxed area.

Very enjoyable. Hotel gates are left ajar through the night so there are no problems with late returning.Helpful friendly staff. Food is good if a little slow in being prepared. Only a few good English speakers but not really a problem.

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Very quiet but close to shops and one minute to the beach. Well kept and clean hotel. My husband, 15 year old daughter and myself stayed for five nights but were upgraded to a lovely big room on the ground floor. The restaurant was especially good and we ate there every lunch time and a couple of evenings. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if I ever went back to Phuket.

Close to beach. Nice and friendly staff. Relaxing place. Seaview from balcony(4thfloor). Poor brekfast.

cozy hotel with nice staff, clean room, very good food in hotel´s restaurant

Nice hotel, good price

Good hotell nice restaurang whit europisk food Very cloose beach

Room and service was very good,, although maybe a little small in the bathroom / toilet

lille og roligt hotel, Meget smilende og hjælpsomt personale, god mad i hotellets restaurant.

Bra restaurang, glad personal!
