Very annoying that, as a family of 4 arriving together - albeit around midnight - we were charged 2 x late arrival fee as it’s charged by room, rather than group!

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The location is good and convenient, but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this residence for a solo traveller.
I was placed in a separate, older building, and the room was very basic, with a window looking directly onto a wall. My biggest concern was the door, which was very difficult to lock and unlock from the inside. It was genuinely difficult to get in or out, and I would be concerned about being able to exit quickly in the event of a fire or other emergency. As a solo traveller, this made me feel less comfortable and secure. The breakfast was another disappointment. It involved around a seven-minute walk to a café on the main street, and for the price paid, I didn’t feel it offered good value. The selection also seemed inconsistent from one morning to the next. Overall, the location is a positive, but considering the price and my experience, I think there are better options in Bari, particularly for solo travellers.

The room was comfortable. The room is centrally located in Bari. It is walking distance to the old town as well as to the shopping district. The parking lot was a little hard to find, and is 2 blocks away. But it worked.

Wg ogłoszenia, miała być klimatyzacja, owszem była ale nie chłodziła, temperatura w pokoju 31 stopni. Pan z obsługi próbował wmówić że to jest wszystko ok, że tak ma być! Nie dało się spać odpocząć, lodówka również miała być i była, ale tez nie chłodziła.. zostawialiśmy pozamykane balkon jak wychodziliśmy, ale ktoś z obsługi go otwierał, oprócz tego że temperatura nie do wytrzymania to jeszcze na wpuszczali codziennie komarów, które w nocy nie dały spać. Moskitiera wg oferty też miała być, ale jej nie było! To że włącznik do światła nie działał i dozownik do mydła również nie działał to już szczegół, nie polecam odradzam. Lokalizacja jak sto innych noclegów taka sama.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Szuper szállás!😊 Kedves szállásadó fogadott, mindent részletesen megmutatott, még térképet is kaptunk a városkáról. A szoba tiszta volt és tágas, kényelmes ággyal. A szállás közel van mindenhez, a vasútállomás kb. 10 percre van gyalog, az óváros szintén közel van és a tengerpart is egy kellemes sétára található. Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve, köszönjük!
Ilyen nem volt, esetleg annyi tanács, ha valaki nehezen tudja kinyitni elsőre a főbejárat ajtaját egy picit befelé kell nyomni mikor elfordítja a kulcsot, mi ezzel bénáztunk elsőre de aztán már simán ment☺️

Reviewed May 31, 2026Fantastic reception and cleaning staff. We were able to store our luggage before check in and they rang us to let us know our room was ready before the check in time. Loved the decor in the room. Easy 10 min stroll to the train station and the bus station is another 5 min away. Close to restaurant and shops as well as the old town and harbour area.

Reviewed May 25, 2026A pleasant location, a few minutes’ walk from the railway station in one direction and a few minutes from the old city in the other. And with a good range of eating places near at hand. My room was situated in a building a little way along the road from the one housing the reception. The room was spacious – fairly basic but perfectly adequate. The bathroom might most politely be described as compact, but it was functional. My only real complaint would be the lack of lighting (a single wall light and a bedside light), but this is a common problem in hotels. Being in a separate building, my only real contact with staff was checking in and out: they were friendly and efficient. There was some street noise, especially on Friday evening, but not too late, so not a problem. Overall, a competitively priced option.

Il letto matrimoniale era estremamente piccolo, non è matrimoniale ma una piazza e mezza. Camera era molto rumorosa perche era sopra un ristorante e il rumore della cappa non faceva a dormire fino mezzanotte, sembrava di stare in un elicottero.

Reviewed May 12, 2026I booked Zodiacus for my first time to Bari as so central for a base to visit other areas of Puglia on day trips. As a solo female traveller l was very happy with this accommodation as it is very safe and secure. My room was excellent. There is a fridge and kettle in room. The bed was comfortable with lovely soft bedding. The shower pressure was good with plenty of hot water. The staff are very helpful and considerate, both prior to trip by communication and whilst l was staying in accommodation. If l ever go back to Bari l will definitely book Zodiacus again as l very much enjoyed staying there.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Típica habitación de hotel, de tamaño reducido pero con todo lo necesario para 1 ó 2 noches en Bari. Limpia. Poca ventilación al exterior; sólo una ventana hacia un pequeño patio interior. Con mínimos elementos para preparar té o café y mini fridge. Con ascensor. Buena ubicación céntrica a ‘10 a pie de la estación de trenes, del centro histórico y a pocos pasos de la calle peatonal principal. Muy buena atención del personal. Destaco el colchón; para mi gusto excelente para descansar. Estuve 1 noche.
La relación precio/calidad quizás algo elevada. Especialmente por el tamaño y encierro de la habitación, pero digamos que no es excesiva. Además no encontré en Bari algo más barato en esa ubicación y desconozco las comodidades de otros hoteles similares.

Zarezerwowałam pokój dwuosobowy typu superior. Otrzymałam pokój który nie ma nic wspólnego z opisem i zdjęciami umieszczonymi na stronie hotelu. Pokój znajdował się w budynku nr 113 na IV pietrze i wyposażony był w metalowe łóżko, stare, poobijane i porysowane szafki nocne, okrągły i mocno zniszczony stów z trzema krzesłami, a także rozkładaną sofę dla dodatkowych gości. Podłoga bardzo zniszczona. Ściany domagały się malowania. Łazienka z jedną maleńką półeczką na kosmetyki i bez bidetu. Zaledwie dwie niewielkie możliwości powieszenia ręcznika. W pokoju była nisza z wyposażeniem kuchennym - płytą elektryczną, niewielkim zlewem i lodówką. Niestety wszystko mocno zużyte, w zasadzie tak starych sprzętów raczej się już nie widzi, a zwłaszcza w hotelach. UWAGA! Należy bezwzględnie korzystać z sejfu, aby czegoś nie zgubić w pokoju...

It wasn’t easy to find the entrance even though we had the address! The kitchenette was a complete joke, there was no sugar, milk tea or coffee. No cutlery at all, not even a teaspoon! Impossible to even make a cup of tea or coffee!

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Volt egy kis technikai probléma, de azonnal megoldották és csere apartmant kaptunk. Itt is megköszönném a gyors segítséget. Pontosan azt kaptuk amit a képeken látsz. Mindenhez nagyon közel van. Mellette található a sétáló utca, 10 percre van a vasúti pályaudvar. Máskor is szívesen megszállnánk itt.
Mivel a belváros sétáló utcájától egy utcára található így sokáig volt nyüzsgés este. Mi nagyon fáradtak voltunk és tulajdonképpen nem zavart bennünket.

Ich wurde in einem anderen Gebäude ( Hausnr. 113) untergebracht. Solche überraschenden Änderungen mag ich überhaupt nicht. Das winzige Zimmer ließ sich nicht verdunkeln. Winzige Insekten bevölkern den Fußboden nahe dem Schreibtisch. Im Erdgeschoss ist das Restaurant "Western Village" und dort gibt es abends ab 22:00h EXTREMEN Krach. Sonntagnacht war Karaoke Abend mit laut gröhlenden Frauen. Die Wände vibrieren und an schlafen ist nicht zu denken. Selbst mit Ohropax dröhnt es immer noch.

The room was tiny and there is no fiew at all from the window, because you are only facing a wall of the next building. My room was directly located above a kind of a citchen of a small restaurant. It was already noisy during the day, but in the evening, it got terribly loud. There was a private party going on until around 1 o'clock in the morning. The beat was heavy and the music was so loud, it felt like the DJ was standing right next to me.

La connexion internet qui laisse à désirer. L’ameublement et les équipements un peu vieillots
