Can renovate ..improve facilities

Room was spacious.

Cleanliness could have improved. The floors had many spot not cleaned properly. The room needs repainting.

Food quality was not as good as expected.

Location is good. Riverside views are awesome. Lot of trees and greenery. Quiet place to relax. Food is good.

Room's toilets have cockroaches. Open fish ponds next to the dinner hall is very sticking, unbearable.

No hot water - The geyser was not working And frequent current cuts

Serene lake view with hills around. Privacy was given. Beautiful gardens with rare flowers and plants. Fabulous location with lush green surroundings. BUT my Airtel network did not work there. I was told that only Jio and BSNL network works in those parts of area. Driven through a village in the night from airport, it's safe when booked through the resort. I love this location

Great staff, great big pool. Overall everything looked really nice. Would totally recommend going here.

Nothing really, maybe an extra chair in the garden in front of the cottage, as there was only one big seat.

Very beautiful, tranquil, peaceful location. Beautiful grounds , full of birdsong and flowers, shrubs and trees. Helpful, friendly, smiling staff. Very good food and service in the restaurant. Some interesting places to visit in the vicinity.

Grounds are lovely to walk in, but once outside the resort, there are no obvious or marked walking paths.

Es ist ein bezaubernder Ort! In einer großen, sehr gepflegten Parkanlage sind sehr schön gestaltete Gebäude, Bungalows, Restaurant, Spiel- und Lesehaus, Rezeption, Spa-Zentrum, Poolareal, Spielplatz, Teehaus. Das Restaurant bietet vorzügliche Küche.

Schitterend resort, top design, een oase van een tropische tuin met veel vogels, zwembad, massage en zeer goed restaurant.

Mooi resort op prachtige locatie aan het meer. Je voelt je midden in de natuur. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en servicegericht. Het eten was heel erg goed.

De ventilatoren en het restaurant maken het onaangenaam. Vooral bij het ontbijt. Ze kunnen blijkbaar niet zachter worden gesteld.

Location, rooms, landscape, open dining space

Maintenance- dining area had heavily stained rain covers. Alcohol options - horrible selection of wine - tasted like gasoline. Communication of welcome staff needs improvement - unclear, not pleasant, no proper welcome, poor appearance. Overall a bad first impression. For the price, everything should be maintained and managed to a higher level.

Landscaping good and maintained a lot of flowers in and around the property.

The personnel done the search at the room for anything missing from the room and if they done before check-in, they would make the surrounding cleaner.

Everything was good but not up to the price. Food was just ok .n very pricey

The jacuzzi was broken and maintenance poorly carried out.

Awesome location , nice and clean room

We were stranded in hotel parking due to car breakdown due to auxiliary battery drain , no one in the hotel bothered to check what went wrong, we were travelling with a 1 year old baby and no one showed up the basic courtesy to enquire about the issue, we were in parking lot after checkout for 4 hours waiting for service centre guys to resolve the issue.

Excellent location, beautifully built and maintained. Food quality was exceptional.

Nothing much to complain about. Overall an amazing experience.

There was a wedding event the next day, and they took over the entire garden area with their arrangements. The resort didn’t seem to value guest privacy or safety. Stage décor items were scattered all over the ground — it was hard to let young ones play freely, as we were worried about their safety.

We were charged 22,656/- against 20% monsoon discount the hotel provides for the direct booking or walk in guest! We feel cheated!

At night, somebody tried to break into my sister's room. By the time we checked we could not find anyone. Security is a question in this facility.

It was fantastic property with several facilities/Activities for kids/Adults..Good for spending time with the family/Friends

Its bit over pricey ..Also food is too much pricy and there is no restaurant available in and around 30Km for BF and dinner…

Intercom in our room was not working on the first day, there was no hot water available during showers and at dinner & check-out they were short staffed.

It's a BEAUTIFUL piece of paradise, in the middle of nowhere. Exactly how we wanted to spend our anniversary weekend. The property is beautiful, along a gorgeous lake and just trees. It's pure therapy! A big shoutout to the amazing staff. Being frequent travellers, we always feel, warm staff always elevates the holiday experience. They are friendly, helpful and yet non intrusive. Next big shoutout, the Spa! The therapists are fantastic! And the space is spick and span! Next big shoutout, the food. It's brilliant. Please do try their fish and especially Kerala style mutton sukha. It's out of this world. The villas are extremely clean and very big. There is nothing like sitting in the patio, drinking your beers and watching the lake. The time stands still and the world goes by. The success of running an hospitality business, is not just attention to details but person involvement of the owners. We had an opportunity to catch-up with Lakshmi, over lunch, hear her passion about this resort..and just so many things. Thank you Anantya for such a memorable experience.

The beautiful, peaceful location, right on the lake with the mountain peaks in the distance. The beautifully kept grounds full of flowers, bushes, trees and birds. The very comfortable lakeside villa. The big swimming pool and the restaurant surrounded by water. The staff were friendly and helpful without exception and the service was generally very efficient. The food was very good and the team in the restaurant were exemplary.

By far my best stay in India. The location is serene, beautiful and picture perfect. Rooms are spacious, luxurious, both modern and traditional. Food is simple, delicious and easy on the stomach. All the staff were outstanding. Will certainly visit again

One of the best resort we have ever stayed. The location of the property is awesome. If you want some break away from the city life, a must visit. Polite staff. Overall a best resort and worth every rupee you spend on it.

Low Value for money spent. Cleanliness was not optimal. Not an happening resort with activities or exploration option minimal. Dinner option is very minimal and expensive to the quality and quantity.

Had an excellent stay for 2 nights with family. The location was pristine and the lake has a therapeutic effect. It's bit pricey but worth every penny and the staff are so genuine and very helpful. Wish I had stayed for few more days

Spa was very bad

1.I came for the beauty of the location. 2. The waiting staff as well as most of the staff except the restaurant manager is very pleasant and helpful. 3.The chef was very friendly and came out to talk to us

1. Reception staff is not polite 2. Restaurant manager is not courteous and not helpful. 3. Rooms are not clean enough. I found a folded handkerchief under my quilt 4.When we go to a resort, it’s not just the ambience and location but also food. There’s only buffet and if we need ala Cart we have to choose from the buffet. I didn’t prefer any dish from the lunch menu on the checkout day as my family but we were forced to have because we didn’t know any nearby restaurants 5. The reception staff will start calling from 10 am to ask for checkout at 12, but Checkin though they said was 2pm, room wasn’t ready even by 3.30pm

Absolutely fantastic. I had booked this for my relatives and they absolutely loved the whole stay. I also have to highlight the hospitality and the management for making everything seamless. Their support is well appreciated.
