La camera è molto ampia

La mia permanenza qui è stata talmente deludente che ho lasciato la struttura con 4 notti di anticipo. Nonostante l'appartenenza al gruppo Kantary, gli standard sono inaccettabili: Jacuzzi chiuse e lo staff non ne era informato. Piscina senza assistenza, solarium con lettini sporchi Scale comuni piene di polvere e capelli, mai pulite. Colazione non rifornita: chi arriva tardi trova solo gli avanzi. Camera non pulita fino al primo pomeriggio (oltre le 15:30). Il colmo? Dopo la mia lamentela, la direzione ha infilato una lettera di scuse sotto la porta, promettendomi una cena per migliorare il soggiorno. Ma nello stesso giorno, la camera era ancora sporca a metà pomeriggio. Hanno preferito offrire un regalo piuttosto che risolvere i problemi di base. Un gesto ipocrita che dimostra come siano preoccupati solo delle recensioni, non del servizio. Consiglio: evitatelo. Se cercate relax, pulizia e servizi funzionanti, questo posto vi deluderà. Il nome Kantary qui non garantisce nulla.

De stad Rayong zelf is niet bijzonder

La piscine et la salle de sport sont grandes et bien équipées. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner pourrait être de meilleure qualité. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est assez mauvais: en bordure d'une route très fréquentée et bruyante.

Un hôtel un peu ancien avec de grandes chambres, un peu datées certes, mais qui ont bien plus de charme que les chambres standardisées des grandes chaînes mondialisées. Le petit déjeuner était très bien : j'ai apprécié les œufs cuits à la demande, 2 types de bacon, la soupe au miso, de la papaye... J'ai failli l'oublier car cela est la règle dans les hôtels que je fréquente : le personnel est efficace et agréable. Et pour couronner le tout j'avais droit à 2 boissons gratuites (bière pression ou boisson sans alcool), dont j'ai pu profiter le soir au sky bar animé par un petit orchestre.

Die Ferienwohnung hatte zwar etwas "Schlauchcharakter", war aber insgesamt sehr groß. Vollausgestattete Küche, ein großer Kühlschrank, zig Lichtquellen und jede Menge andere Ausstattung. Obwohl hier kaum Europäer (zum Besuchszeitpunkt) zu sehen sind, gab es Rosinenstuten zum klimatisierten Frühstück, außergewöhnlich. Der Pool in der 8. Etage ist sehr schön!

Für Ende der 90er wäre die Ausstattung Spitzenklasse gewesen. DVD-Player, eine Musikanlage mit CD-Player. Allerdings wie das gepflegte Mobiliar etwas aus der Zeit gefallen. Die stickigen Gänge im Haus haben etwas von einer Kaserne. Teetrinker werden beim Frühstück separiert von den Kaffeetrinkern mit einer Kanne fertig aufgegossenem Tee, der auch auf Dauer seine Beutel behält und nur warm gehalten wird. Das lässt sich besser lösen! Zum in Rayong favorisierten Strand ist es ziemlich weit, Restaurants sind noch fussläufig erreichbar

Beautiful hotel in central location. Room and staff were all lovely. Dinner and breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend as the staff are very accomodating and go above and beyond to help you. Our room was lovely and spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed.

It was super clean and room service was great. Towels smelled fresh and the room was clean and tidy. I also liked the poll area. The pool itself is great and from 1 to 3,5 m . The Jacuzzi although has some signs of age, but is very clean and all works nice.

The food was different from our last stay. At 8 am there was very little left and some products like fish were from the day before. The salad stand and pastry was nice and fresh.

It was absolutely adorable. Please fantastically clean and tidy. For long time i was not I please where you have everywhere expensive furniture and classy interiors . For me the bast place on Thailand so far. Oh and the pool area extremely clean , just go on check. Real pleasure . Breakfast with big variety and very tasty and healthy. The staff are very active and cheerful. They can provide you an excellent services. Receptionists are friendly and feel free to talk with. This is the best hotel I ever stay in rayong. They have a 5 star quality of fitness center. You can swim and play table tennis.

Overall is okay for tourists, I’m very impressed for service while Thailand festival even till late night also have service staff for support me, inside room is very big for suite and breakfast is good everything was clean, by K kat reception

Nice hotel with attentive staff made our stay enjoyable. The facilities are modern, the pool, saunas and jacuzzis were clean and well kept. But the best memory was dinner and our fantastic wait staff. Mod served us a delicious meal like we were eating at Grandma's house. I will surely stay at the Kameo on our next Rayong visit.

Very nice hotel in centrum of Rayon. Shuttle bus ( free ) to some places in nabourhood. Also to sister hotel near beach. Exelent staf, great clean rooms / we gave a suite with kitchen and tv with sitt of furniture. Nice pool and aldo gym, e en bubble pool and childrens pool.

I've been eating at California Steak Restaurant at this Hotel for a very long time the restaurant in on 9th floor which happens to be a rooftop with nice sunset view. The foods here are solid though not a lot of variety but the all the seafood are fresh steak is also good there's also a huge salad bar. A lot of dessert. Nice live music and good atmosphere overall. The server here P.Mod is very energetic and friendly. So recommended for anyone looking for hotel rooftop buffet in Rayong

Good room, clean, complete with everything. Convenient transportation, close to important places, just a short walk to the beach. There is a shuttle service to places you want to go. Breakfast is varied, but the food refill is quite slow..

Hotel was awesome with good ambience and serenity .stay was worthful.. Staffs were so friendly. Front desk supervisor ms. Meow was very helpful to us till the last day of stay. Overall had a nice experience. Equipped with gym, jaccuzi,swimming pool sauna& steam. Nice place to stay in rayong

Disappointed that we could not use the pool but glad we could use the one at Classic Cameo

My partner needed medical attention during the night. The hotel staff were incredible! Drove us to the ED at the hospital, waited and drove us back. We are so grateful for their rapid response and care.

Excellent and professional staff. Breakfast was quite good. Everything was really clean and neat in the room.

There was some electrical work going on outside of our window that kept us up a little late, but eventually the generator shut down. One thing that happened was the lights came on automatically without us turning them on. I had to get up out of bed and turn them off, but then we were able to go back to sleep.

Big rooms , high ceilings, very clean and the breakfast was superb with a wide choice of foods.

Rent, praktiskt och väl underhållet rum. Något hårda sängar. Bra frukost med flera alternativ. Ovanligt vänlig och hjälpsam personal, dock med undantag för hotellets chaufför som körde oss till/från flygplats. I övrigt bra transporter som ordnades av hotellets personal.

Quiet and calmness place. Not far from attraction and facilities. And what I like the most is the cafe I front of the hotel, you have to try cappuccino here.

This is a Terrific Hotel. Centrally located and walking distance to three shopping areas and a motorcycle taxi ride to the beach. Breakfast is great with lot's of choices and the entire staff is extremely friendly!

Very enjoyable stay, lovely pool area, spacious and clean rooms, fluffy towels in bathroom, clean fresh smelling sheets, friendly staff, attentive service at breakfast, staff knew what you liked and made sure it was ready for you. Good location to walk to bars and restaurants once settled in.

Beautiful new like condominium. With great rooftop swimming pool too hot tub’s with whirlpool jets. Outstanding work out facilities locker room dry sauna , wet steam room outstanding rooftop restaurant/California steak with live entertainment. This is a five-star hotel/resort if you’re in Rayong I recommend you stay here

The rooms are good, but there is no restaurant or room service if u want to eat something after midnight

This is probably the most expensive hotel I stayed in Rayong as compared to Classic Kameo and Rayong City. However, the service is sub-par as compared to both hotels as mentioned above. I had to asked for coffee in the first day and for the second day, the coffee comes only after 5mins after the only waiter in the restaurant finished his other chores such as laying the tables when there was no diner waiting for table. The spread of breakfast is also worst than Classic Kameo. I will not stay in this hotel again if I have other choice. Looking forward the opening of Holiday Inn.

Good hotel in centre of Rayong. Well equipped. Great rooftop pool. Wifi system not good - have to request vouchers each time and wifi in room is payable. Friendly staff. Most customers are Asian. Great breakfast selection.

We stay at Kameo Grand Rayong on new year eve as a couple. We understand that it is new year eve. So the price is obviously more expensive than average price. But the most disappointed thing is their poor service. The reception at the time we checked-in did not do their job well. Poor manner and slow responses. We reserved king size bed but get (dusty) twin beds and they kept us wait for a long time to change to the right room. Very difficult to reach hotel without car. Room is clean and comfort. Breakfast is ok, but not impressed. The best thing of this hotel is swimming pool.

Nice hotel and big swimming pool,but the reception desk and the bell boy like 2 star hotel.

Upon check in, hotel reception could not find my booking. Luckily i have the confirmation email to show them. But hotel kind enough to let me check in. Next day morning they found my booking.

enjoyed the hotel so well have booked to stay again in a weeks time , you must have transport to get around not much near the hotel to do , there are some nice restaurants not to far from hotel ,if you go right when you leave hotel then right again at lights there are some bars and food places. the hotel restarant on the roof is very good as are the breakfast restaurant ,nice big pool well kept ,all in all a very good hotel :)
