Hårda sängar, men vi fick bäddmadrass och då blev det lite bättre. Ganska slitet. AC:n fungerade dåligt, men det skulle fixas.

Great swimming pool, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, excellent service at the pool bar, great balcony and size of room. Would 100% return if we ever come back to Kos Town.

Could have had a little more kitchen supplies - there wasn’t any washing up liquid etc. Also our double beds kept coming apart as they were made up as singles

Perfect for a short stay, hotel facilities are great, staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you. We stayed one night after arriving by ferry to get to the airport.

Hotel is a little tired

The property is quite old and definitely in need of renovation. To be fair, this seems to be a common issue with many hotels and apartments in Kos Town, as they often don't seem to undergo much renovation. However, this property in particular really does need some updating. On the positive side, the location is excellent and very central, making it easy to get around and explore Kos Town. The staff are also very friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially the reception staff.

Jättegod frukost, mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Lägel var bra, kort promenad till stranden eller centrum. Sängarna var hårda, men personalen fixade det med en bäddmadrass. Allt fungerade bra, men det var lite slitet.

The room was a good size and very clean. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was also a Turkish staff member named Hayat who was very helpful and made our stay more comfortable.

Çalışanlar yardımseverdi özellikle Türk olanlar. Istediğimiz birçok talebimizi özelikle çocukların sık taleplerini karşıladılar. 2 çekyat yerine 2 yatak değişimi talebinme olumlu cevap vermelerinden çok minnettarım. Fazla 6 yaşındaki çocuktan 5 Euro almadılar. Ben seyyar yatakta yattım, ince silteli olmasına rağmen rahat uyudum. Farklı kahvaltı seçenekleri vermeleri güzeldi, belki içerik görsellerini oluşturup dijital ve fiziki koymaları herkes için kolaylık sağlar.

Soru cevaplarda belirttikleri olanaklardan bazıları bulunmuyordu: Girişte ücretsiz içecek ve meyve ikramı etmediler, balkonda çamaşırları serecek ip yoktu. Tesis ve mobilyaları çok eskiydi, özellikle banyo dolapları acil değişmeli. Havlulardan lekeli olanlar vardı. Şampuan ve duş jeli koyduklarını belirttiler ama yoktu, istedik verdiler.

Siccome si trova ad un punto molto centrale,e abbastanza caro però se uno si sposta i prezzi sono più moderati

Struttura molto strategica per la vicinanza al porto a piedi in 15 minuti. Camere spaziose con arredamento un pò datato. Colazione espressa superlativa, varia e abbondante.

Close to everything. Rooms very comfortable and great air-conditioning. Food was lovely. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Very clean rooms. 👌

Pool bar had no draft beers. Bottles were not cold enough. Nothing much to complain about. Just stopped us having lunch there.

The staff were very helpful and understanding, especially with helping us to check out. They found us a new room which was lovely of them. The breakfast was nice and the foyer was pleasant. The staff were very helpful in checking us out early. If i was young single and carefree in the 80s it would have had great appeal.

I had read reviews and was aware of previous comments but I didn't think the rooms would be as poor as they were. However it was also not made clear that the pool is shared with another hotel which changed the total fee and clientele.

La stanza era al pari di un albergo ad ore: sporca, scarna e con il bagno vecchissimo. Rubinetteria della doccia e del lavabo piena zeppa di calcare. Una federa del cuscino era talmente sporca che sembrava qualcuno ci avesse camminato sopra:quando ho chiesto di cambiarla, mi hanno detto che non avevano altre federe e sono andati a prendere un intero cuscino da un'altra camera (spero vuota!)

We were very happy with our stay. The location is excellent, the hotel was very clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little older and this is noticeable in some areas, but it is gradually being renovated and well maintained. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend it.

Location was ok -not far from beach (which was ruined by all the beach furniture-not hotels fault!)but a bit of a trek to ferry port,bus station…or Old Town.

La habitación era muy grande, había espacio de sobra. El personal es muy amable, la piscina está muy limpia y se encuentra a unos 10 minutos de la playa, estuvimos muy bien. Se nota que el hotel tiene sus años y que está envejecido, pero tiene muy buena relación calidad-precio. Yo volvería

De medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk en ook het zwembad was schoon. Het ontbijt was lekker.

De bedden waren echt oncomfortabel. Ik had veel rugpijn en kon niet goed slapen. De keukenspullen waren oud en niet voldoende.

Lo staff era super gentile e accogliente, ottima posizione della struttura, ho avuto un disguido con il condizionatore ma hanno provveduto subito!

In realtà mi è piaciuto tutto, se facessero anche solo qualche piccolo lavoro (tipo la maniglia della porta finestra da aggiustare) sarebbe perfetto!

Small bathroom, insufficient breakfast

Malgré des chambres très vieillottes qui mériterait une rénovation, l'hôtel Pavlos est très agréable et dispose de bien des atouts: situation centrale, chambres spacieuses avec balcon, personnel très sympathique (nous sommes arrivés à 1h du matin et qqun nous attendait) une grande et belle piscine et surtout un petit déjeuner de très haut vol !

Die Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt, man ist in wenigen Minuten im belebten Zentrum,was ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch zum Strand geht man maximal 5 Minuten. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend, haben Tipps gegeben, Fragen beantwortet. Der defekte Wasserkocher wurde direkt ausgetauscht. Das Frühstück war erstklassig, so lecker und auch was fürs Auge. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit im Hotel. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt.

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Lediglich das kleine Klapp-Zustellbett war uns deutlich zu weich , aber das wurde nicht benötigt,da die übrigen Betten groß genug waren.

Hotel datato che avrebbe bisogno di essere riammodernato, ma dalla posizione comodissima, lato via centrale di Kos e a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto. Lo staff molto gentile e discreto, a noi non funzionava in stanza il fornello elettrico e ce ne hanno subito fornito un altro portatile. La piscina è piccola ma mai affollata, a fine giornata è sempre piacevole per rinfrescarsi. Letti comodi e stanza di dimensioni adeguate. Lo sceglierei di nuovo tutto considerato.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Hayat hanım otelin tek başına yüksek puan vermeme sebep. buradan otel sahibine hayat hanımın maaşını arttırmasını rica ediyorum. Havuzu olması çocuklu aileler için güzel. Kahvaltıyı Hayat hanım hazırlıyor. bence güzel.

odalar çok eski. temizlik yapılsa bile eski olduğu için temizliği göstermiyor. klimalar toz dolu, bakteri yuvası, küf kokuyor. klimanın içini açtığımda bir avuç tüy vardı. otel apart otel tarzında 2 yıldızlı. zaten çok bir şey beklemiyordum. otel asansörü küçük ve güvenlik kapısı yok. çocuklu aileler dikkat etmeli. Türkiye de olsa otelin ruhsatı iptal edilirdi. Otel sahibi sanırsam 10 yıldır otele tek bir Euro harcamamış. otelde internet bağlantısı sürekli kopuyor. ben ve eşimde bu problem hep oldu. 20 saniyede bir bağlantı kopuyor. tekrara bağlanmak için telefonun wifisini kapatıp sürekli açmak gerekiyor. sabit ip verdim olmadı. mac adresini değişkenden sabit mac yaptım olmadı. havuz kenarında sıkıntı olmuyor. ama odada wifi de sürekli problem yaşanıyor. sahilin bir kısmında Türk Telekom ve vodafone TR çekiyor. otelde Türk mobil hatları pek çekmedi. Otelde Almanca konuşan ergen çiftler çoktu ve gürültü yapıyorlardı. gece 01.00 dan sonra ses olmadı. otelin depreme dayanıklı olduğunu düşünmüyorum. eşyalar çok eski. 1970-1980 den kalma gibi. yatakların yayları rahatsız ediyor. dönerken ses çıkarıyor. extra yatak sünger yataktı. KOS'taki çoğu otel böyle. bakımsız boyasız ve korozyondan binaları yıpranmış. bir kimya mühendisi olarak şunu söyleyebilirim. 5,5 şiddetinden daha büyük bir depremde bölgedeki çoğu otel de depreme dayanamaz. Genel olarak KOS da yapılarda korozyon çok fazla var. alışveriş yaptığım tüm marketlerde ve restoranlarda güler yüzlü çalışanlar vardı. Ancak karşılaştığın en kaba çalışan otelin hemen yanındaki markette çalışan Hintliydi. Otelin giriş kapısına sırtınızı verdiğinizde hem sağ hem de sol tarafta 20 m sonra market var. sağ taraftaki marketi Hintliye benzeyen şişman bir adam işletiyor ve çok kaba sakın oraya gitmeyin.

Location was okay, quite far from the ferry port. Pool was decent.

Fridge didn't work when we came in, had towels in the freezer. Kettle didn't work. Hair dryer didn't work Power went out in the room No bracket for the shower Air con only worked in one room. Decor is ancient.

L'hôtel est équipé d'une piscine, ce qui est agréable. La chambre familiale est grande avec une petite cuisine. L'emplacement proche du port est agréable pour profiter des restaurants le soir.

Les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement, plusieurs prises électriques ne fonctionnaient pas, une des deux climatisations non plus. Nous étions 4 et ma fille a dormi sur un lit d'appoint très inconfortable. Ce petit lit est peut-être convenable pour un enfant en bas âge mais ma fille de 13 ans a très mal dormi.

La colazione è ottima (andrebbe specificato da che età è compresa, dato che per mio figlio di 4 anni non lo era, ma non è stato assolutamente un problema data l’abbondanza del cibo). Posizione molto centrale e comoda alle spiagge. Bella la piscina con servizio bar.

La cucina era poco fornita, servirebbe qualche utensile in più dato che c’erano solo le posate e un coltello da pane.

The room was very spacious, and the location was excellent. There was also plenty of parking available, which made it very convenient if you're traveling by car.

We had to keep the air conditioning on all the time because opening the window wasn't a good option. The windows don't have insect screens, so leaving them open lets bugs in. The furniture and overall condition of the room felt very old and could really benefit from renovation and newer furnishings. The bathtub was also very small and uncomfortable to use.

Πολύ ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση. Η καθαριότητα μια χαρά! Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο. Πολύ θετικό ότι μπορείς να βρίσκεσαι στον χώρο της υποδοχής και της πισίνας πριν το check in και μετά το check out. Μπορείς επίσης να αφήσεις τις αποσκευές σου.

Sängarna är för hårda och gamla . Alla 11 personer som vi var och bodde på hotellet fick ont i ryggen . Även vissa sängar för korta Saknades bord och stolar ute på balkongen. . Fans vara 2 st. Vi var 4 Ingen diskmedel eller trasor för att hålla rent . Skulle underlätta för städerskor som var jättebra. . Vi saknade gratiner på fönster för det var dom mest varmt .hotellet behöver renoveras . Det är mysigt läge och pga hur det det ser ut och sängarna är svårt att komma tillbaka. Det är semester vi är på och Det ska vara skönt att sova . . Personalen var underbar . Nice little hotel on the outskirts of Kos Town. Well placed for accessing the town and the beaches. Good breakfast and friendly staff team, always very welcoming.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for the price. Everything was clean, from the room to the pool. There is an elevator and it’s accessible. We could leave our bags until check in which was perfect. The location is 7 mins walk from the beaches which was perfect, with a few markets on the way. The breakfast was great, you have 3 types of breakfasts to choose from (greek, continental, english) and all of them are a lot of tasty food, I recommend the greek one (on the pic). The staff was always so nice, especially the guy at the breakfast!

We couldn’t get the key in the door at first, but the staff helped us and didn’t have an issue since.

Breakfast was one of the best I've ever found in Greece. You had only 3 choices of different menus, but any of them was really yummy and made with good-quality products.

Ampiezza appartamento, letti nuovi e comodi, piscina pulita e ben tenuta, aria condizionata e wifi funzionanti, posizione ottima per uscire la sera, gentilezza dello staff.

Mobili della camera a dir poco vecchi, bagno vecchio vecchio vecchio, la colazione era compresa per 3 ( noi eravamo in 4 con un bimbo di 5 anni e per lui non era compresa, ma questo non è scritto su booking), tende in camera mezze staccate e mai sistemate,altezza del muretto del balcone per me troppo basso avendo un bimbo di 5 anni. È un hotel 2 stelle, pertanto non bisogna avere aspettative alte.Noi abbiamo prenotato qui perché c'è un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.Bisogna adattarsi, se le aspettative sono alte bisogna scegliere un'altra struttura.

Il personale è stato veramente gentile, ci siamo sentite a casa ! La colazione, che sembra limitante per la presenza di menù pre impostati, in realtà accontenta tutti i gusti. Inoltre sono veramente abbondanti, sostituiscono tranquillamente un pasto :)

Migliorerei l’illuminazione delle camere da 4, in quanto chi dorme nella zona giorno non ha molta luce

Die Lage direkt in der Stadt und nah zum Strand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Leider kein Safe im Zimmer / Appartment. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, und die Toilette war undicht, sodass Wasser austritt. Kühlschrank funktioniert und kühlt nur wenn Strom da ist über die Schlüssel Karte.

Εξυπηρετικό και συνεργάσιμο προσωπικό, πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής, κοντά στο κέντρο και σχετικά εύκολα να βρεις σημείο στάθμευσης.

Όπως τα περισσότερα ξενοδοχεία δεν είχε σήτες στις μπαλκονόπορτες.
