Clean room with all basic items but no tea or coffee. No housekeeping, no trash disposal, no breakfast for the price charged. I've been to Tokyo many times and dollar for dollar, this place loses out.

普通の設備はそろっていたが、バスタブが狭かった。

宿泊費用に見合っていない施設設備でした。安価な施設であればそれなりに納得できるが、費用に見合っていない施設なので、まったく納得できません。 1.施設の場所がわからないので電話をかけて確認するも、フロントの方が不案内で雨の中で立ち往生させられました。 2.三階が最上階部屋の前廊下には屋根がないので、入口ドアを開錠するまで雨の中ずぶ濡れになってしまいました。 3.フロントが常駐していないので、確認したくてもできなかった。チェックインの来客が来てもフロントが不在なので困っていました。 4.エレベーターがないので、スーツケースを3階まで自ら運びました。 　施設設備について、とくに下調べをしなかったこちらのつ手落ちもありますが、すべてにおいてがっかりさせられました。

アパートを改装した個室の宿泊施設でした。出入口はキー入力で宿泊者だけが通過できる形になっており、ドアはカードキーで安心です。室内設備も一通り揃っており、快適に過ごすことができました。最寄り駅までは10分ほど歩きましたが、通りは商店街でコンビニ、レストランもあり、便利に過ごせました。

フロント窓口は18時で閉まるようで、20時到着時、電話での連絡、宿直のフロントが出てくるまで、時間がかかりました。ホテル周辺には気軽に入れる食堂などが見当たらず、食事の場所を探すのに手間取りました。お風呂はすぐに熱いお湯が出て便利でしたが、浴槽は少し狭めでした。

部屋に電子レンジがあったのは良かった。 駅も割と近かった。 都営浅草線の中延駅だとホテルから近い。 キャリー持ってる方、エレベーター使いたいですよね。 ホテルから中延駅に向かうとき A4番出口で降りて、A3の改札を通ると ホームまでのエレベーターも使えます。

お風呂が狭いです。

Konum olarak biraz uzak olsa da yakınında metro istasyonu olduğu için bir zorluğu yoktu ulaşım rahattı. Personeller yardımcıydı odalar eskiydi. Tokyo gibi bir şehirde tam fiyat performans diyebilirim.

Harika konum. Sessiz sakin şehrin merkezine yakın gürültüden uzak.

There are so many facilities that you could use to cook such as rice cooker, spatula and others. And also the staff is welcoming

I think when I was there, my room smells like cigarette あそこにいた時に私の部屋がタバコの煙ような匂いがしたと思います。多分次回はお客様がチェックインする前に、部屋の臭いを確認した方がいいと思います

都心から好アクセスの立地にあり非常に使いやすかった。 また、セルフサービスによる低コストな宿泊はニーズにもあっており、大変ありがたかった

洗濯機併設にも関わらず洗剤の販売がないため、結果として近隣のランドリーを使うことになった。 多少割高でもいいので、使い切りの洗剤を販売してもらえると助かります。 また、エアコンをつけると焦げ臭い匂いが立ち込めたのは辟易した。こまめなエアコンクリーニングはお願いできると助かります。

Small dressed down inn in a quiet neighborhood. It was exactly what I needed as a home base of sorts while going back and forth between events and meeting with friends. Not too far from a station, convenience stores nearby. Staff was always super helpful when I needed them. Booked because I wanted a place in a quiet area with a fridge, so was pleasantly surprised by the small kitchen.

There was construction happening on the road near the entrance one night. Not really something the inn cam control though.

・部屋に洗濯機もコンロも冷蔵庫も電子レンジもドライヤーもあって、このままでも住めるくらいだった ・コインランドリーがホテルを出て右に5歩歩いたらあって使いやすかった(Sサイズのランドリーは2個しかないので他のお客さんと被るとちょっと大変かも？) ・コンビニもコインランドリーのすぐ隣にあるのでちょっとした買い物もしやすかったです ・バス停がホテルの目の前にあって、しかも始発なので確実に座れます。暑い時期に泊まったのですが、移動で汗をかかずに済んだので本当に助かりました ・チェックイン時刻より前に「荷物預かりだけでもできますか？」と伺ったが、「もうチェックインのお手続きしても大丈夫ですよ」と取り合って貰えて親切でした(今回が特別だっただけかもしれないので、この部分に期待はしすぎないようにしましょう) 横浜でのライブのために利用させて頂きました(横浜周辺のホテルはお高めなので…) 横浜までバス込でも30分、都内まででも20分で行けるとてもいい立地でした。また次回も利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました

・2人部屋に泊まらせていただいたのですが、部屋が5階だったので昇り降りが少し面倒でした。それでも普通の5階建て建物よりは低いので(せいぜい3階分くらい？)、特別良くなかった、という訳では無いです。1人部屋を利用した友人は地下の方の部屋だったので、1人の方は気にしなくていいと思います ・テレビは小さかったです。個人的にはテレビ全然使わないので困りませんでしたが、家族連れだと気にした方がいいポイントだと思います ・お風呂場は「浴槽・洗面台・トイレ」が一緒の空間にある、いわゆる『3点ユニットバス』です。浴槽は狭い(ちょいぽちゃ成人男性がギリギリ)のでシャワーが基本になるかと思います

Petite chambre suffisamment confortable pour 1 persone. Il y a assez de rangements. Surtout si vous faites des achats-cadeaux. Possibilité de faire sa lessive pour très peu. Le personnel est très très gentil et serviable. L'accès au bus ou métro est très proche et le quartier très calme. Petits commerces très très proches également. Je recommande ! vivement.

This property was locked and required an entry code which felt quite safe. The front desk staff were friendly and it had a local market right on the corner. They also offer a laundry room. Its about a 10min walk to the train station and the local bus stops right outside the building. There is a playground directly across the street as well if you have little ones. Nice location

ワンルームアパートを宿泊施設にしたような感じで、経年から古さがにじみ出ていること以外は過ごしやすいのではないでしょうか。すぐ近くはコンビニだけですが、中延駅近辺にはたくさんお店がありました。自炊できる方には、フライパン、炊飯ジャー？などもあり、洗剤とスポンジまであります。また、機会があれば利用させてもらいます。

Das Personal ist sehr nett, aber wenn man kein Japanisch spricht muss ein Translator mit dem Personal verwendet werden, es lässt sich trotzdem alles klären. Im Zimmer gibt es Platz für Koffer und um die Kleidung unter zu kriegen, das ist nicht in jeder Unterkunft in Japan normal, das Zimmer eignete sich deswegen auch für einen langen Aufenthalt.

Die Möbel sind sehr alt, aber alles funktionierte gut. Das Kissen war extrem hart und ich schlief nicht gut darauf. Die Decke war für den Sommer viel zu dick, wenn man den Schrank benutzt kann man sie schlecht woanders unterbringen. Es gibt mehrere Bahnhöfe in 10-15 min Laufnähe, aber die Züge fahren teilweise selten, sodass ich oft sehr lange brauchte, um irgendwo hin zu kommen (selbst nur nach Shibuya oft 40-50 min).

Nice and simple room. No room service when staying for a week, as we did, but you got all you needed for a short and affordable stay as a tourist. Rice cooker, microwave, washing mashine and good air condition, as well as a bath tub and shower. Wifi was also Ok. Could also change towels for free 1 time. The staff was very friendly. A convenience store next door, 8 minute walk to the train station. Cozy quiet neighbourhood, away from the busy city center. Would highly recommend if you want to live affordable when touring around tokyo during the day.

Did not have elevator, lived on the fifth floor. But it was not a problem really. The room smelled a bit from smoke when we got there.

一人暮らしの仮住まいをしているような、ウィークリーマンションのような滞在のしやすさで気に入っています。近くは利用できる鉄道駅やバスなども多く、東京方面、横浜方面なども出やすいし、東急バスもいろいろな方面に出るのに便利です。目の前が東急バスの荏原営業所なので、始発で大井町駅方面などに出られるバス停が隣です。施設内にはコインランドリーもあるし（近隣にもあります）、コンビニもちょっとしたスーパーも少し足を伸ばせばある。銭湯などもあります。施設の裏に、アプリで予約して使えるレンタサイクルサービスもあるので、近くの夜遅くまでやっている銭湯などに行くのも便利だったりします。羽田空港を利用する者としては、アクセスも便利（モノレールで天王洲アイル経由りんかい線で大井町乗換、大井町線中延駅、あるいは京浜急行で泉岳寺乗換、浅草線で中延など）。それから、チェックインの時間より前に清掃などが済んでいて入れる場合もあったりします。ショートステイ、ロングステイでも便利な施設だと感じています。

部屋が写真と全く違う。

It was a 10 mins walk to Nakanobu station and around 13 mins to the JR Nishi Oi station. All conbinis were on a walking distance and they also had a coin laundry machine next door. The staffs members were present on the late check in day, which was around midnight (I'm very grateful) and they also accepted to hold on to my baggage for 1 weeks since I was going to different locations and coming back to the same hotel later on. (Free of charge, again very helpful).

If I may offer just one small piece of feedback, I think a bit more attention to cleanliness would really enhance the experience. It wasn’t anything major, just a minor detail that stood out. Otherwise, everything else was lovely and the staff were great!
